PNC BANK SITE PLAN
City Council approved a site plan for PNC Bank, located north of the F.M. 548 and F.M. 741 intersection. The property covers 0.845 acres and is zoned within the Fox Hollow Planned Development (Ordinance No. 1126). The base zoning is General Retail, and a bank with drive-through services is a permitted use in this planned development.
AUTO BODY REPAIR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
City Council has approved a conditional use permit for an auto body repair facility on 10.3 acres of property located north of F.M. 1641 and west of Currency Circle. This permit allows for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot auto body repair building behind the existing structure at 200 F.M. 1641. The property is bordered by vacant land to the north, commercial and church properties to the south, and the Smurfit Kappa industrial building to the east.

CWD STORM DEBRIS UPDATE
In his report, City Manager Charles Daniels provided an update on brush pick-up. We appreciate everyone's patience as CWD continues curbside collection of storm debris. So far, CWD crews have collected over 170 tons of debris in Forney. Residents are asked to place their brush near the curb without obstructing the sidewalk and to allow sufficient time for collection, as this process will take some time. Additionally, CWD has provided two large roll-off dumpsters at Forney Community Park for residents who wish to transport their brush to designated drop-off areas. These dumpsters are located at the soccer fields parking lot at 241 S Farm to Market 548, Forney, TX 75126, and will be emptied on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
