Mary Ann Young Center 9150 Central Avenue NE Blaine MN 55434
Country Music Jubilee Performers
This wonderful couple has been participating in luncheons and programming at the MAYC for over 17 years. Merrill started attending for line dance classes, and Lois started joining for lunch on her 60th birthday. They are celebrating 40 years of marriage in May. Lois worked as an activity coordinator for 11 years, so staff appreciate her insight and positive comments about programming at the MAYC. She volunteers regularly, serving at lunch time. Merrill was a former van driver for the MAYC, in addition to helping serve lunch for many years. They are well known for their theme costumes on Halloween as Lois’s birthday is October 31. Dancing is their favorite pastime, and they enjoy the musical performers for special events at the MAYC. They also enjoy going to various places in other communities for entertainment. A generous couple, they deliver lunches to friends who are unable to get to the MAYC to pick up meals themselves. Thank you for your years of service. We hope to enjoy many more years to come.
