e welcome you to Hong Kong and to CityLife, the monthly magazine for visitors to Asia’s World City. August is still the peak of the summer season in Hong Kong, and that means an influx of visitors, many of them families, into the city for their summer vacation. The city is more than ready to please with a whole host of attractions, festivals and summer sales on offer, highlighted by the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports and Music Festival in which former professional players – “e-Sports Legends” – pit their skills against each other in a tournament; popular K-pop music groups perform in the mega “SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE IN HONG KONG”; and a Festival Zone allows e-sports fans to mingle with legends and try out the latest VR games. While the weather is hot in August, the air tends to be clean and clear as the prevailing south-westerly winds bring fresh ocean air into the city. On a really clear day, what is striking for some is just how colourful the city can be: streets with a kaleidoscope of colours in people, vehicles, shops and signs; clusters of colourful, highrise buildings; the hues of nature never far away; and, of course, Hong Kong’s colourful and spectacular night harbour, lit up by hundreds of surrounding buildings. Cover Story on page 10 presents a photo special – “The City of colours”, offering different colourful settings – get your camera ready for some memorable shots. Why not get some respite from the summer heat and explore Hong Kong’s beautiful islands and beaches? You may be surprised to know that Hong Kong comprises over 260 islands and almost 90 beaches, with many accessible to visitors – a real surprise in an international city known for its high population density and crowded cityscapes. What’s more, each island and beach has its own charm and distinct character, offering something different for visitors. Please check out the recommendations in our Feature Story on Page 16. As one of Asia’s top MICE destinations, the city will be busy hosting two large trade shows: the HKTDC Food Expo 2017, one of the largest consumer food shows in Asia with hundreds of thousands of foodies exploring gourmet trends and treats, and the Hong Kong Computer and Communications Festival 2017, another perennial favourite consumer show in which the latest tech gadgets are showcased. Drop in on either one if you happen to be in town. For ballet lovers, the Hong Kong Ballet will be performing Don Quixote, the timeless tale by Miguel de Cervantes extolling the eccentric exploits of Don Quixote together with his loyal companion Sancho Panza. In ballet form, the show offers an energetic and delightful performance suitable for the whole family. So, as you wind down the summer with a visit to Hong Kong this month, be sure to explore all that the city offers. A CORNER OF A FOREIGN FIELD

Macau was the first foreign enclave in China. Many made their fortune but many succumbed to tropical disease and left their bones there. 澳門是中國的第一個內飛地，很多人在這片土地發財致富，但也有很多人由於罹患熱帶病而長眠於此。

asinos are Macau’s biggest industry but it was never just a place for business. Known as City of the Name of God, the Portuguese enclave was the entry point for missionaries, both Catholic and Protestant, would leave from there to spread the word of God through China. High on the hill was a Jesuit seminary, the most prestigious in the East, and next to it the magnificent church of St Paul’s. Catholics were buried in the grounds of St Paul’s, and in crypts under the numerous churches. There was also the St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, where many leading citizens were interred. Protestants were banned from being laid to rest in the staunchly Catholic territory, and had to be buried outside the city walls. Their graves were placed in the north of the peninsula, near the border with China, on Meesenburg Hill. The name was a corruption of the first person to be buried there in 1767, Wilhelm Meeseberg, a supercargo of the Dutch East India Company, aged thirty-five. Other burials were on islands in the Pearl River Delta. Finally, however, thanks to the high esteem of one Scotsman, Dr Robert Morrison, land for a protestant cemetery was obtained within Macau’s city walls.

Dr Morrison was the first Protestant missionary of the modern movement in China, sent out by the London Missionary Society. He arrived in Canton in 1807 aged twenty-five, after a sea journey, via America, of 222 days. On the voyage he was asked if he really expected to make an impression on the idolatry of the Chinese. “No, Sir,” he answered, “I expect God will.” Morrison had learned the language from a Cantonese in London, and together with Dr William Milne, the two men had translated the Bible into Chinese by 1818. Morrison then compiled the first Chinese/English dictionary, the whole six-volume work of 4,595 pages published in 1823, at a cost of twelve thousand pounds, paid for by the East India Company, the most important trading company in Canton. In 1811, Morrison’s wife, Mary, had a baby, James, who died at birth and was buried on Meesenberg Hill. However, when Mary herself lay dying of cholera in 1821, Dr Morrison promised her she would be buried in the same grave as their baby son. But it was a crime in Chinese law to disturb a grave. Faced with breaking his promise to

N e a r b y, B r i t i s h t r a d e r T h o m a s B e a l e , American Nathaniel Kinsman, and Swede Anders Lungstedt lie undisturbed. An ornate monument to sea captain Lord John Spencer Churchill, who died in 1840, carries the crests of the Spencers and the Churchills. Close by, in simple tombs, the three infant sons of eye surgeon Thomas Colledge and his American wife Caroline, slumber, far from home.

