Jahreszeit im Eisacktal Wenn im Herbst die Tage kürzer werden und sich die Natur in ihr einzigartiges, buntes Kleid legt, dann wird im Eisacktal die fünfte Jahreszeit, die Törggelezeit, eingeläutet. Die Bauern in den Buschenschänken öffnen ihre Stuben und bieten dem Gast hausgemachte Köstlichkeiten aus Hof und Feld an.
La quinta stagione nella Valle Isarco Quando in autunno le giornate si fanno più corte e il paesaggio si trasforma in una tavolozza di colori, in Valle Isarco si festeggia l’arrivo della quinta stagione, ovvero il periodo delle tradizionali castagnate (Törggelen). Nelle locande contadine del posto, si possono assaggiare i prodotti tipici dell’autunno e ottime specialità fatte in casa.
The fifth season in Eisacktal Valley Whenever the days are getting shorter in autumn and the countryside takes on its unique array of colours, then it is time for Törggelen. In the traditional farmer‘s taverns (Stuben) specialties of the harvest and the new wine for tasting will be offered.
