The Greater High Point Senior Games is a year-round health promotion and wellness education program for adults 50 years of age and better. Our athletic events include badminton, basketball shooting, billiards, bocce, bowling, cornhole, croquet, cycling, shot put, discus throw, standing and running long jumps, football throw, golf, horseshoes, pickleball, shuffleboard, softball throw, swimming, table tennis, tennis and track events. Other competitions include chair volleyball, Wii bowling, bingo and a spelling bee. SilverArts provides a stage for the creative talents of visual, heritage, literary and performing artists. Registration for the 2023 Greater High Point Senior Games and Silver Arts opens November 1! An early bird discount is offered through January 31; regular rates are in effect February 1 - March 31.

Southside Fitness in Pink (Ages 10+)

Fitness in Pink promotes breast cancer awareness and the importance of wellness and fitness to cancer prevention and overall health. Learn more about how to detect early signs of the disease, and try one of our upbeat, high-energy spin or toning classes for free at the recently-renovated Southside Fitness Center! Attendees are encouraged to wear pink, and those who sign up for a monthly fitness center membership will receive our new, limited edition SFC string bag and workout towel. Pilates Mat (Ages 50+)

All fitness levels can practice pilates successfully! This program will take participants through the traditional pilates mat exercises to connect with your deepest core muscles and help stretch and strengthen the body from head to toe.
