MARBELLA ‘GROUP’ CRUISES
Why, over our first four cruises, have over 600 people, including a high % of very experienced cruisers, all booked their cruises through Marbella Cruisers?
PRICE... Marbella Cruisers have always been over 100 very nice people in
our group, and when we reserve our cabins we guarantee the cruise line a minimum of 100 passengers. This secures us a heavily discounted ’GROUP PRICE’ plus, we always book a cruise early which ensures us an additional discount and, all our drinks included at every bar 24/7. Your gratuities are also included. (Gratuities are normally added by the ship and can be as much as 10% of the total cabin price.)
ALL THE WAY Unlike travel agents and online cruise booking companies we travel with you all the way, almost ‘Door to Door’. If you are new to cruising, you will find us most helpful on ‘Check in Day’ also, you will find us at the bottom of the ships exit gangway every day to show you to your excursion coach and at the same bar at the same time every afternoon to answer cruise questions.
2017, 2018, 2019 & 2021...
When the ‘cruise discounts’ are added to the discounts we get on our ‘GROUP ’ ‘excursion prices’ and carefully calculated from our past four cruises the average overall saving PER PERSON is £350 - £500, depending on the duration of the cruise.
LIMITED NUMBER
On each cruise we calculate the number of cabins we require based on our previous cruises (Normally between 60 and 80 cabins) and when they are gone, our prices rise to the same as other travel agents AND, not only do we lose our ‘Premier Drinks Package’ we also have to pay gratuities so… as soon as you decide on a particular cruise a £100 deposit P.P. means your cruise price and drinks package are secure and ‘Cast in Stone’. Beware! On MSC ships there are different standards of the same cabin type. All the our ‘GROUP CRUISE’ cabins with MSC are entitled ‘Fantastica’. To make life really easy, OUR PRIVATE COACHES, TAKING US TO OUR SHIP, WILL START FROM THE GIBRALTAR BORDER, DUQUESA PORT, ESTEPONA & LA CALA. EACH COACH MAKING CONVENIENT STOPS FOR YOU TO JOIN US AT ‘YOUR PRESELECTED BUS STOP’ ON THE A7. THEY WILL ALSO MEET US ON OUR RETURN.
MARBELLA CRUISERS is not a club, there is no membership fee. Our costs, primarily on advertising, to bring the group together, and secure the ‘GROUP PRICE’ plus our day to day administration are covered by a ‘single fee’ on each cruise booked of 50€ PP. Both your deposit and final cruise payment are financially secure. (Full details by email) colin@marbellacruisers.com or call: 0034 635 717 211

OUR 2022 ‘GROUP’ CRUISES
For 2022 Marbella Cruisers have selected four very different luxury cruises and you are invited to join us...
JUNE “TO RUSSIA WITH LOVE” The beautiful MSC
Grandiosa, (sister ship to the Virtuosa) cruising for 14 nights though the Baltic Sea to St Petersburg and then on to the Norwegian Fjords is a ‘Once in a Lifetime Cruise’. MSC has even secured the famous ‘Cirque Soleil’ to perform throughout the cruise. It is the entertainment and the breath taking scenery of the Fjords that means you will remember this cruise for the rest of your life.
AUGUST “LIKE A VIRGIN” PURE LUXURY BRANSON
STYLE Richard Branson is entering the cruise industry with his own ‘Virgin Cruise Line’ and three BRAND NEW super luxurious cruise liners. We have selected the Resilient Lady, cruising the Greek Islands for 7 nights. Dining in every one of the 12 restaurants on board is included in the cabin price. There are no children on any Virgin cruise ships. All Virgin cruises are 18 plus.
OCTOBER “WE ARE SAILING, WE ARE SAILING”… FROM MALAGA
This is our budget price, ‘LAID BACK’ fun cruise out of Malaga. It’s 11 nights around the Mediterranean. In 2021 this cruise attracted 200 of us, from here on the coast, enjoying the ease of being on the ship and in the bar within a few hours of leaving home. No flights just wait at your local bus stop and our private coaches will take you to the ship and on our return… they are waiting to bring you home (Coaches are an optional extra)
DECEMBER “ROCKING AROUND THE CHRISTMAS SHIP”
Christmas is fun but can be stressful! Cooking, washing up, cleaning up, who to invite and who not to invite. OUR Christmas, including New Year’s Eve, ‘CHAMPAGNE CRUISE’ means NO WORK AT ALL! Just relax, enjoy the inclusive drinks, spectacular shows and maybe even meet up with friends that have cruised with us before. Tell the world…you just sailed away!
Based on our previous GROUP CRUISE numbers we are holding, (secured) at ‘GROUP CRUISE PRICES’
“TO RUSSIA WITH LOVE” 60 cabins “LIKE A VIRGIN” 60 cabins “WE ARE SAILING” 80 cabins “ROCKING AROUND THE CHRISTMAS SHIP” 60 cabins
Each block of cabins we are holding is divided into different styles. 20 % inside cabins 30 % outside (window) cabins and 50% balcony cabins.
Once you have decided to join us, the earlier you pay the £100 PP deposit and 50€ PP organization fee the better chance you have of securing the cabin style you prefer and on which part of the ship you prefer your cabin to be located.
For more information, including, cabin prices, dates, itinerary, transport and how to pay your deposit and secure your cabin… email COLIN@MARBELLACRUISERS.COM or see WWW.MARBELLACRUISERS.COM

