TEXAS HEALTH RESOURCES HOSPITAL

Texas Health Resources received approval for modifications to the development standards for a 50-acre plot situated north of U.S. Highway 80. The proposed changes will permit various uses, including the development of a hospital, medical office buildings, and the establishment of a helistop on the 50-acre tract adjacent to Reeder Road. LAND REZONING

City Council has approved the rezoning of 39.87 acres of land situated north of U.S. Highway 80 and west of Pinson Road. The rezoning involves changing the current classifications of General Retail District, Office District, and Agricultural District to General Retail District. This rezoning aims to facilitate non-residential development on the property.

YOUTH BASEBALL/SOFTBALL REGISTRATION DEADLINE
