B&B Gite Grand Moment モントリオールから車で約6時間、ケベック州Temiscouata-sur-le-LacにあるB＆B Gite Grand Moment。 フレンドリーなオーナーが出迎えてくれました。特におすすめは豪華な朝食。オープンキ ッチンで料理した出来立てが提供されました。 ダイニングルームは清潔感があり、綺麗に磨かれた アンティークのオーブンが飾ってありました。大きな窓からは爽やかな日差しと景色が楽しめます。 部屋にはミニキッチンが付いていたので、少し長めの滞在にも便利。B&Bから湖までは歩いて行け るのでお散歩にもおすすめです。

Expériences sur la route
Cet été, je suis partie sur la route depuis Montréal à travers le Québec, puis le Nouveau-Brunswick, la Nouvelle-Écosse et l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard. J’aimerais vous présenter quelques-uns des endroits découverts à cette occasion et que je recommande chaudement. Commençons par le Québec.
B&B Gite Grand Moment Le gîte de Grand moment, à Temiscouata-sur-le-Lac, n’est qu’à environ 6 heures de voiture de Montréal. J’y ai été accueillie par la propriétaire, une personne très sympathique. Je recommande tout particulièrement le merveilleux petit-déjeuner, qu’on vous apporte tout frais de la cuisine ouverte. Décorée d’un vieux four restauré, la salle à manger est très propre et bien éclairée par de grandes fenêtres qui permettent également de profiter du paysage. En cas de séjour prolongé, une cuisinette est disponible dans la chambre. J’ai vraiment apprécié la promenade depuis le gîte jusqu’au lac, ne la manquez pas!

B&B Gite Grand Moment Driving about 6 hours from Montreal, we found ourselves at a B&B in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac. The lovely owner of the B&B Gîte Grand Moment welcomed us. The best thing about the place is their superb breakfast. The owner cooks at the open kitchen then serves the dishes fresh from the oven. The dining room is very clean, and a well-polished antique oven is placed there. You can enjoy the refreshing sunshine and scenery from the large windows in the room. There is also a kitchenette in each room, which is great for a longer stay. If you want to take a walk, Lake Témiscouata is located close to the B&B.

Lorsqu’on parle de Percé, sur la péninsule gaspésienne, on pense tout de suite au rocher Percé. Si l’endroit est beau quand on le voit au loin en arrêtant sa voiture sur le point de vue dédié, il l’est encore plus de près. Comme il s’agit d’un lieu touristique, une aire de service où il est très agréable de se promener y a été aménagée. Elle comprend des restaurants et des boutiques de souvenirs. Étant sur le littoral, je recommande tout particulièrement les produits de la mer. Mais attention, si vous vous y trouvez en saison et que vous souhaitez manger au restaurant, il serait sans doute préférable de réserver. Et quoi de mieux qu’une bonne bière quand il fait chaud? Pour cela, rien ne vaut le Pub Pit Caribou où je me suis arrêtée. Les gens s’y rassemblent le soir en nombre, au point qu’il peut devenir difficile de passer commande. La vue de la mer depuis la terrasse et l’excellente qualité de la bière en valent cependant la peine.

Studios Vacances Marchant de Bonne Heure 帰りに立ち寄った宿泊先はStudios Vacances Marchant de Bonne Heure。ケベックシティから 約1時間、高速の出口から1キロのところにあり、便利な立地です。部屋にはキッチンがあります が、軽い朝食やコーヒーはルームサービスで注文することもできました。部屋はホテルのよう にとても綺麗で清潔感があり、使われている家具や内装が温かみを加えていました。建物の周 りには小さな川やかわいい橋があり、朝の散歩におすすめです。川の周りには椅子が設置され ていて、きれいな景色と緑に囲まれて一休みしながら読書するのもいいし、夕暮れを楽しみな がらビールやワインを飲むのもいいかも。オーナーはとても親切で、親しみやすい人でした。い つかのんびり長期滞在してみたい場所の一つです。

When you are traveling to Gaspé Peninsula you don't want to miss the gigantic Percé Rock. You can enjoy the view from a distance by parking your car at the viewing spot. If you decide to go closer it's a sight you won't forget. Being a popular tourist spot, the streets of Percé are well-maintained, and as there are many restaurants and gift shops, it's fun to stroll around. For dining, since the town faces the sea, seafood is a good bet. During the tourist season it will be wise to make a reservation if you have restaurants in mind. On a hot summer day a glass of beer tastes so good. We went to Pub Pit Caribou, where they carry locally brewed beer. It's a very popular place and there were many people gathering for a drink in the late afternoon; it was difficult to order even one drink! Even though it was a challenge getting served, we had the best beer afterwards, sitting on the terrace, watching the sea.

