Perfect Plaster of Paris creations... Tips from the Plaster Master! First you mix it! Just add water to your Plaster of Paris powder and mix until it has a consistency like cream.
Then you pour it! Carefully pour your plaster into your mould, but don’t dilly-dally - it starts to set quickly!
Then you set it free! When your plaster is completely dry (up to 48 hours) gently remove it from the mould.
Finally you transform it! Use paint, glitter, collage; anything you like to transform your mould into a masterpiece!

1. Place each Tempera paint disc into a separate ziplock bag and use a hammer to smash up the paint discs. 2. Pour each of the powdered paints into individual paper cups. Fill the cups up a quarter of the way with water and give the paint a stir. 3. Add Plaster of Paris spoon by spoon and stir until you have a thick, creamy consistency – once you have this consistency ACT QUICK! 4. Pour your chalky mixture into moulds and let it set. Alternatively use paper, baking paper and tape to make chalk sticks. Wait 48 hours and VOILÀ! Your chalk is ready!
