子供向けアニメ映画

こんにちは。私たちが紹介するのは、日本のアニメ映画です。物語も音楽も素晴らしい、多くの作品の中で、今回は子供たちも楽しめる二つの作品を紹介したいと思います。有名なアニメ会社「スタジオジブリ」の懐かしい作品『となりのトトロ』と、最近話題になっている『おおかみこどもの雨と雪』です。まず、『となりのトトロ』の主人公はめいと姉のさつきです。この映画はめいとさつき、そして「トトロ」という優しくて大きな妖怪のお話です。めいとさつきの家族は、お母さんの病気を治すために里山へ引っ越しました。新しい家には、変な妖怪がいますが、それはめいとさつきにしか見えません。日本では、ほとんどの子供が『となりのトトロ』を見たことがあります。子供たちはきっとファンタジーの世界に行きたいので、「トトロ」のお話が好きなのだと思います。次に『おおかみこどもの雨と雪』も、子供向けの映画です。女子大学生・花は一人ぼっちの男子大学生を好きになりますが、その人は狼男でした。二人の間に女の子・雪と男の子・雨が生まれます。子供たちは狼人間なので、育てるのに苦労します。この映画は比較的最近の映画で、『となりのトトロ』よりも悲しいお話です。日本の子供たちの間ではとても人気の映画です。どちらも家族愛を描いた作品で、物語の中には日本文化の一面も見られます。まだ見ていない人には、是非見てもらいたい作品です。

«Films d’Animation pour les Enfants» Bonjour ! Cet article a pour but de vous présenter des dessins animés japonais. Nous avons sélectionné deux films qui ont un répertoire musical fantastique et font usage d’un genre littéraire à la Monogatari que les enfants aimeront tout autant.

Afin de guérir la maladie de leur mère, la famille de May et Satsuki déménage vers une contrée reculée. Des apparitions étranges habitent leur nouvelle demeure. Cependant, celles-ci ne sont visibles que par May et Satsuki.

Le prochain film est « Les Enfants Loups, Ame et Yuki ». C’est l’histoire d’une étudiante universitaire nommée Hana, jeune femme introvertie qui se découvre des sentiments pour un garçon d’université. Cependant, ce garçon est un loup-garou. Ensemble, ils auront deux enfants – une fille nommée Yuki et un garçon nommé Ame. Ces deux enfants sont également des loup-garou, ce qui rend leur éducation difficile. Ce film est relativement récent comparé à « Mon Voisin Totoro ». Bien que ce film cible principalement les enfants, il est bien plus triste que « Mon Voisin Totoro ». Ce film est particulièrement célèbre auprès de la jeunesse nipponne. Ces deux œuvres cinématographiques dépeignent clairement l’amour familial tout comme des aspects de la culture japonaise. Si ce n’est déjà fait, nous vous recommandons grandement de visionner ces deux chefs-d’œuvre !

Animation Movie for Children Hello. We are going to introduce Japanese anime movies. This time we will introduce two movies that make fantastic use of song and monogatari literary form that kids too will be excited about. The famous Studio Ghibli is responsible for these movies. One is the nostalgic movie “Totoro” and the other is the very current movie “Wolf Children.” First, Totoro’s protagonists are May and her older sister Satsuki. This movie is about May, Satsuki and a large but friendly apparition named Totoro. In order to cure their mother’s sickness, May and Satsuki’s family moves

to an undeveloped woodland area. Strange apparitions dwell in this new home. However, these apparitions are only visible to May and Satsuki. Most children in Japan have seen the movie Totoro. Children most likely enjoy Totoro because they too wish to escape to a fantasy realm such as that which is presented in the movie. Next, Wolf Children is also a movie for children. It is the story of a female university student named Hana. Hana is an introvert, and develops feelings for a boy at her university. However, this boy is a wolf man. The two have two children together – a girl named Yuki and a boy named Ame. These children are wolves as well, and this makes it difficult for them to grow. This movie is quite recent compared to the movie Totoro. Though it is a children’s movie, it is much sadder than Totoro. It is a very famous movie amongst Japanese youth. Both movies are clearly works that depict the love of the family, but they also depict one part of Japanese culture. We definitely recommend you to watch these movies if you have not already.

Le premier est le film nostalgique « Mon Voisin Totoro » et le second est « Les Enfants Loups, Ame et Yuki », ce dernier étant bien plus récent. Tout d’abord, les personnages principaux de « Mon Voisin Totoro » sont May et sa grande sœur Satsuki. Ce film relate l’histoire de ces deux filles et d’une apparition large bien que fortement amicale nommée Totoro.