Mary, a solution had to be found. Such was the regard in which Morrison was held, that the East India Company pressed the Portuguese for land inside the city walls for her burial. Casa Garden was the home in Macau of the chief of the East India Company, rented from a Portuguese nobleman, as no foreigner could own property there. Fortunately at this time the baron was in urgent need of ready cash, and agreed to sell the land tucked away at the side of the house.

The little cemetery filled up, and the British residents in Macau petitioned the Portuguese government for more land. The authorities decided not to permit further burials within the city limits. A plot of land was bought on behalf of the Protestant community with funds from various mercantile firms and individuals of the Protestant faith. This became the New Protestant Cemetery, founded in 1858 in the north of the city.

The Protestant Cemetery opened soon after with burial of Mrs Morrison, and became the final resting place of many characters from Macau’s colourful history. Two shady terraces are linked by a short set of steps. Crumbling granite gravestones of English, American, Dutch and Swedish traders and missionaries moulder through the long damp summers.

It is a peaceful, well cared for place, fragrant with frangipani trees which cast their shade over the sleeping occupants. A stroll round the graves brings to mind the many nationalities and social classes in Macau in the late 19th century, the British, American, Danish, Dutch, and Swedish merchants, missionaries, customs clerks, consular officials, and naval officers. There is even a large gravestone for a popular tavern keeper. A simple tablet, almost unseen, bears a simple inscription to the Morrison’s baby son, James.

Dr Morrison died on 1st August 1834 at Canton and his body was brought to this cemetery. His tomb is in a corner next to Mary and another son John. A small chapel dedicated to the doctor stands at the entrance to the cemetery, and is the main place of worship today for the Protestant community in Macau. Many gravestones, including that of Wilhelm Meeseberg, were brought from Meesenberg Hill to the cemetery and line the supporting wall of the top terrace. Standing proud against the high wall at the end of the first avenue is an ornate memorial stone dedicated to George Chinnery, the most famous painter on the China coast who died in 1852.

Despite the growth of gambling in the territory, Macau preserves its soul, showing that the spiritual can survive amid the turmoil of Mammon. ■

This island is a weekend favourite for locals and visitors alike. There is a small but busy fishing harbour and a lively village with shops lining the waterfront promenade. Stroll through the village for souvenirs and visit the Tin Hau temple nearby. The Tung Wan Beach on the opposite side of the isthmus is ideal for swimming. Hiking trails abound, including one to explore the famous Cheung Po Tsai Pirates’ cave. The ferry ride from Central is a pleasure in itself.

The modest climb to the ridge offers a panoramic view of the island and the power plant. A small island at the easternmost part of Hong Kong, Tung Ping Chau is part of the Hong Kong Global Geopark and its only island made up of sedimentary rocks. A once thriving costal fishing village has left abandoned buildings and heritage temples. Tai Long Wan comprises four separate beaches, with Ham Tin and Sai Wan the more frequented. You can take a 90-minute hike from Sai Wan Pavilion or hire a boat from the public pier in Sai Kung Town. Admire the beauty, but swim with care as these beaches are also unattended and the waves can be strong – it’s the closet to a tropical paradise that Hong Kong offers.