p i s s z i o b G how S BABY & WEDDING GOSSIP...
BABY NUMBER FIVE FOR THE ROONEYS... A fresh start? Coleen's hoping another little one will make them happy. After infuriating his wife with some “thoughtless” comments last month, Wayne Rooney did his best to make it up to Coleen. Despite their marriage being far from perfect, Wayne and Coleen, both 35, are thinking about adding a fifth child to the Rooney brood, they’re just about to move into the new mega mansion. With the boys getting older, Coleen feels having a new baby, hopefully a girl this time, could be just what they need even though she’s aware it may put extra pressure on them as a couple. KATE MOSS TO BECOME A COUNTESS... Kate Moss and Nikolai
von Bismarck are reportedly planning to get married. She's gearing up for a country garden wedding. Moss was previously married to rocker Jamie Hince She and Nikolai, 32, are said to be planning a traditional wedding ceremony over the summer, they have been dating since 2015. Nikolai's family were initially sceptical about his relationship with Kate, but the iconic model has endeared herself to them over time.
FALLOUT OVER LILIBET... Meghan & Harry get criticism over name. It
seems that the they can’t do anything right in the eyes of the press and the UK royals but the newborn royal, has been born into the thick of a massive family row. Unsurprisingly, Lili’s name provoked immediate debate and fierce reaction on every side. Supporters of the couple said it was a fitting choice, considering Harry’s historical closeness with the Queen, and also argued that it was a timely olive branch, given the recent tensions that have been brewing between the Sussexes and the royals.

ROYAL, MONEY & LOVE TROUBLE...
MEGHAN MARKLE: Being royal isn’t for her, being a Duchess is! The
comments about their perceived mistreatment at the hands of their family have been allegedly testing the royal family’s patience to the limit,. A source close to Meghan said last month “Meghan doesn’t want to give up being a duchess,” her tittle since marrying Harry in 2018. “The Duchess of Sussex” brand is on all platforms. Allegedly saying that “She’s told Harry that they need to tone down the attacks on the royal family – she’s afraid they’ll take away their titles, which would be a PR disaster.”
ROB KARDASHIANS MONEY TROUBLES: Kylie Jenner has been
'bankrolling' big brother. The billionaire make up mogul, 22, is said to be handing out some much-needed cash to her older brother, 32. Rob,has been shying away from the limelight for years now, dropping out of family reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and living away from the spotlight. But now, it's said that his bills are spiraling so far out of control that he's having to turn to his billionaire sister Kylie, for some much-needed cash.
BEN AFFLECK'S DOUBLE JEN TROUBLE: Jennifer Garner isn’t over
the moon and filled with nostalgic joy about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez getting back together. Ben, 48, originally dated Jen in the 1990’s but the pair broke off their engagement, citing intense media scrutiny as an issue in their relationship. Ben went on to marry Jennifer Garner in 2005, and the couple had three children: 15year-old Violet, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, nine. She’s extremely skeptical the relationship, and worries about the children being exposed to any more of their father’s romantic dysfunction.

