AQUACISE Water offers a forgiving environment for cardio, core strength, resistance training and balance & coordination are all a part of a full body workout.
AQUA ZUMBA® Make a splash by adding low impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. A blend of latin and world rythms with water resistance.
ARTHRITIS EXERCISE This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in water will help you gain strength and flexibility. Water is a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness. Our pool temperature is between 84-86 degrees.
BARBELL
STRENGTH
A strength training workout using barbells and adjustable weights. The class is designed to work every major muscle group in your body by also incorporating the use of hand weights, tubing and body bars.
BARRE STRENGTH A no/low impact class that focuses on functional movements, full range of motion, alignment, strength and flexibility. Class incorporates elements of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and traditional strength training. For ALL fitness levels.
BASIC YOGA Great class for beginners or anyone who wants a slower paced yoga class. We focus on basic classic yoga postures, alignment and breathing techniques. We explore ways to increase strength, increase range of motion and improve balance. At the end of each class we offer a relaxing recovery. Any necessary props will be provided.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Kickboxing moves choreographed to high energy music. Burn calories and have fun in this low impact, heart pounding class! Formats will include Turbokick, SoulKickboxing and Spiked!
CARDIO/STRENGTH
CIRCUIT A cardio/interval/ circuit-based workout using light weights, resistance bands, and battle ropes.
CORE FUSION Your core is more than your abs. We will be using strength moves from Pilates, Yoga and Barre to discover your strongest asset.
CORE & MORE A dynamic warm-up followed by a combination of bodyweight and resistance training that will focus on core strength and flexibility. Using a variety of equipment will engage all the core muscles and supportive muscle groups.
FULL BODY SCULPT A full body workout, incorporating floor and standing strength moves and transitions, using body weight, dumbbells, mats and bands to strengthen, lengthen and improve functional fitness.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Exercise that helps with every day activities, strengthening muscles we use to accomplish tasks without injury.
GLOBAL GROOVE A fun, follow-along dance party featuring beats from around the world. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary. Comfortable clothes and cross trainers are recommended.
KICK & STRIKE Interval kickboxing workout incorporating traditional kickboxing combinations, athletic drills and controlled weight bearing movements inspired by stick fighting.
LINE DANCING Have you ever wanted to be able to join when you see line dancing? In this program you will learn a variety of line dances that will let you be the hit of the party.
LITE’N LIVELY A gentle workout with low impact activities and light weight bearing exercises to build strength, stimulate bone growth and improve balance/posture.