Sur le chemin du retour, je me suis arrêtée pour la nuit aux Studios Vacances Marchant de Bonne Heure, un hébergement très pratique à une heure de la ville de Québec et seulement 1 km de l’autoroute. Les chambres disposent d’une cuisine et un service à l’étage permet de commander du café ou un petit déjeuner léger. L’hôtel en lui-même est impeccable et dégage une ambiance très chaleureuse encore rehaussée par l’accueil des propriétaires. Aux alentours, on trouve une petite rivière enjambée d’un joli pont, le lieu parfait pour une promenade matinale! Des sièges sont disposés le long de la rivière pour profiter du paysage tout en lisant ou pour prendre un verre en observant le coucher du soleil. C’est un endroit où j’aimerais retourner pour un séjour plus long.

After our long road trip, on the way home we stayed at Studios Vacances Marchant de Bonne Heure. It is located about an hour from Quebec City, just 1 km from the highway exit. There was a kitchenette in our room, but we were able to order light breakfast and coffee through their room service. The room was impeccable and beautiful like a hotel. On top of that, the furnishing added charm and warmth. The place is surrounded by a little river and a cute bridge; you will certainly enjoy the morning walk. As there are chairs placed near the river, it's a great spot to pick up a book and take a break while being surrounded by beautiful scenery and trees; or, to have a glass of beer or wine watching the sunset. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the places I want to go back for a longer stay.

ガスペ半島の見所と言えばペルセの巨大なペルセ岩。ビュースポットで車を止めて遠くから眺めて も綺麗だし、近くまで行って眺めるのも圧巻でおすすめ。観光地なだけあって通りは綺麗に整備さ れていて、 レストランやお土産屋さんなどが立ち並び、楽しく見て回れます。食べ物は海に面してい るため魚介類がおすすめ。 シーズン中だと込むので、行きたいレストランがあれば予約した方が確 実です。暑い日にはやっぱりビール。今回立ち寄ったのは地ビールもあるPub Pit Caribou。夕方か らたくさんの人が集まる人気店なので、注文するのも一苦労。 でも、テラス席で海を眺めながら飲 むビールは最高でした。

J'ai pensé présenter un livre que j'ai lu récemment, et que j'ai bien aimé. Il s'agit de l'œuvre "No Longer Human" de Dazai Osamu. Dazai Osamu est un des grands auteurs japonais du vingtième siècle. Né en 1909 et décédé d'un suicide en 1948, ses écrits sont souvent dits autobiographiques, notamment dans "No Longer Human". Il écrit aussi souvent à propos de la guerre et de la nature humaine, entre autres.