A couple made a deal that whoever died first would come back and inform the other if there was sex after death. Their biggest fear was that there was no after-life at all. After a long life together, the husband was the first to die. True to his word, he made the first contact... “Judy, Judy.” “Is that you, George?"
"Yes, I've come back like we agreed." "That's wonderful!? What's it like?" “Well, I get up in the morning, I have sex. I have breakfast and then it's off to the golf course. I have sex again, bathe in the warm sun and then have sex a couple of more times. Then I have lunch, you'd be proud, lots of greens. Another romp around the golf course, then pretty much have sex the rest of the afternoon. After supper, it's back to golf course again. Then it's more sex until late at night. I catch some much-needed sleep and then the next day it starts all over again.”
“Judy, Judy”... Are you there?
“Oh, George, are you in Heaven?" "No, I'm a rabbit in Kansas."

OLDEST CITIES IN EUROPE...
If you love a bit of history, then Europe has it all. The continent's culture dates back to at least 20,000 BC, and in the centuries since, it's innovated during the Bronze Age, seen the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, and flourished during the Renaissance and Age of Discovery. Step back in time and check out some of the oldest cities…
Malaga, Spain Malaga was originally founded as Malaka by the Phoenicians, who needed ports and trading areas along the coast of Spain. The city dates back to 8th century BC, and monuments and archaeological remains are at every turn, highlighting the influences of Phoenician and eventually Roman, Arabic and Christian conquerors. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, art-lovers are as drawn to this coastal city as history fans are. The Museo Picasso Malaga provides a comprehensive look at the painter's body of work, including his forays into cubism and theatrical design.
Vani, Georgia
One of the oldest towns in Europe has probably never crossed your radar: Vani, Georgia. This interior city today has fewer than 5,000 residents, but in the 8th to 7th centuries, it was a center of power under the Colchis (another ancient Greek group!)

OLDEST CITIES IN EUROPE...
Mtskheta, Georgia
Nestled along the Black Sea, another of Europe's oldest cities can be found in Eastern Europe's Georgia. The capital of the country's kingdom of Iberia from 3rd century BC to 5th century AD, Mtskheta was the site of Georgia's Christian movement and was declared a "holy city" by the Georgian Orthodox Church in 2014.
Cadiz, Spain
Originally founded during the Phoenician era as Gadir or Agadir, Cadiz traces back to 1104 BC, when it began serving as a port for ships along the southern tip of Spain. Throughout its history, Cadiz has served as an important port, which it still remains today. The home of the Spanish Navy. It has more than 100 watchtowers, including the iconic Torre Tavira used for spotting ships.
Lisbon, Portugal
The oldest Western European city is Europe's second-oldest capital city: Lisbon, which dates back to 1200 BC. The current castle ruins of Portugal's capital may only date back to 2nd century BC, but archaeological findings have found Phoenician artifacts that point to the port city as a stopping ground for ships trading with the natives of the Iberian Peninsula.

OLDEST CITIES IN EUROPE...
Trikala, Greece
Originally founded as Trikke, Greece's Trikala was built along the Lithaios River in northern Greece before 1300 BC. Although the city got its start more "recently," a nearby cave found remnants of men dating back to 49,000 BC!
Larnaca, Cyprus
The island of Cyprus, located between Greece and Turkey, was such a central location between the Middle East and Europe that nations have fought over the land for centuries. Even Alexander the Great seized it during the early 300s BC. Dating back to 1400 BC as a colony of Greece, Citium was a port village on the southern coast of the island. Built over its ruins is the current city of Larnaca, which remains an important commercial port.
Plovdiv, Bulgaria
The oldest city in Europe has been continuously inhabited since around the 6th millennium BC. Originally a Thracian settlement, the city was conquered in 4th century BC by Philip II of Macedon the father of Alexander the Great. The city was, for a time, called Philippopolis in his honor. Located in southern Bulgaria, the city now known as Plovdiv is today the country's second-largest, housing 350,000 residents. Visitors can explore Old Town, as well as an ancient Roman amphitheater & theater.

There was a very, very tall coconut tree and there are 4 animals, a Lion, a Chimpanzee, a Giraffe, and a Squirrel, who pass by They decide to compete to see who is the fastest to get a banana off the tree
Who do you guess will win? Your answer will reflect your personality So think carefully..... Try and answer within 30 seconds.....
Got your answer? If your answer is: Lion = you're dull Chimpanzee = you're a moron Giraffe = you're a complete idiot Squirrel = you're just hopelessly stupid
A COCONUT TREE DOESN'T HAVE BANANAS Obviously you're stressed and overworked You should take some time off and relax!

