plans together at EJBM, which has always been an inspiring session with great output! However we would like to extent the impact of the year plans throughout the year. You can find the template in the “Useful Documents” folder. Also see our email from the 17th of February.
Motions
Every year at EJBM, there is a chance to update the Terms of Reference of European Junior Branch. This can be done through motions. If you want to submit a motion, you need to fill in this form (http://bit.ly/1wGXUmu) and send it to the EJB team at ejbteam@ijb.cisv.org before the 22nd of March.
Other Useful Information

Renaming European Junior Branch to Europe, Middle-East, Africa Junior Branch 3. So don‘t forget your polaroid and GameBoy and come as you are!
Year Plans
For this year‘s EJBM, we gave each JB homework. We want to collect the year plans of each JB until march 25th. Some of you know it very well, might have your own version or remember it vaguely from previous EJBMs. It‘s a simple template we encourage you to use while planning short and long-term goals for your Junior Branches. In previous years we have created the year Page 3 of 4
The European Junior Branch Team is made up of four people who are each elected into a two year term. Each year two new members of the team are elected and this allows for a Junior-Senior team to be elected and work, allowing sustainable and continuous leadership. This year, Ola and Gaspard will retire as EJB Team members, and Roxane and Marvin will be joined by the two newly elected EJB Team members to make the team for 2015-16.
Our terms of reference states that nominations for the EJB Team will open 8 weeks before the beginning of the meeting (February 4th), and close at dinner time at the 3rd of April. Keep your eyes peeled for the nomination period and begin thinking about who you would like to see working on the EJB Team for the next two years. You can submit nominations through your National Junior Representative.
Communication Team
This year at EJBM will be looking for some dedicated volunteers to be part of the team who communicates what is happening at EJBM to all of the interested JBers who unfortunately couldn’t attend EJBM. The key responsibilities will include: maintaining the EJBM 2015 social media streams and collecting and organising session minutes. If you are interested in being part of the communication team, then please send an email to ejbteam@ijb.cisv.org Deadline: 15.03.2015
Hosting EJBM 2016
This year we are very thankful for CISV Portugal for hosting EJBM. Every year EJBM is hosted by a different NA/PA throughout our Region. We want to invite your NA/PA to think about hosting EJBM or EJBM & BEAM in 2016 (see Motion section). We will shortly release a hosting guide for a joint meeting to make sure all needs are met. EJBM hosting will be decided on the last full day of EJBM (Sunday, 5th April). See the E-Mail from the 15th February sent to NA Representatives and NJRs.
