SUMMER CAMPS
The best summer adventures in the Hill Country are at Cordillera Ranch! Our Summer Camps offer hands-on fun for every child–from art, horses, golf and tennis, to our specialty camps like cooking and outdoor pursuits. Whatever the adventure, your child will get excited about learning while exploring the Ranch. Campers splash in to fun at our exceptional outdoor amenities including Swede Creek, the Guadalupe River, the Equestrian Center, and the Cordillera Ranch Pool. Off the couch and in the great outdoors, kids will tromp through the creek, play games, and learn nature skills like identifying native insects and plants. High quality camp instructors keep kids active in a safe, engaging atmosphere. Best of all, your happy campers will benefit from bright summer days filled with fresh air, friends, and fun. All of our camps are offered half-days, Tuesday through Friday. Limited full-day options are available for older kids. If you have any questions, please email us at

School is out and summer is HERE! What better way to spend the first week of your summer vacation than on horseback? This camp is for kids of all riding levels ages 6 and up. We will learn about basic horsemanship, horse care, and spend lots of time riding. Other games and crafts will make this week an unforgettable way to jump into summer. Lunch is included.
It doesn’t get much better than little girls and horses–unless there is glitter, unicorns, and pink on top! Your little cowgirl will get to brush our horses, ride, and even go out on our trails on horseback. We will have plenty of fun crafts, games, and indoor activities. Lunch is included.

This camp is specifically for kids who have been taking consistent riding lessons. Our focus will be on challenging your knowledge, playing fun games on horseback, and pushing you to become an even better rider and horseperson. Lunch is included. Contact Equestrian Center at 936-556-1295 SADDLES & SPLASHES CAMP Dates: July 23–26; August 6–9 Time: 9:30am-2pm Ages 7+ | Fee: $320 This is a horse camp that will beat the summer heat! We will start each morning at the Equestrian Center, riding and learning basic horsemanship. After lunch, we will head to the Cordillera Ranch pool for water games and fun. Lunch is included. This is a place for boys to be boys! Here at this camp we are not afraid of a little dirt. It includes four days of horseback riding, roping, trail rides, target shooting, archery, fort building, and outdoor lunches. Lunch included.
Tennis and Swim Camp is a great camp combination that offers tennis for beginners to intermediate level players and a great cool down with games and activities at the pool! Lunch is included.

An adventurous camp designed for older kids. This camp will include daily trips off the Ranch. We will have fun fishing, river kayaking, and exploring the great outdoors! Lunch, snacks, water and all park fees included.
This hands on cooking experience will focus on creating delicious food courses and plating presentation all taught by a knowledgeable chef. Throughout the week we will learn how to make different dishes and how to create beautiful presentations that will capture the eye! All cooking materials will be provided.

This camp will teach your young chef the safety skills and knowledge to be in a kitchen. We will dive into hands on, sensory cooking projects that let your camper experience the look, feel, smell, and taste of their food creations. All cooking materials will be provided. Calling all little crafters to come learn, play, and experience hands on art projects. Each day we will be creating fun masterpieces using different art mediums. Your crafty little artist will practice large and small motor skills, social interaction, and creativity, while having fun and experiencing new things. All materials are provided, all you need to bring is your smile and creativity!
We will be learning unique art techniques while creating masterpieces using different mediums throughout the week. Each day boys and girls will be experiencing something new and fun! There will be opportunities for your crafty artist to work on individual projects and to collaborate on group projects. All materials are provided.