A woman in a grocery store happens upon a grandfather and his very badly behaved 3 year-old grandson... It's obvious to her that the grandfather has his hands full with the child screaming for sweets in the candy aisle, cookies in the cookie aisle, etc. Meanwhile, Gramps is working his way around, saying in a controlled voice, "Easy, Albert, we won't be long - easy, boy." Another outburst and she hears Gramps calmly say, "Its okay, Albert, just a couple more minutes and we'll be out of here. Hang in there boy." At the checkout, the little terror is throwing items out of the cart, and Gramps again, in a controlled voice, is saying “Albert, Albert, relax buddy, don't get upset. We'll be home in five minutes; stay cool, Albert." Very impressed, the woman goes outside where Gramps is loading his groceries and the boy into the car. "You know, sir, it's none of my business, but you were amazing in there. I don't know how you did it. That whole time, you kept your composure, and no matter how loud and disruptive he got, you just calmly kept saying things would be okay. Albert is very lucky to have you as his grandpa." “Thanks, lady," said Gramps, "But, I'm Albert... the little brat’s name is Steve and I'm taking him back to his mother now.

P R A W N K AT S U B U R G E R S A twist on the beloved fish finger sandwich with tasty, breadcrumbed prawn patty, chilli mayo and coleslaw... A marriage made in heaven!
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
STEP 1: To make the burgers, rinse the prawns in cold water, then pat dry on kitchen paper. Tip half the prawns and the spring onion into a food processor with a generous pinch of salt, and pulse to a rough paste. Add the egg white and cornflour, pulse a few more times then add the rest of the prawns and pulse to roughly chop them into the mixture.
• 2 brioche burger buns • Sunflower oil or vegetable oil, for frying For the burgers:•200g raw peeled prawns • 1 spring onion, sliced • ½ egg white • 1 tbsp cornflour • 100g panko breadcrumbs For the slaw:•¼ white cabbage, finely shredded • Juice 1/2 lemon • 1 tbsp mayonnaise For the chilli mayo: •3 tbsp mayonnaise •1 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce or sweet chilli sauce STEP 2: Tip the breadcrumbs into a shallow dish or onto a plate. Scoop out half the prawn mixture with your hands and shape into a burger as well as you can (the mixture will be sticky). Press the burger into the crumbs, then flip over and pack crumbs around the sides so it’s completely coated. Repeat with the remaining mixture and crumbs, then place the burgers on a plate, cover with cling film and chill until ready to cook.
STEP 3: Next, mix together the chilli mayo ingredients in a bowl. For the slaw, put all the ingredients in a bowl, season, then toss to combine. You can make the burgers, slaw and chilli mayo a day ahead and chill them. STEP 4: To cook the burgers, heat about 2cm oil in a frying pan until just starting to shimmer and a breadcrumb dropped in sizzles and browns. Very careful-
ly fry the burgers for 3-4 mins each side until golden, crispy and springy to the touch – you may need to turn them a few times to cook them all the way through. Carefully lift out of the oil onto kitchen paper to drain. Cut the buns in half and toast the cut sides under the grill. Assemble the burgers by spooning the slaw over the bottom of each bun, adding a burger and topping with the mayo. Serve straight away with extra chilli mayo, if you like.

