This new and exciting program encourages parents and caregivers to provide positive, nurturing early experiences by reading aloud to their children regularly. Not only does reading aloud support kindergarten readiness, it also promotes a lifelong love of books and reading. This program is open to all children prior to beginning kindergarten, with the goal of each participant having 1000 books read to them before entering elementary school.