今回は最近読んだ、 とても好きな本を紹介します。それは太宰治（だざい おさむ）の『人間失格』 （にんげんしっかく)という本です。 太宰治は日本の２０世紀の文豪です。１９０９年に生まれ、１９４８年 に自殺しました。太宰は自伝的な小説をよく書いていました。 『人間失格』 にも、そのモチーフが現れています。 この作品の中では、戦争や人間性な どについて書いています。 人間失格は、葉蔵（ようぞう） という主人公の日記のような本です。主人公 は子供の頃から大人になるまでの自分の人生を語ります。葉蔵は、子供 の頃から人間が理解できず、 とても恐れていたため、だんだん社会から 孤立し、自分は人間ではありえないとずっと思っています。そのため、葉 蔵は年を取るにつれ、 ますます絶望していきます。 『人間失格』は明るい本ではありません。それでも、好きな理由がたくさ んあります。 まず、太宰の文調は、人間の心理を上手に表現しています。 こ の作品を読んでいると、時々自分のことのように感じることがあります。そ のため、主人公の痛みにますます共感していきます。痛みや悲しみの理 由を全部語ってくれているので、読者もその気持ちを容易に感じること ができます。それだけでなく、太宰の文調のおかげで、悲しみの中にも人 生の素晴らしさがあることを知る事ができます。私にとっては、感情を強 くあらわす葉蔵は、 とても人間的であるように思えました。 自伝的小説が好きな人は、ぜひ読んでみて下さい。 それから、 『人間失格』は漫画や映画、 アニメなどになったこともあるよう です。それらの改作をまだ見た事がありませんが、 もし興味があったら見 て下さいね！
"No Longer Human" est présenté sous forme de journal écrit par le personnage principal, Yōzō. Il écrit à propos de sa vie, relatant son enfance jusqu'à sa vie adulte. Depuis son enfance, Yōzō n'a jamais compris les autres êtres humains, ceci créant en lui une peur qui le pousse à s'isoler du reste de la société. Par conséquent, il pense qu'il ne peut pas lui-même être humain, d'où le titre du roman. De cette manière, peu à peu, le personnage tombe dans le désespoir. Bien que "No Longer Human" ne soit pas un livre des plus gais, il y a plusieurs choses que j'ai aimées. Premièrement, l'auteur parvient par son style à communiquer les épreuves de la condition humaine. En lisant le livre, le lecteur peut parfois s'y reconnaître. De plus, on parvient à sympathiser avec le personnage principal, qui raconte et explique ses sentiments de manière poignante. J'ai pensé que quelqu'un qui est si touché par ce qui lui arrive ne peut être autre chose que très humain. Je recommande donc ce roman à tous ceux qui aiment les histoires à caractère autobiographique. De plus, "No Longer Human" a aussi été adapté en manga, film et animation. Bien que je ne les ai pas encore vus, si vous êtes intéressés, n'hésitez pas jeter un coup d’oeil!
Dazai Osamu's No Longer Human English
Today, I thought of presenting a book that I have recently read and thoroughly enjoyed. It is Dazai Osamu's No Longer Human. Dazai Osamu is one of Japan's 20th century literary masters. Born in 1909 and having passed away from a suicide in 1948, his writings are often described as autobiographical, notably No Longer Human. He also writes about the war and human nature, among other themes. No Longer Human is presented as a personal journal, written by the main character, Yōzō. In it, he writes about his own life, following it from childhood to his adult life. From an early age, Yōzō did not understand humans, which pushed him to become afraid of them and isolate himself from the rest of society. In consequence, he thinks that he himself cannot be human, and slowly falls into despair. Although No Longer Human is not a cheerful book, there are many things that I like about it. First, Dazai's writing style successfully conveys the hardships that humans face. While reading this book, readers can sometimes recognize things about their own selves. Moreover, the main character explains his feelings in great detail, which allows us to sympathize with him. Personally, I think that someone who feels so strongly cannot be but very human. For these reasons, I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys autobiographical fiction. Also, No Longer Human has been adapted into a manga, a movie and animation. Although I have not seen them yet, please do check them out if you are interested!

Depuis le 17 novembre, le musée Pointe-à-Callière, Cité d’archéologie et d’histoire de Montréal, invite à découvrir l’exposition Terre d’Asie. La collection Sam et Myrna Myers. Les objets de la collection y sont présentés selon un cheminement s’articulant autour de quatre thématiques − le jade, le bouddhisme, la porcelaine et la soie − et couvrent une période allant du néolithique au XIXème siècle. À titre d’introduction, nous faisons la connaissance du couple Myers qui a nourri une passion grandissante pour l’acquisition de pièces antiques, puis d’objets hétéroclites venant d’Asie de l’Est. Installés à Paris, dans les années 1960, ces deux américains fréquenteront les musées, les galeries d’art, les antiquaires et les ventes à l’encan, enrichissant leur collection de près de 5 000 objets en l’espace de 50 ans. Cette collection est un témoignage vivant de l’histoire de la Chine, de la Corée et du Japon permettant de se familiariser avec plusieurs coutumes et usages ayant marqué les civilisations s’y étant développées, tels que les rites funéraires, la religion, le commerce, les symboles de pouvoir et d’autorité, les influences culturelles et la scène artistique, et ce, à travers des objets dont la réalisation minutieuse et experte, autant pour de la vaisselle que des armes d’apparat, confère à leurs artisans le statut de véritable artiste.
The pieces of the collection take us on a journey, exploring four different themes –jade, Buddhism, porcelain, and silk – covering a period from the Neolithic Age to the 19th century. As an introduction, we meet the Myers couple, who nurtured a growing passion for the acquisition of antique pieces and diverse objects from East Asia. Settling in Paris in the 1960s, the two Americans frequented museums, art galleries, antique dealers, and auction sales, enriching their collection with nearly 5000 relics within 50 years. This collection is a living testimony to the history of China, Korea, and Japan. It allows us to get to know several of the customs that have marked the civilizations developed in these regions: funeral rites, religion, commerce, symbols of power and authority, cultural influences, and the artistic scene. From crockery to weapons, each piece of the exhibition suggests the true artistry of their creators.