This month, we explore two neighbouring restaurants featuring trendy, contemporary Japanese and Japanese/Italian cuisines in the heart of Central! 本月《東方之珠》造訪了兩間同樣位於中環心臟地帶的餐廳，分別主打新派日本菜和意日美饌。

UMA, the internationally acclaimed purveyor of contemporary Japanese cuisine, is a favourite among foodies and party goers alike. Located in The Landmark in the heart of Central, ZUMA, which started in London and now operates ten outlets in some of world’s top cities, occupies two generous floors: the upper one houses the spacious ZUMA Lounge and Bar, which serves a range of Japanese and western drinks including innovative cocktail concoctions, while below is the restaurant itself. ZUMA’s décor is distinctively modern and hip, in keeping with its fusion-cuisine image, and consistent with how ZUMA has branded itself over the years – a gathering place for the in-crowd for quality Japanese food in a modern setting. For our lunch, we had the pleasure of trying out a few of ZUMA’s summer special dishes, taking advantage of in-season seafood from Japan and Hong Kong’s ability to source quality ingredients internationally. The dishes are portioned to be shared, as is most of ZUMA’s fare. Our meal opened with the Naruo Beef Tataki with winter Tasmania Black Truffles ($180) and ZUMA’s signature handroll, the Crispy Avocado, Hokkaido Cheese and Zuma Chile Sauce ($95). Each slice of the tender beef is covered with a piece of black truffle, the combination of which creates a most inviting aroma. Needless to say, we ate the beef with gusto, and savoured the lingering aftertaste. The handroll is perfect for the summer – light and zesty, with the cheese and avocado blending together exquisitely.

The Teriyaki Foie Gras with Sesame and Green Mango Tsukemono ($190) were next, the rich flavour of the foie gras nicely balanced by the pickled green mangos. We then tried the Grilled Spanish Red Prawn with Yuzu Kosho Powder ($390). The prawn is impressively large and its meat grilled just enough to keep the meat tender and juicy; this is a dish not to be missed. Two more fish dishes followed: Grilled Japanese Snapper with Habu Salad and Okinawa salt ($240) and the highly popular Miso Marinated Black Cod wrapped in Hoba Leaves ($285). Dubbed the king of fish, the Japanese snapper is highly prized, especially caught in the nutrient rich Toyama Bay area. Lightly grilled, the texture of the meat is tender but delicately firm, and fresh, with the salad a good complement to balance out the flavours. The cod, as expected, tastes so smooth and tender, its meat practically melting in the mouth. We also enjoyed its simple but tasty seasoning. We completed our meal and called it a day with two desserts: Japanese Sesame White Poached Peach, Iced White Chocolate with Buckwheat Biscuit and Wild Strawberries ($138) and Warm Centred Coconut Cake, Okinawa Potato Mocha with Purple Ice Cream, Rice Cracker and Lychee Sorbet ($138). Both are summer delights in the truest sense and a fitting end to our meal. It is understandable why ZUMA has been an iconic fixture in Hong Kong’s dining scene with its brand and reputation. In the end though, the quality Japanese dishes speak for themselves, and loudly.■

n the heart of the extensive elevated walkway system in Central is the passageway from Exchange Square to Landmark, through Chater House’s “Armani Floor”, that ultra-glitzy level dedicated to Giorgio Armani’s flagship retail outlets. Thousands stream through the corridor daily, gawking consciously or otherwise at the luxury products on display. Less visible is the floor above where the trendy Armani / Aqua operates, serving combo Italian and Japanese cuisines to discerning guests. Aqua is, of course, a well-known brand in Hong Kong’s dining scene. It operates, among others, the Aqua Luna junk, which roams the harbour and with its distinctive red sails and has become an icon of the famed Victoria harbour. The Armani / Aqua, though, evokes not nostalgia, but pleasure derived from a thoroughly contemporary dining experience in which iconic cultures in food and fashion blend seamlessly together. The spacious restaurant is richly decorated in warm yellow and red hues. The plush red-carpeted catwalk leading to the restaurant is a stunner; the Armani inspired décor is minimalist yet elegant, with a generous dining room providing privacy for its luxuriantly decorated dining booths and tables. Our dining experience is a wine-paring dinner featuring both Italian and Japanese dishes – an interesting combination, for sure. The four-course dinner started with Sushi: Bluefin Tuna, Giant Shrimp, Yellowtail, Grilled Fatty Tuna Maki, Deluxe Scallop with Lobster Sauce Oshi Sushi. And what a way to start a meal! Each of the sushi pieces is fresh and delicious, and quickly consumed. A dry sparkling wine, Sorelle Bronca Proscco “Modi” complements the sushi nicely.