La plupart des enfants au Japon ont vu le film « Mon Voisin Totoro ». Le fait que les enfants aiment tant ce film est sûrement dû au fait qu’ils rêvent de s’échapper vers un royaume enchanté tel qu’il nous l’est présenté dans ce film.

2 0 1 4 年 1 0月にバンクーバーで日本人看護師や介護士の有志たちが集まり「バンクーバー・ホームケア・ネットワーク社」を立ち上げた。北米唯一の日本人による訪問介護サービスを提供する会社として、掃除、洗濯、料理、買い物から入浴介助など、介護士またはヘルパーを派遣し生活援助をしている。クライアントからの依頼を受けると、BC州の正看護師（RN）が依頼人の自宅へ出向き、無料相談後、介護計画を立て介護士の派遣、そして評価を継続的に行う。日本人のきめ細やかであたたかいケアを目指している。オペレーションマネジャー阿部山優子さんは、次のように語ってくれた。「高齢のご主人を奥様が数年間一人で介護しており、疲れきっていました。週２回早朝に出向き、ご主人をベッドから起こし、シャワー、朝食、体操など、本人の状況に合わせたプログラムを作りました。ご主人の介護と並行し、奥様と日本語でおしゃべりをたくさんしました。その結果、奥様も少しずつ元気を取り戻しました。介護士を派遣させて頂くことで、このご夫婦の生活

A Japanese Nursing Care Service Company

“Vancouver Home Care Network Company”

In October 2014, Japanese nurses and caregivers convened in Vancouver to establish the “Vancouver Home Care Network Company.” This is the only company run by the Japanese in North America that provides nursing care services such as cleaning, clothes washing, shopping, bathing assistance, etc. By dispatching caregivers and/or helpers to those in need. Upon request, a BC registered nurse visits the home to give a free consultation and to make a nursing care plan. Based on the estimate, the company dispatches caregivers to periodically evaluate the client, with the goal of providing the dedicated warm care characteristic of the Japanese. Operation Manager, Ms Yuko Abeyama stated the following. “A wife became exhausted after having taken care of her aging husband for several years. We made a plan according

During the care sessions, we conversed with his wife in Japanese, while she had the opportunity to gradually regain her energy. We were reassured as to the necessity of this service when we saw that the couple could have had a healthy life together at home by dispatching caregivers earlier on. This helped us understand how we may contribute our services to ease the lives of the elderly, and how we can help them live in their beloved homes for a long time. With this confidence boost, we started advertising little by little. Today many people use our service.

Une compagnie japonaise de soins infirmiers

« Réseau de Vancouver de soins à domiciles »

En octobre 2014, des infirmiers et soignants japonais se sont réunis à Vancouver pour créer la compagnie « Réseau de soins à domiciles de Vancouver ». C’est la seule compagnie dirigée par des Japonais en Amérique du Nord qui apporte des soins infirmiers tels que le ménage, le pressing (nettoyage des vêtements), faire les courses, aide à la toilette etc. Pour cela, les aides soignants et volontaires sont dépêché pour aider les personnes dans le besoin. À la demande, un(e) infirmièr(e) autorisé en Colombie-Britannique visite les maisons pour donner une consultation gratuite et prévoir un plan de soins infirmiers. D’après les estimations, la compagnie envoi les soignants évaluer périodiquement les patients en fournissant une aide empreinte d’une attention dévouée caractéristique des Japonais. Mme Yuko Abayama, Directrice des Opérations, nous décrit une situation : « Une épouse est épuisée après s’être occupée de son mari vieillissant pendant plusieurs années.

Nous préparons un plan selon sa condition physique : des visites matinales 2 fois par semaine pour le réveiller, le laver, lui préparer le déjeuner, et faire quelques exercices. Lors des sessions de soins, nous bavardons avec sa femme en japonais tout en lui permettant de reprendre des forces petit à petit. Nous avons été convaincus de la nécessité de notre intervention en voyant que ce couple aurait pu avoir une vie plus saine en déléguant certaines tâches tels que les soins plus tôt. Cette situation nous a permis de comprendre comment proposer nos services pour soulager les personnes âgées et ainsi leur permettre de rester dans leurs chères maisons plus longtemps. Avec ce regain de confiance, nous avons commencé à annoncer notre compagnie petit à petit. Aujourd’hui, plusieurs personnes utilisent nos services. Lors des activités proposées cette année passée, j’ai réalisé qu’en plus d’aider les personnes âgées, notre compagnie donne aussi des opportunités d’emplois pour les Japonais vivants à l’étranger. C’est très satisfaisant de pouvoir inclure autant de personne dans notre compagnie. De plus, notre stratégie à long terme est d’encourager la coopération entre la communauté japonaise locale, créant ainsi un système où chacun s’entraide. « On ne l’a pas vu récemment, n’est-ce pas ?! » Les locaux s’occupent des uns des autres. Ces initiatives

aident à réduire le sentiment de solitude chez les personnes âgées. Cela nous permet aussi de s’assurer de leur sécurité et d’éviter qu’ils meurent seuls. Nous voulons être activement impliqués dans la communauté japonaise jusqu’à ce qu’un environnement sain soit établi ».