TOOTHACHE…
Toothache refers to pain in and around the teeth and jaws that's usually caused by tooth decay. You may feel toothache in many ways. It can come and go or be constant. Eating or drinking can make the pain worse, particularly if the food or drink is hot or cold. The pain can also be mild or severe. It may feel "sharp" and start suddenly. It can be worse at night, particularly when you're lying down. A lost filling or broken tooth can sometimes start the pain. It can also sometimes be difficult to decide whether the pain is in your upper or lower teeth. When a lower molar tooth is affected, the pain can often feel like it's coming from the ear. Toothache in other upper teeth may feel like it's coming from the sinuses, the small, air-filled cavities behind your cheekbones and forehead. The area of your jaw close to the infected tooth may also be sore and tender to touch. It's also possible for periodontal disease to give rise to a "dull" pain. Periodontal disease is a bacterial infection that affects the soft and hard structures that support the teeth.
WHEN TO SEE YOUR DENTIST: If you have toothache for more
TREATING TOOTHACHE
The type of treatment you have for toothache will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. If your toothache is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. If your toothache is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed, and a new filling put in place. If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent reinfection. Your tooth may need to be removed if the toothache can't be treated using these methods, or the tooth is wedged between another tooth and your jaw (impacted). 60
than one or two days, visit your dentist as soon as possible to have it treated. The longer you leave it, the worse it will get. If your toothache isn't treated, the pulp inside your tooth will eventually become infected. This can usually lead to a dental abscess, with severe and continuous throbbing pain. Painkillers, such as paracetamol and ibuprofen, may reduce the pain and discomfort while you're waiting for an appointment. Children under 16 years of age shouldn't be given aspirin. You can also try numbing the pain using an over-the-counter dental gel containing local anaesthetic, although this isn't suitable for children under 12.
WHAT CAUSES TOOTHACHE?
Toothache occurs when the innermost layer of the tooth (dental pulp) becomes inflamed. The pulp is made up of sensitive nerves and blood vessels. Dental pulp can become inflamed as a result of: • Tooth decay: This leads to holes (cavities) forming in the hard surface of the tooth. • A cracked tooth: The crack is often so small that it can't be seen with the naked eye. • Loose or broken fillings. • Receding gums: Where the gums shrink (contract) to expose softer, more sensitive parts of the tooth root. • Periapical abscess: A collection of pus at the end of the tooth caused by a bacterial infection.
PREVENTING TOOTHACHE
The best way to avoid getting toothache and other dental problems is to keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible. To do this, you should: •Limit your intake of sugary foods and drinks: You should have these as an occasional treat and only at mealtimes; read more about cutting down on sugar. •Brush your teeth twice a day using a toothpaste that contains fluoride: Gently brush your gums and tongue as well. •Clean between your teeth using dental floss and, if necessary, use a mouthwash. •Don't smoke: It can make some dental problems worse. Make sure you have regular dental check-ups, preferably with the same dentist. The time between checkups can vary, depending on how healthy your teeth & gums are.

MEDICAL MAYHEM
80 and still causing choas....
Jane and Arlene are outside their nursing home, having a drink and a smoke, when it starts to rain. Jane pulls out a condom, cuts off the end, puts it over her cigarette, and continues smoking. Arlene: What in the hell is that?
Jane: A condom. This way my cigarette doesn't get wet.
Arlene: Where did you get it?
Jane: You can get them at any pharmacy.
The next day, Arlene hobbles herself into the local pharmacy and announces to the pharmacist that she wants a box of condoms. The pharmacist, obviously embarrassed, looks at her kind of strangely (she is, after all, over 80 years of age), but very delicately asks what size, texture, brand of condom she prefers. 'Doesn't matter Sonny, as long as it fits on a Camel.' The pharmacist fainted.

6 TIPS TO HELP PROTECT YOUR BACK
Looking after your back is a simple, yet often forgotten task. As our lives get busier, family and work pressures become more demanding, many people neglect caring for their back and suffer from recurring pain as a result. In the UK alone, there were 3,417,000 lost working days due to problems with back pain. As our working environment changes due to the Covid 19 pandemic it is becoming more important to maintain your back health. Yet, protecting your back isn’t difficult. It can be as simple as taking a walk, maintaining good posture, or choosing the correct bag to hold things. To help you look after yours, Strong For Life has put together six tips for maintaining a healthy back. Symptoms of all prostate problems 1. EXERCISE REGULARLY: Exercise is the count for when you stand, as the way you sit also include: number one•way to care for your body. Keeping an affects your spine. 4. USE RUCKSACKS WITH A DOUBLE 2. PREVENT STIFFNESS WITH GENTLE STRAP: We’re all guilty of overloading handbags, MOVEMENT: With lack of movement comes school, sports or computer bags and lugging them
stiffness, and with stiffness comes back pain. It is important to maintain gentle movement that will prevent your body from seizing up. Avoid staying in the same position for long periods of time to ensure proper mobility. Movement does not have to be exercise, so you don’t have to worry about buying a gym membership. A simple walk at regular intervals throughout the day will help prevent a sore back, even just getting up from your desk or work space regularly. Stretching is also a great way to prevent stiffness, which can be done without leaving your seat making it perfect for doing whilst at work.
3. USE PROPER POSTURE WHEN STANDING OR SITTING: Slouching and poor

