Shout Outs! So, 6 months since we met at IJBC, and what's gone on? Well, in IJB we have had 6 workshops across the three regions since September, the new IJB Team has started working on a whole range of stuff from the communications review to creating the new NJRs pack, and we also hosted JB's first ever RTF training alongside the RDT committee. Beyond IJB however, more exciting things are happening. The recommendations from the organizational review of CISV International are about to be released, and are likely to impact us as JB in many different ways. We've spent a lot of time over the last months working with our IEC and IO liaisons to discuss ideas and prepare ourselves for this challenge.
IJRS
As IJRs we've met twice already to get these things going, and will continue to meet in 2012 to face the challenges coming up. In the next months, as well as responding to the organizational review we have to look forward to attending regional meetings in March/April, starting planning for IJBC in the summer, a large evaluation of IJB and the IJB Team, a new training curriculum, hosting the first ever IJB RTF training!
JBpedia is under attack! We are experiencing a massive amount of spam and we would just like all of you to know that we are dealing with them. JBpedia will be going through some changes for development in the next few weeks. We appreciate the understanding and the concern people demonstrate through messages and e-mail.

Our new THEME for 2012 is SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT!
Regional Updates ARM written by the ARM team Year Plan: We have the final version of the ARM Team year plan and Goals. We have now three goals and each of them has a sub goal and indicators which we hope to accomplish all of them this year. ARM Team and ARC: We want to make an activity of JB at ARC. we would really like for people who are attending ARC and RTFs to know about us and see how we work. We've been thinking that the activity might be about JB awareness, Regional Cooperation or how we are part of a Global Movement. ARM Fund application the ARM Application form is open until febuary - 19! Workshop Evaluations: We have created a tool for all our juniors that will allow us to standardize evaluations the same way in all our workshops. its pretty simple but it gives us a the same idea on how our training's, workshops, meetings are going.
EJB written by the EJB team We are working hard to have as many countries as possible at EJBM. We are in contact with many PAs and we are working together with the Regional Coordinators to reach them ! We will have 3 main regional WS ( Wild West Weekend, Go East, and Northern Weekend ) plus many other international Meetings and WS ( like Iberico, NajuWo, BeNeLux etc ) This year the EJBTeam with the support of the ReCo s will probably work to run training about chapter development in the CISV undeveloped countries ( Bosnia, Turkey, Macedonia etc ) we already saved some money in our budget for that and we are really motivated to do that ! As usual we are still following our YearPlan, but right now the main priority is the EJBM planning. It is a very intense process started at Middle Way Meeting and it will last till EJBM in April ! We are also planning to have a EJB Newsletter, we already started getting some information and we hope this is going to happen !
APJB written by the APJB team
The APJB Team is beginning to plan for JASPARC 2012, our region's annual conference. It's happening in the Philippines from March 30th until April 4th. We are very excited about this year and looking forward to seeing our juniors there, as well as anyone else who wants to join us! For more information check out info-pack 1 The APJB Team also had a mid-way meeting in New Zealand in December where we reviewed our year plan and evaluated how our region is doing. It was a really productive few days and since then we have been busy working on ideas we had to help strengthen our region. Look out for new resources detailing exactly what it is we do as a team, and what to expect should you ever attend our regional conference. We've also just finished our regional newsletter, the APJB Wave. Why not check it out! To stay even more up to date why not like us on Facebook too? Just search APJB Team. The region has also been busy since the last monthly digest. ANZAC was held in December, a training workshop between Australia and New Zealand. There were lots of great initiatives started there that we hope to see the products of soon. TEA is also fast approaching, which is the workshop for China, Hong Kong, Japan and Mongolia. It looks like it's going to be amazing. The region has also welcomed some new NJRs recently, including Elle from the Philippines and Kate from Australia. We're sad to see our old friends go but excited to create some new friendships. That's all from the APJB for now, but we hope to see you in our region soon!
