Words from Local Commi/ee President Dear all, Are you seeking a more challenging opportunity or a stage that can show your strength? Or you s9ll hesitate because worrying if you can do it best? As a middle structure is not as easy as it seems. Being a middle structure will be the first 9me you start to take full responsibility on your own in AIESEC, or even be responsible to the others. And also, you will think wider ,for what you do will greatly influence your func9on and even the whole LC; you will think more ,for what you do will influence the development in the following years of the func9on and even the financial situa9on and talent condi9ons of the LC. So, it is not easy, but I guarantee you can learn a lot if you are eager to learn more, to do more, and to be an "excellent" middle structure.