Next is “Plin” Ravioli Filled with Kurobuta Pork Belly, Dried Apricot and their Kernels, paired with a French white – Henry Bourgeois “Les Baronnes” Sancerre. This innovative dish offers an interesting and refined taste. The ravioli is distinctively Italian and we liked the way it’s prepared, slightly dry and lightly pan-fried, with the pork belly oozing flavour. We shared two mains: Grilled Salmon and Scallops Served with Caramelized Onions, Sansho Miso and Yuzu Puree, and Black Angus Striploin Served with Warm Rocket Jelly and Saharan Hoarfrost Salt. The distinctively fusion seafood dish was paired with a nice Louis Jadot Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay from Burgundy. The Yuzu puree is most interesting, with the citrus flavour adding a dash of sweet-sourness to the salmon and the scallops, perfect for light summer fare. The beef was paired with a full bodied Torbreck “Woodcutter” Shiraz from South Australia’s Borrosa Valley. The beef was served plainly, just the way we like it, needing only a simple salt seasoning to bring out its authentic juicy meatiness – a taste that lingered long, thanks to the accompanying Shiraz. We finished the meal on an Italian high note, with the Armani Tiramisu in “Tozza” dessert, paired with a sweet wine, the Prunotto Moscato d’Asti from Piernonte, Italy – both are lightly sweet and delicious. At $688 per person, the tasting menu is reasonably priced, a pleasant surprise considering the venue. The wine pairing is priced at $298 per person, which is also very good value for money. Glamour, excellent food and attentive service – Armani / Aqua is a worthy dining experience for any occasion. ■

的人多不勝數，不少人常常在此駐足，欣賞櫥窗中展示的奢侈品。時尚餐廳 Armani / Aqua 正位於上層，為高要求的食客帶來一系列意日美饌。毋庸置疑，Aqua 已成為香港著名的餐飲品牌之一，旗下還設有張保仔帆船航遊，每天揚著紅色的帆暢遊維港，張保仔已成為維港一道獨特亮麗的風景線。然而 Armani / Aqua 並非走懷舊路線，而是致力於將美食和時尚結合，為食客們提供現代潮流餐飲體驗。餐廳面積寬敞，以溫暖紅黃色調為主，走過鋪有紅地毯，宛如時裝展天橋的走廊，食客即可來到雅致的餐室。以 Armani 為靈感來源的裝潢簡潔而優雅，餐室裡的每張餐桌距離寬敞，無需擔心談話內容會被鄰桌聽到。這次嚐味之旅的主題是意日美饌，這是一個相當有趣的組合，另外還有品酒師佳釀推介。這次的四道菜晚餐以一系列壽司揭開帷幕：藍鰭吞拿魚、牡丹蝦、油甘魚、烤吞拿魚腩卷、帆立貝配龍蝦醬箱壓壽司，每件壽司均新鮮美味，令我們胃口大開，我們很快就將眼前的食物一掃而光。伴着氣泡酒 Sorelle Bronca Prosecco“Modi”享用，實在是一大樂事。下一道菜是自製意大利豬腩肉餛飩伴杏脯乾、北杏仁，與之搭配的是法國白酒 Henry Bourgeois“Les Baronnes”Sancerre。這道創意十足的菜式味道獨特而細膩。我們很喜歡意大利餛飩的做法，口感偏乾，稍稍煎香，豬腩肉的特有香味令人欲罷不能。兩道主菜分別是香煎三文魚扒配帶子伴有馬山椒洋蔥麵豉醬和草飼加州安格斯腰背扒配火箭菜果凍及撒哈拉白霜鹽。與第一道新穎的海鮮菜式配搭的美酒是勃艮第的 Louis Jadot Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay。廚師獨具匠心地在菜式中加入了柚子汁，令三文魚和帶子帶有淡淡的酸甜味，是一道很適合夏日享用的清新菜式。和牛扒配搭的酒是來自南澳巴羅莎山谷的 Torbreck“Woodcutter” Shiraz，味道濃郁飽滿。牛扒的賣相簡單而悅目，只提供了少量的鹽來帶出肉味，我們十分喜歡這種做法，餐廳搭配的美酒更令這道菜的香味久久縈繞口腔。最後當然要以招牌意式甜品作結，與甜品搭配的是一款甜酒—意大利皮埃蒙特的 Prunotto Moscato d'Asti。雖然餐廳位置優越，嚐味菜單只需每人 $688，品酒師佳釀推介價格為每人$298，同樣是超值之選。 Armani / Aqua 環境舒適，食物出色，服務殷勤，無論是親友聚會、商務晚餐或浪漫節日，這裡都是一個不錯的選擇。■ AUGUST 2017