Through the activities provided in the past year, I realized that our company can not only help the elderly, but can also provide employment opportunities for Japanese people living abroad. 冬だからこそ訪れたい

ケベック旧市街

夏のフェスティバルや冬のカーニバルの時期には、城壁の中の宿泊施設は予約を取るのが難しく値段も高めになりますが、シーズンを外せは、お値段も希望価格で見つけやすくなります。有名なシャトー・フロントナック・ホテルは相変わらず高めのお値段ですが、周辺にはＢ＆Ｂが結構あるので、旧市街地を観光するのに便利な立地条件でお手頃価格の部屋がきっと見つかります。また、Ｂ&Ｂなら簡単な朝食がついているので、寒い中、コートを着て外へ朝食を食べに出る必要もありません。シャトー・フロントナック・ホテルの直ぐ後ろにある【 Hôtel Jardin du Gouverneur 】（www.leshotelsduparc.com）は、一泊、2人部屋で＄100前後（朝食付き/フリーWIFI）室内やリネン類は清潔で、ベッドも寝心地良く、静かで便利なのでお勧めです。旧市街地の中程にある【 MORRIN CENTRE 】(www.morrin.org）という博物館は一風変わっていて、200年程前までケベックで最初に設置された刑務所として利用された後、英語系のカレッジ（大学）として使われていたという両極端の史跡を見ることができるところです。表の華やかな世界遺産の街とは違って、ここで実際に生活していた人達の息遣いを感じることができるはず。今も残る牢獄には、何かで彫った落書きが愛嬌あるものの、当時は窓には硝子が入ってなかったというから、寒さが最も厳しい刑罰になったのかもしれません。この刑務所が1868年に閉鎖になった後、ここに英語系のカレッジ（大学）が設立されました。モントリオールにあるマギル大学との提携により高度な教育システムが施され、有能な学生を養成したり女性の就学を認めるなどしましたが、英語系の人口がケベックから流出していくにしたがって、1902年にその扉を閉じることになります。現在でも会員になれば利用できる図書館は、当時の優雅さを今に伝える内装と家具で一見の価値があります。

Le Vieux-Québec :

votre destination hivernale Durant l’été et l’automne, le Vieux-Québec est une ville touristique bondée qui peut rappeler un bruyant parc d’attraction. Même si vous avez déjà visité plus d’une fois cette partie de Québec, je vous suggère de visiter la ville à nouveau, une fois le calme revenu. Profitez de vous promener dans les rues et penser à cette vieille ville d’un lointain passé. Pendant la haute saison des festivals d’été et du carnaval d’hiver, il est très difficile de se loger à l’intérieur des anciennes fortifications. Même si vous parvenez à trouver un hébergement, cela peut être très onéreux. Il est cependant plus facile hors saison de trouver quelque chose dans votre budget. Il est bien évidemment toujours cher de dormir au célèbre Château Frontenac, quelle que soit la saison, mais il y a de nombreux gîtes touristiques dans les environs. Vous devriez donc trouver un endroit bien situé et moins cher sans trop d’efforts. De plus, les gîtes touristiques proposent généralement le déjeuner ; il ne sera donc pas nécessaire de vous habiller pour sortir dans le froid à la recherche de nourriture.