L’exposition a pour avantage un aménagement des objets permettant d’en faire le tour et d’ainsi admirer leur beauté sous toutes les facettes. L’éclairage participe également à embellir les moindres détails, tantôt illuminant l’objet par en dessous tantôt le submergeant de toutes parts. De plus, les objets sont accompagnés d’explications bilingues anglais/ français qui, sans être trop présentes, viennent fournir des informations pertinentes et claires pour leur mise en contexte, tout comme les différents médiums − gravures, agrandissements de reproductions de peintures et projections vidéo − disposés à proximité. La seule critique pouvant être émise est l’absence d’un parcours proposé aux plus jeunes. Même si la disposition permet à ceux-ci d’apprécier les objets à leur hauteur, le sujet n’est pas présenté de façon à retenir leur attention tout au long des deux étages à parcourir. En conclusion, cette exposition met en lumière divers pans de l’histoire et des traditions de l’Asie de l’Est aux travers d’objets remarquables qui valent le détour tant ils sont bien conservés et sont les garants d’un savoir-faire époustouflant des artisans ayant participé à leur création.
This past November 17th, the Pointe-à-Callière museum’s Montreal Archaeology and History Complex introduced their latest exhibition, called From the Lands of Asia: the Sam and Myrna Myers Collection.

Moreover, the display comes with both English and French explanations which, without being obtrusive, provide relevant and clear information. Other mediums are also used to help contextualize these pieces: engravings, enlargements of reproductions of paintings, and video projections all add to the richness of the experience. The only criticism that could be made is to the lack of accommodation for the younger ones. Although the placement allows children to appreciate the exhibits at their height, the subject is not presented in such a way as to hold their attention throughout the two floors of the exhibition.

l’Asie et admirer ces objets, dont une bonne partie, en fin d’exposition notamment, est exclusivement consacrée au Japon. Les thèmes abordés y sont les kimonos, les arts du thé, de la laque, les costumes du théâtre Nô et du Kabuki, les habits et armure du samouraï. Un vrai plaisir pour les yeux !
All told, this exhibition highlights some fascinating aspects of the history and traditions of East Asia. With its remarkably well-preserved objects, visitors can reflect on the astonishing expertise of the craftsmen who participated in their creation.

You have until March 19, 2017 to learn more about Asia and to admire these artifacts. A good part of this exhibition is also exclusively devoted to Japan, with pieces prominently displayed near the end of the exhibition. Visitors can experience the beauty of kimonos, the tea ceremony, lacquer, Nô theater and Kabuki costumes, and the clothes and armor of the samurai. A true feast for the eyes!

「諸佛加護」 「五臓調和」 「孝養父母」 「煩悩消滅」 「寿命長遠」 「睡眠自除」 「延命息災」 「天心随心」 「諸天加護」 「臨終不乱」 いわゆる 「茶の十徳」。お茶を飲むことで得る１０の効用を説 いた、明恵上人の教えです。 長い冬も健やかに過ごすべく訪れたいのが、お茶専門店の 茶道楽（CHA DO RAKU）。 プラトー地区の静かな住宅街に佇 むお店は、一歩入れば日本のお茶の間（家族や友人の団欒の 部屋）を髣髴させる空間が広がっています。 日本風に靴を脱い で部屋に上がれば、品の良いお茶の香りとお茶道具を始めと する調度品、文化関連雑誌や壁の日本画が出迎えてくれます。