Cô Thành Since 1995, Nguyen Thi Thành's (aka The Lunch Lady) recipes have been a sacred treasure to the people of Saigon, Vietnam. In 2014, the owner of Cô Thành, Brian Woo, became Thi Thành's first and only student, mastering all her recipes after a three-year apprenticeship. This June, Cô Thành opened its doors in Central, bringing Nguyen Thi Thành's recipes from the heart of District 1 in Saigon to Hong Kong. Cô Thành boasts a 750 - square - foot corner space nestled in Kau U Fong with a rustic Vietnamese street-food ambiance. Our tasting began with a signature Vietnamese starter Chả giò (House made pork spring rolls served with Nuoc cham dipping sauce, $58/5pc). The spring rolls are crispy with the taro adding the aroma and sweetness. Bánh mì ($88) is Vietnamese style baguette sandwich with housemade pâté, cold cuts, pickles, cilantro, spring onions and Vietnamese chili peppers. Cô Thành serves up a mouthwatering a la carte menu and a rotation of daily specials. Staple noodle soups on the menu include Bún Bò Huế, a robust Huế style beef broth with a variety of beef cuts; Bún Mắm, a unique Vietnamese 'seafood gumbo' made with three kinds of preserved fish and shrimp; and Bún Thái, a Vietnamese rendition of Thai flavours in the form of noodle soup. Priced affordably at $98 each, all three dishes are yummy and filling. Be sure to look for The Lunch Lady herself, as she makes frequent visits to Cô Thành to ensure only the highest quality and authentic Vietnamese ingredients are served.

So, what is a Trick Eye Museum? Simply put, Trick Eye intends to create a vivid three-dimensional (3D) visual effect using two-dimensional paintings or artwork when captured on camera. Unlike other museums, visitors are more than welcome to touch and pose with these artworks and have their pictures taken – the more hilarious the pose, the better. It is a fun experience exploring the different scenes for 3D photo-shooting while capturing that experience in one’s smartphone to share and take home. What makes Trick Eye an outstanding experience is the attention, creativity, and quality lavished on producing its artworks. Also, to make the 3D experience more entertaining and educational, Trick Eye creates theme galleries that include reproduced artworks of famous European Masterpieces like the Mona Lisa, fantasy destinations or journeys, and adventures. For its Hong Kong museum, Trick Eye has created five different zones with more than 70 photo positions from which to take photos. Octopus Card 八達通卡 Stored-value cards for travel on the MTR, buses, minibuses, trams, and ferries. Available at service counters at the Airport Express and MTR stations. Each card comes with a refundable HK$50 deposit which covers the card cost. Initial stored value cost per card varies: Child (HK$20), Adult (HK$100), and Senior (HK$20). For over a century, trams on Hong Kong Island have been an inexpensive mode of transportation. You can ride the full length of the 15-kilometre track at $2.30 per adult, $1.20 per child and $1.10 for a senior. HKHA' S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR James Lu, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Hotels Association, who retires at the end of August after a long and distinguished career, shares with us his insights and perspectives. 香港酒店業協會執行總幹事呂尚懷多年來在業界默默耕耘，貢獻良多。呂先生將於八月底光榮退休，他與《東方之珠》分享了他對香港酒店業的見解和獨到的觀點。