l’hôtel est calme et bien situé. Je recommande chaudement cet endroit. Le Morrin Centre (www.morrin.org) est situé dans le quartier historique et son histoire est assez étrange. Jusqu’à il y a environ 200 ans, l’endroit était la première prison de Québec et est ensuite devenu une école anglophone. C’est l’endroit qui permet de prendre conscience d’une histoire extrêmement contrastée. A la différence des prestigieux sites du patrimoine mondial, vous pourrez ressentir les traces des personnes qui ont respiré et vécu ici il y a longtemps. Dans la prison, les graffitis des prisonniers sur les murs sont assez amusants. Mais, en regardant par les fenêtres, dépourvues de vitres à cette époque, on peut imaginer comment le froid de l’hiver pouvait facilement être la punition la plus dure pour eux. Après la fermeture de la prison en 1868, une école anglophone a été fondée à la place. Grâce à une affiliation avec l’université McGill de Montréal, un système d’éducation supérieure a été mis en place, ce qui a facilité la formation d’excellents étudiants et permis le recrutement de femmes. Malheureusement, de nombreux anglophones ayant quitté la ville à l’époque, elle a fermé ses portes en 1902. La librairie est toujours accessible aux détenteurs d’une carte de membres et vaut amplement une visite, ne serait-ce que pour apprécier la magnifique architecture intérieure, rappel vivant de l’élégance du passé. Le Morrin Centre est également le point de départ des promenades fantômes. Les nuits froides du Vieux-Québec peuvent être, sans personne en vue, très inquiétantes. Old Quebec: Your Winter Destination Throughout the summer and fall, Old Quebec is a crowded tourist town that can be reminiscent of a noisy theme park. Even if you have visited this part of Quebec more than once, I'd suggest visiting the city again, once the calmness has returned. Enjoy walking the streets and reflecting on this old city from the distant past. During the peak season of summer festivals and winter carnivals it's very difficult to find accommodations inside the old fortifications. Even if you do manage to find a place to stay, it can be very pricey. However, during the off season it’s easier to find something in your budget. Of course, staying at the famous Château Frontenac is always pricey, regardless of the season, but there are many B&Bs in the area, so you should be able to find a well-located and less expensive place

to stay without much effort. Also, B&Bs usually serve breakfast, so there will be no need to get dressed and go out in the cold weather in search for food. Hôtel Jardin du Gouverneur (www. leshotelsduparc.com) is situated right behind Château Frontenac and it will cost around $100 for two people (breakfast and free wifi included.) Rooms and linens are clean, beds are comfortable, and the hotel is quiet and well-situated. I highly recommend this place. Morrin Centre (www.morrin.org) is located in the historical quarter and its history is quite odd. Until about 200 years ago this place was used as Quebec City's first prison, and then became an English-language college. This is the place to witness a history of extreme contrasts. Unlike glamorous world heritage sites, you will be able to sense the traces of actual people who breathed and lived there long ago. In the prison there are some scribbles carved on the walls by the past prisoners which are quite amusing. But, looking out the windows, which had no windowpanes at the time, one can imagine how the winter cold was

easily the heaviest punishment for them. After the prison was closed in 1868, an English-language college was founded there. Through an affiliation with McGill University in Montreal, a system of higher-education was established, which helped to train excellent students and also allowed women's enrolment. Sadly, with so many English-speaking people leaving the city at the time, it closed its door in 1902. Its remaining library can still be used upon getting a membership and is well worth a visit, if only to enjoy the wonderful interior design and furniture, which serve as vivid reminders of the elegance of the past. Morrin Centre is also the starting point of the ghost walking tour. The cold nights of Old Quebec can be, with no people in sight, very creepy. Yuzu flavored cheesecake

■材料 (直径20cmの型）

■ Ingredients (20cm in diameter) <A>

クリームチーズ 200g

200g cream cheese

砂糖 70g

70g sugar

卵 2個

2 eggs

小麦粉 30g

30g flour

無塩バター 60g

120g biscuit 60g unsalted butter Yuzu jam

柚子ジャム Instructions:

作り方：

<A> 200 g de fromage à la crème 70 g de sucre 2 œufs 30 g de farine de blé 200 cc de crème fraîche 1 cuillère à soupe de jus de yuzu

½ yuzu zest

柚子の皮（すりおろしたもの）半個分

ビスケット 120g

■ Ingrédients (Pour un moule de 20 cm de diamètre)

1 Tbs of (15 ml) yuzu juice

柚子ジュース大さじ1（15ml）

Gâteau au fromage à la crème à saveur de yuzu

200cc fresh cream

生クリーム 200cc

1. の砕いたビスケットをボウルに入れ、バターを溶かして混ぜ入れる。よく混ぜたら、型底に敷いて冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。（写真１、２）

1. Crush the biscuit in into a bowl and mix it with melted butter. After mixing well, place it on a 20-cm baking pan and harden it by putting in the fridge. (Image 1, 2)

フードプロセッサーに<A>の材料を順に加え、滑らかになるまでよく混ぜる。 ※生地が均一になるように、ゴムベラなどで側面をはらう。（写真３）

2. Put all the ingredients in<A> into food processor in order and mix well until smooth. Tip) Mix the dough with a rubber spatula and push it to the side.(Image 3)

