AQUACISE Water offers a forgiving environment for cardio, core strength, resistance training and balance & coordination are all a part of a full body workout.
AQUA ZUMBA® Make a splash by adding low impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. A blend of latin and world rythms with water resistance.
ARTHRITIS EXERCISE This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in water will help you gain strength and flexibility. Water is a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness. Our pool temperature is between 84-86 degrees.
BARBELL
STRENGTH
A strength training workout using barbells and adjustable weights. The class is designed to work every major muscle group in your body by also incorporating the use of hand weights, tubing and body bars.
BARRE STRENGTH A no/low impact class that focuses on functional movements, full range of motion, alignment, strength and flexibility. Class incorporates elements of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and traditional strength training. For ALL fitness levels.
BASIC YOGA Great class for beginners or anyone who wants a slower paced yoga class. We focus on basic classic yoga postures, alignment and breathing techniques. We explore ways to increase strength, increase range of motion and improve balance. At the end of each class we offer a relaxing recovery. Any necessary props will be provided.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Kickboxing moves choreographed to high energy music. Burn calories and have fun in this low impact, heart pounding class! Formats will include Turbokick, SoulKickboxing and Spiked!
CARDIO/STRENGTH
CIRCUIT A cardio/interval/ circuit-based workout using light weights, resistance bands, and battle ropes.
CORE FUSION Your core is more than your abs. We will be using strength moves from Pilates, Yoga and Barre to discover your strongest asset.
CORE & MORE A dynamic warm-up followed by a combination of bodyweight and resistance training that will focus on core strength and flexibility. Using a variety of equipment will engage all the core muscles and supportive muscle groups.
FULL BODY SCULPT A full body workout, incorporating floor and standing strength moves and transitions, using body weight, dumbbells, mats and bands to strengthen, lengthen and improve functional fitness.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Exercise that helps with every day activities, strengthening muscles we use to accomplish tasks without injury.
GLOBAL GROOVE A fun, follow-along dance party featuring beats from around the world. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary. Comfortable clothes and cross trainers are recommended.
KICK & STRIKE Interval kickboxing workout incorporating traditional kickboxing combinations, athletic drills and controlled weight bearing movements inspired by stick fighting.
LINE DANCING Have you ever wanted to be able to join when you see line dancing? In this program you will learn a variety of line dances that will let you be the hit of the party.
LITE’N LIVELY A gentle workout with low impact activities and light weight bearing exercises to build strength, stimulate bone growth and improve balance/posture.

MULTI-LEVEL YOGA
Experience a variety of teaching styles in this multi-level yoga class. Modifications make this class accessible to all and appropriate props are provided.
MIXXEDFIT® A perfect blend of explosive dancing and bootcamp inspired toning.
PILATES An exercise that consists of low-impactflexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
PILOXING® A unique blend of muscle sculpting standing Pilates, cardio boxing, and dance, for a fun and high energy interval workout.
PIYO® Using your body weight, you’ll perform low-impact, high-intensity movements inspired by Pilates and yoga. With PIYO, you’ll work every single muscle to help stabilize, stretch, and strengthen every inch of your body, and burn crazy calories too!
PLYOJAM® PlyoJam is dance powered by plyometrics! This innovative workout combines cutting-edge dance moves with short, explosive plyometric exercises that shape and transform the body. The ever-changing catalog of fun PlyoJam routines are for both dancers and non-dancers.
SOULFUSION A blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music with modifications for all levels. Improve strength, balance, flexibility and improve overall fitness.
SPIN Indoor cycling/spin focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. High intensity cardio and strength, with low joint impact. Set to the beat of the music or similar to riding outdoors, using resistance, RPMs, watts, time and speed.
Community Indoor Walking Hour
Take advantage of the indoor walking track during an hour set aside just for walkers. Enter though the gym door. Bring a friend!

STEP A high energy class full of fun and easy “step combos” designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness. Be ready for a great workout. Class winds down with resistance training, core strengthening and stretching.
TABATA Perfect for beginners or older active adults looking for a mix of a cardio and strength workout. A simple workout that improves your cardiovascular and muscular strength. Class consists of 20-30 secs of work & 10 secs of rest.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
A full body strength workout by using a variety of fitness equipment. Move through all planes of motion as you build muscular strength, improve endurance and get into fantastic shape.
WATERBALL A non-competitive, cardio-fun, water volleyball class! Begin with a short warm-up / stretch!
WERQ® A fun dance workout based on pop, rock and hip hop music.
YOGA Flow through poses to create heat and holding poses to build strength. Balance, stretching, and sometimes a challenge pose added into the mix! Modifications offered.
YOGA SCULPT A full body workout using yoga, flow, strength, balance and flexibility to enhance fitness and health in all other areas of life and athleticism. An open, all-level, but challenging unconventional fun yoga class using non-traditional music.
ZUMBA® A fusion of Latin and International music. Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training, fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body through easy to follow moves.
ZUMBA GOLD® When exercise is fun, we are most likely to do it. No dance experience needed. Just great music to go with your moves.