I grew up in Toronto, then studied accountancy in Singapore, leading to a lengthy career in finance, starting as a banker with Citibank, then hired by Dow Chemical following a visit to Hong Kong. After a period with Swire, Union Carbide and Swire again I headed to Boston and a post with the (now defunct) Wang Computers. But I returned here to spend a decade with the Hong Kong Tourist Association in finance and administration, before moving over to the Hong Kong Hotels Association as its Executive Director in 1997, over 20 years ago. So, I’ve spent more than 30 years in the tourism/hospitality industry here, and, needless to say, I’ve witnessed a lot of changes during this period. The biggest change in tourism in Hong Kong is of course the explosive growth of tourist arrivals from China, which started in earnest in the early 90s and has only flourished since. What really gave it a big boost was the Individual Visitors Scheme that China approved in the aftermath of the SARS epidemic in 2003, greatly liberating travel to Hong Kong. From fewer than 10 million visitors a year in the late 1980s, we now attract almost 60 million visitors a year, more than 75% of them from the Mainland – that changed the hospitality industry a lot! Hotels in Hong Kong used to cater to the overseas, long-haul markets and Westerners; the hotels were all similar in style: there were few local general managers, understandably, and F&B also focused on serving long-haul guests. Today, so many more hotels have opened, and we have much more variety with a lot of mid - tier, boutique and budget hotels on offer. And, of course, the Mandarin is used a lot more now. There are now a lot of locally trained hoteliers running the hotels and they’ve done a remarkable job of meeting the challenge. Even the China market has changed a great deal, from primarily government officials, businessmen and delegations to leisure travellers who are becoming increasingly sophisticated and mature, often having visited overseas destinations such as Australia, Europe, and America. Many more are weekend travellers seeking adventure and looking for unique things to do. We’ll have to find ways to compete with other cities to meet the needs of this younger more openminded tourism segment. While competition continues to intensify around the region as more countries in Asia expand their tourism sectors, I am still quite optimistic about Hong Kong’s tourism as I believe it is destined to grow: we have very talented people in the tourism and hospitality sectors; the city offers lots of attractions and things to do; the Government has several tourism projects in the pipeline, and our excellent food culture – with its sheer diversity and affordable prices – is unmatched anywhere. We will continue to be a world-class travel destination for many years to come. I greatly encourage more young people to join our industry; I think they will enjoy the challenges and the satisfaction from helping to provide visitors to Hong Kong unforgettable memories and experiences.

我在多倫多長大，之後在新加坡學習會計。我在金融業工作多年，一開始是在花旗銀行任職，之後由於一次偶然的訪港旅程，我加入了陶氏化學。隨後我在太古和美國聯合碳化物工作，之後又回到了太古。接著我去了波士頓王安電腦工作。然後我加入了香港旅遊協會，負責財務和行政管理工作。我在這裡工作了10年，1997年我加入了香港酒店業協會，擔任執行總幹事長達20年。因此，我在旅遊和酒店業工作了超過30年，見證著這個行業的巨大變遷。香港旅遊業最大的變化當然是90年代初中國遊客的爆炸性增長以及之後的蓬勃發展。而真正大大推動香港旅遊業發展的是2003年非典型肺炎疫情之後向內地旅客開放的自由行。訪港旅客人數由80年代的每年少於1000萬人次大幅增長至如今接近每年6000萬人次，其中超過75%是來自中國內地的旅客，酒店業因此而發生巨大變化。以前，香港酒店的主要服務對象是來自海外的長途遊客和四方旅客，不同酒店的風格大同小異，擔任酒店總經理的本地人屬鳳毛麟角，飲食業當然也是以長途旅客為目標。如今，不同風格的酒店如雨後春筍般湧現，中檔、精品酒店和經濟型酒店數量大幅增長。當然，國語的使用頻率明顯提高。我們現在已擁有大量本地培訓的酒店從業人員，他們應對挑戰的能力不容小覷。中國市場本身也發生了很大變化，從前來自內地的訪港旅客主要是政府官員、商人和代表團，如今更多的是已發展成熟的休閒旅客，他們有着周遊列國的經驗，曾在澳洲、歐洲和美國等旅遊目的地留下足跡。當中很多是周末訪港的旅客，他們追求刺激和獨特的事物。因此我們需要和其他城市競爭，以滿足這群更年輕，視野更廣闊的旅客的需求。儘管亞洲各國不斷發展旅遊業，市場競爭越來越激烈，我相信香港的旅遊業發展仍然相當樂觀：我們擁有非常優秀的旅遊及酒店業人才，這個城市有著眾多景點和值得探索的事物，政府正在推進數個旅遊發展計劃，而且香港有著獨特豐富的美食文化，其多樣性和實惠的價格無可比擬。香港將在一段長時間內維持其世界級旅遊城市的地位。我希望鼓勵更多的年輕人加入這個行業。我相信他們將樂於應對挑戰，並在為訪港旅客營造難忘回憶和體驗的過程中獲得巨大的成功感。
