These interactions in the shop are then shared with the staff in meetings to ensure that they are truly meeting each member’s individual buying preference. Greg and his team take great pride in knowing their customers, their names, birthdays, anniversaries, pets’ names, hobbies, likes, dislikes, brands, favorite cuts, colors, and styles. While Bryan has many hats to wear as the Head Professional of the Roaring Fork Club, he still ensures that he spends considerable time personally engaged in the merchandising at the club Greg also takes trips to merchandise shows, and such, to ensure he and his team stay relevant and engaged with new products and ideas coming to the industry