“It falls within the providence of the Buddhas, promotes filial piety, drives away destructive emotions, confers longevity, banishes drowsiness, wards off disease, disciplines body and mind, enjoys the patronage of Heaven, and assures peace in one’s passing.” These are the 10 virtues of drinking tea, as named eight centuries ago by the famed monk Myoe. A place to consider visiting if you are looking to maintain tip-top health during the winter is Cha Do Raku, a specialty tea shop. Nestled in a quiet residential corner of the Plateau neighborhood, the shop opens onto a space evoking the atmosphere of an ochano-ma (traditional Japanese living room, where family and friends gather to talk and relax) the moment you step inside. After taking off your shoes before stepping into the room, adhering to Japanese tradition, you will be greeted by fragrances of quality tea, tea ceremony utensils and other furnishings, cultural magazines, and classic Japanese wall hangings.
2 0 1 5 年 5月に茶 道 楽をオープンした の は、笑 顔 が 輝く SHIHOさん。幼少の頃から、お茶好きなお母様の影響で美味 しいお茶に囲まれて育ったそう。日仏フュージョンレストラン にて食事とお茶のペアリングを提供する等の活躍を経て、 「モ ントリオールの人たちに本当に美味しいお茶を味わってほし い」 との思いから茶道楽をスタートさせました。
自家製ぼたもち Shiho sélectionne elle-même tous les thés offerts chez Cha Do Raku en se rendant sur place, par exemple dans son coin de pays, Miyazaki, ou encore à l’endroit par excellence pour le thé au Japon, Shizuoka. Comme Shiho connaît sur le bout de ses doigts les caractéristiques aromatiques de chacun de ses thés et nous en parle avec gentillesse, peu importe celui que l’on choisit, la discussion est toujours agréable. C’est également un véritable plaisir d’admirer la superbe vaisselle à thé et les autres accessoires qui pourraient peut-être même convenir au saké. Lors de ma visite, j’ai choisi le thé « Onobori-san », un hōjicha (thé vert torréfié) de Tokyo, aux saveurs et aux parfums riches et profonds. À la boutique, on offre également des en-cas préparés par Shiho qui s’harmonisent parfaitement avec le thé. Je vous recommande particulièrement le mizuyōkan (gelée de fèves, roses dans ce cas-ci) au parfum vivifiant de yuzus séchés dans le jardin d’une famille d’agriculteurs de la ville de Gokase (Miyazaki). La combinaison de chocolat blanc à la cardamome et de tuiles au sésame noir, ainsi que les botamochi (boules de mochi enveloppées d’adzuki) accompagnent le thé à perfection.
Cha Do Raku was opened in May 2015 by Shiho, a woman who greets the world with a radiant smile. From childhood, and under the influence of her tea-loving mother, Shiho grew up surrounded by delicious teas. Following her success in other ventures, particularly a job suggesting meal and tea pairings at a French/Japanese fusion restaurant, she opened Cha Do Raku due to her desire to “have the people of Montreal savor truly delicious tea.” Every single tea available at Cha Do Roku has been purchased by Shiho during one of her trips to the tea regions of Japan, including Shizuoka, heartland of Japanese tea, and her home prefecture, Miyazaki. Deeply knowledgeable about tea flavors and aromas, Shiho provides her customers with careful explanations about her teas, which makes a trip to the shop a chance for a fun tea chat. You can also admire the gorgeous tea-serving apparatus here, which could even be used for Japanese sake. On my trip there, I picked up some Onobori-san, a deeply fragrant and flavorful hojicha (roasted green tea) from Tokyo. To complement these teas, the shop also offers a well-established menu of light snacks, all of which are hand-made by Shiho. My recommendation is the rose mame-yokan (a jellied sweet made with red bean paste, sugar, and agar) flavored with fragrant yuzu orange dried in the gardens of a farmhouse in Gokaze, a town in the Miyazaki mountains. Other snacks that pair wonderfully with tea include botamochi, a classic Japanese treat with a sweet ball surrounded by red bean paste, and the delightful combination of a black sesame tuile with cardamon-flavored white chocolate. 何杯でも飲みたくなる 「おのぼりさん」
Français « Vitalité », « Harmonie des organes », « Piété filiale », « Détachement matériel », « Santé », « Esprit alerte », « Longévité », « Communion divine », « Protection divine » et « Sérénité face à la mort »; telles sont les « Dix vertus du thé » que prêchait le moine bouddhiste Myōe. Pour traverser le long hiver en pleine santé, l’endroit à visiter, c’est la boutique et salon de thé Cha Do Raku (茶道楽). En mettant le pied dans cet endroit situé sur une rue résidentielle tranquille du Plateau, on a l’impression de pénétrer dans un salon typiquement japonais. Après avoir enlevé ses chaussures comme on le fait au Japon, en entrant dans la pièce, on est accueilli par une odeur de bon thé et par les différents éléments du décor : ustensiles à thé, magazines, peintures japonaises accrochées aux murs...

