Energize This fun class helps you maintain and gain strength for daily activities. This class will keep you active, independent, and moving to a variety of music of the instructor, Judy Sides, each class will include a warm-up, cardio, strength (using light weights and exertubes), stretching, and cool-down. Line Dancing Beginner class is for students with previous dance experience. Students should be capable of learning basic steps: grapevine, chasse, jazz box, etc. Routines up to 48 counts may include rhythms like Waltz or Cha Cha and tempos are slow to moderate. Improver/Intermediate students need previous dance experience and basic skills. Dances will introduce new step patterns: coaster step, rolling grapevines, swivets, etc. Routines up to 64 counts may include various tempos and rhythms and feature pauses, syncopation, timing variations, etc. For full descriptions of levels visit start 30 minutes later than advertised.
