Student Employment Services Student Employment Services (SES) encourages the professional development of undergraduate and graduate students through job opportunities, workshops, and resources to foster postgraduate success. Approximately 3,400 students are employed at LMU each year and gain valuable skills, connections, and part-time experiences. National reports and LMU retention statistics indicate that student employees are more successful because of the skills and experiences they obtain on the job, which can lead to improved academic performance.