C’est la très souriante Shiho qui a ouvert Cha Do Raku en mai 2015. Elle a grandi dès sa plus tendre enfance entourée par le bon thé grâce à sa mère, une grande passionnée. Forte de ses nombreuses expériences, notamment celle de proposer des accords mets et thé dans un restaurant fusion de cuisine française et japonaise, elle a décidé d’ouvrir Cha Do Raku parce qu’elle voulait « que les Montréalais puissent savourer des thés qui goûtent vraiment bon ».

丸ごとパンでチーズフォンデュ Baked brie bowl fondue Bol de fondue au brie cuit au four

丸いパンと丸いチーズを使って簡単で楽しい、器まで食べ
作り方
れるレシピをご紹介します。
材料 • • • • • • • •
丸いパン 1個 丸いブリーチーズ（またはカマンベールチーズ）1個 バター 大さじ１ にんにく １片（すりおろしておく） 白ワイン 100ml ローズマリー 大さじ１ ベーコン 4枚 塩こしょう 少々
This fondue is good to eat for this cold season. Using round bread and cheese, it is easy and fun to make, and we could even eat the bowl!

ベーコンをカリカリに焼き１cmくらいに切っておく。

パンの上部をカットし、用意した丸いチーズの大きさに切り込みを入れて中身をくりぬく。パンの縁に も２cm幅くらいで立ての切り込みを入れておくと、食べる時にちぎりやすい。

バターとすりおろしたにんにくを混ぜてガーリックバターを作り、パンの中に塗る。
4.
丸いチーズの上部に十字の切り込みを入れて、パンの中に丸ごと入れる。切り取ったパンの上部でふ たをしてアルミホイルでパンをくるみ、350F (175C)のオーブンで約20-30分くらい焼く。
5.
オーブンから取り出し、 とろけ始めたチーズに、 ワイン、ローズマリー、ベーコン、塩こしょうを入れて混 ぜ、再度オーブンで10−15分くらい焼く。 この時にくりぬいたパンも適当な大きさに切り、周りにのせて 一緒に温める。

パンをオーブンから取り出し、中のチーズをよく混ぜたら出来上がり。
Instructions: 1. Cook the bacon until crispy and cut into 2cm pieces.

2. Slice the top of the bread and set aside. Empty inner part of the bread inside the loaf, enough to fit the brie cheese. Cut into the loaf around the edge at intervals of 2cm.

3. Mix butter and garlic together and spread it inside the bread.

1 round Brie wheel (or Camembert cheese)

1 tbsp of Butter at room temperature

2 cloves of grated garlic
4. Cut a cross on top of the cheese and put it inside of the bread. Cover with the top slice of the bread and wrap the whole bread in aluminum. Bake for about 20-30 mins at 350F (175C.)

1 tbsp of rosemary
•
4 slices of bacon
•
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Cette fondue est bonne à manger en cette saison froide. Utilisant un pain et un fromage rond, c’est facile et amusant à faire et on peut même manger le bol!

5. Take out from the oven and stir the melted cheese. Add in the wine, rosemary, salt, pepper and bacon and stir it again. Cut in reasonable bites the previously removed soft bread and place it around the loaf. Put it back in oven and bake for about 10-15 mins. 6. Remove from the oven and give it a good stir before serving.

Instructions : 1. Faire cuire le bacon jusqu'à ce qu'il soit croustillant et couper-le en morceaux de 2cm. 2. Couper le dessus du pain et le mettre de côté. Ôter une partie de la mie de pain, assez pour y insérer le fromage brie. Faire des entailles tout autour du pain à intervalle de 2cm. 3. Mélanger le beurre et l’ail ensemble ensuite, verser le tout à l’intérieur du pain. 4. Coupez une croix sur le dessus du fromage et mettez-le à l'intérieur du pain. Couvrezle avec le dessus du pain et envelopper tout le pain de papier d’aluminium. Mettre au four de 20 à 30 minutes à 350F (175C). 5. Retirer le pain du four et remuer le fromage fondu. Ajouter le vin, romarin, sel, poivre et le bacon et remuer à nouveau. Couper en bouchées raisonnables la miche de pain préalablement retiré et placez-la autour du pain. Remettez-le dans le four et faites cuire pendant environ 10 à 15 minutes. 6. Retirer du four et bien mélanger une dernière fois avant de servir.
