Super Social Supper Club (Ages 8+)

Learn the basics of restaurant etiquette through this fun and social program. Our outings include learning how to place a food order, paying a bill and calculating a tip. Little Flippers: Mommy and Me Gymnastics Class (Ages 1-4)

This class is designed to introduce the young gymnast to the fundamentals of gymnastics. With help from a parent or guardian, we will focus on balance, coordination, listening skills and following directions. Our gymnastics and tumbling classes focus on physical conditioning and strength training as students do floor work and utilize the tumble track, balance beam, bars and vault. Tennis helps build character, focus and sportsmanship. This program is designed to give young coed participants the foundational skills of tennis through game play and a step-by-step curriculum guided by staff. Cheer 101 (Ages 5 - 12)

Does your little one want to be a cheerleader? Through this program, they can gain experience as they learn a variety of techniques for jumps, motions and more! For younger cheerleaders with some experience, this is also a great opportunity to keep skills sharp between seasons. As participants learn the proper form and techniques of basketball through drills, they will develop the fundamentals of the game needed to compete in organized play. Let's Make Some Racquet! Intermediate (Ages 8 - 12)

The Clinic: Youth Basketball Coaching (Ages 15+)

Every coach wants their team to achieve its full potential. This off-season, discover how to create a championship culture and gain the tools needed to get your team better shots, maximize your practice time and make your team unstoppable! Sessions will be led by Joel Battle, boys' head coach at High Point Central High School. Coach Battle is a two-time Conference Coach of the Year and has successfully guided multiple players to play college and professional basketball. Open Gym for Teens (Ages 13 - 18)

Pickleball for Beginners (Ages 50+)

Learn a new sport or sharpen your skills! Pickleball is a fun game played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34" at the center.