2. 型に流し入れ、170℃に予熱したオーブンで45分ほど焼く。（写真４）※竹串などで中央に穴をあけ、生地がついてこなければOK！

3. Pour 2 into the baking pan and bake it at 170c° for 45 minutes in the oven. (Image 4) Tip) Bake it until a bamboo skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

3. 柚子ジャムを表面に塗り、全体的に粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で3時間ほど冷やす。（写真５）

4. Spread Yuzu jam on the surface. Once the cake cools down, refrigerate for another 3 hours. (Image 5)

Instructions: 1. Dans un bol, émiettez les biscuits de l’ingrédient et mélangez avec le beurre préalablement fondu. Une fois le mélange homogène, versez-le dans un moule à charnière de 20 cm de diamètre et laissez reposer le tout au réfrigérateur.

2. Dans un mixeur, ajoutez un à un les ingrédients <A> suivant l’ordre indiqué en commençant avec le fromage à la crème pour finir avec le zeste de yuzu. Fabergéは、２０１０年のオープン以来、朝食、ブランチ、ランチを提供するレストラン。開放感あふれる店内には、一人で気軽に過ごせるカウンター席、恋人と見つめ合えるテーブル席、そして大勢でもゆったりくつろげるソファー席も。子供連れも大歓迎だそう。

L’évènement le plus important de février est sans conteste la Saint-Valentin. Pour célébrer cette journée spéciale avec l’être aimé, sa famille, ses amis ou tout simplement pour se gâter soi-même, je vous présente ce mois-ci l’endroit rêvé, le restaurant Fabergé.

お店の名前は、インペリアル・イースター・エッグで有名なロシアの宝石商 Fabergéが由来。なにせお店のメニューの大半に卵が登場し、その全てがオーガニック。地元の食材にこだわり、使うハーブはお店自身の庭で育てています。今年の聖ヴァレンタインデーは日曜日。ブランチが断然お勧めです。スムージーは愛の色「赤」を選びます。これはストロベリー、ラズベリー、ブルーベリー、バナナにオレンジジュースを混ぜたもの。フレッシュなフルーツのビタミンが体に吸収されていきます。次はお店お勧めのPoutine matinale （朝のプーティン）を注文。ケベック名物のプーティンの上に、プリプリに膨らんだ卵が乗って登場します。卵をそっとスプーンでつつけば、黄身がとろろと流れ出し、下のグレービーソースやチーズと混ざります。これを、フライドポテトや黄ピーマンと玉ねぎのソテーと混ぜて食べると、絶妙のハーモニー。朝から食べるには十分すぎる量ですが、愛する誰かと分かち合うのもいいですね。ブランチのお供、カフェやお茶類も豊富。表面にハート模様を入れたカフェラテや、情熱の赤いミモザのカクテルを飲めば、愛の記念日が更に盛り上がります。継続は力なり。深まった愛を持続させるのに、毎朝開いているFabergéでの朝

Le restaurant tire son nom du joaillier russe Fabergé, célèbre pour ses « œufs ». Justement, la plupart des plats au menu contiennent des œufs, biologiques de surcroît. Chez Fabergé, on emploie des ingrédients locaux sélectionnés avec soin et des herbes que l’on cultive sur place.

Fabergé has provided breakfast, brunch, and lunch since its opening in 2010. In the open-concept interior, there are counter seats for casual visitors, table seats suitable for deepening your relationship with your loved one, and spacious sofa seats for the comfort of larger groups. It is kid-friendly, too. The name of the restaurant derives from Russian jeweller Fabergé, famous for its Imperial Easter eggs. Most of the menu items use organic eggs. They use carefully selected local ingredients, and herbs grown in the restaurant’s garden.

Valentine’s Day falls on Sunday this year. I would definitely recommend going for brunch. How about choosing red, the colour of love, for a smoothie? Strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, banana and orange juice are richly blended in this smoothie. Vitamins from the

fresh fruits will be absorbed into your body. You may want to order poutine matinale (morning poutine,) a restaurant’s pick for your next dish. This dish comes with a springy egg on top of Quebec’s well-known poutine. Poking the egg gently makes the yolk ooze out which mixes with the gravy and cheese underneath. Try mixing that with the fries and sautéed yellow peppers and onions. You will surely enjoy an exquisite harmony of tastes. As the dish has more than enough for one person, it is a good idea to share it with your loved ones. There is a wide selection of coffee and tea to accompany the brunch. If you choose a café latte with a heart shape etched on the surface or passionate red mimosa cocktail, the drinks will boost your St. Valentine’s Day spirit.
