Markley Prepared By: Andrea Yankelevich Report Highlights: Argentine milk production in 2013 is expected to reach 12.2 million tons, a 3.5 percent increase from 2012 Post estimates. Domestic consumption is relatively stable therefore virtually all the increase in milk production is attributed to exportable commodities and products. However, higher production costs and an overvalued peso make Argentine dairy products less competitive in the world market.