posture is one of the biggest long-term factors to poor back care. Proper posture ensures that your spine retains a natural ‘S’ shape. This helps absorb shock, ensures muscles are used properly and maintains balance. Good posture does not only
around all day. The problem is that heavy shoulder bags can affect your natural ‘gait’, which is the swing of your arms as you walk. If your ‘gait’ is not correct it can affect your balance, cause tightness in your back, and decrease the curvature of your neck. This can eventually lead to sore shoulders, neck muscles and back pain. When carrying heavy items for long periods of time, it’s advisable to use a rucksack with two straps instead. The straps must be tight enough to spread the weight of the rucksack evenly across your back. You should never have your rucksack too loose, as it will put pressure on your lower back. You should also avoid sling bags when carrying heavy items, as they put pressure on only one side of your body. This will also put pressure on your lower back, leading to stiffness and pain. This is especially applicable to women who carry large handbags, extra caution is recommended to not over load or carry too many heavy items.

5. LIFT USING YOUR LEGS, NEVER YOUR BACK: One movement that people repeatedly get wrong is lifting. The natural way you lift heavy objects from the ground is with your legs, but there is a pattern of people lifting from the waist using their back. This is an almost sure-fire way of hurting yourself, by putting your lower back muscles under stress. Some long term problems from incorrect lifting include: overstretched muscles, torn ligaments, and herniated disks. When lifting you should always: •Keep a wide base of support •Squat down by bending at the knees and hips only •Look straight ahead and keep your back straight with your shoulders back and your chest out •Lift by straightening your legs, do not twist as your lift •Hold the object as close to your body as possible
6. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY: Ensuring that you remain hydrated throughout your day is proven to help protect your spine and interverbral disks over the long term not to mention many other health benefits. The hardest part of staying hydrated is remember to drink regularly throughout your day. Here are few suggestions to help you; • Keep a bottle/cup/mug on your desk that has fresh water. • Create triggers that remind you to drink, for example your phone rings or you get a notification of any kind, DRINK. • Make getting up to refill your container an excuse to move regularly (see point 2) • If needed add mild flavours to your water such as lemon juice, cordial or fresh fruit or veg.
Looking after your back is a great way to reduce pain and improve overall health and mobility. For more information on how to take better care of your back, or to book a treatment please feel free to contact Strong For Life on 633 540 609 to arrange an appointment

ELECTRIC CLASSICS
With moves to make all new cars electric, fans of classic cars are looking at making their cars future proof…
An engine fire almost ended the life of this Ferrari 308 GTS. San Diego-based Electric GT got hold of it and added a triple electric motor that provided 330 lb/ft of torque - twice as much as the original and it also packs 345 kW of power, too, which roughly equates to 465 bhp. Estonian company e-Drive Retro use advanced scanners to map a car and design a bespoke system to fit into any shape. This Triumph GT6 uses small battery packs that give 100 – 150 kms, depending on your driving, and the 0-60 mph time of 8.2 seconds (the original engine took 10).
Volkswagen’s 'eClassics' division has been set up to convert classic VWs of all types to zeroemissions power. They have created several electric versions of some of its most popular models by adapting the drivetrains of its modern electric-car models including he e-bulli, a classic VW camper van with the internals of the e-golf.
British company RBW are building brand-new electric sports cars using fresh MGB body shells. The EV Roadster's 34.5kWh battery back is the same as that used in the Nissan Leaf, and sits under the bonnet. The electric drivetrain, is mounted in a frame that fits within the rear bodywork without the need to cut any metal.

A guy goes into a record shop and says, "Do you have any sound effects albums of insect noises? Crickets, cicadas, beetles, that sort of thing?" Store guy: "yeah only this second hand vinyl, should be perfect though." Guy buys the record but he's back to the shop within the hour, says, "Sorry mate this record is no good. It's just 45 minutes of buzzing, it's completely rubbish. " Store guy: " Yeah that's the B side." An old lady was walking home from her friend’s when a mugger surprised her. “Give me your money!” He shouted. “I haven’t got any,” she replied. “Come here,” he said, grabbing at her handbag, He looked through her purse and found nothing. Next he reached into her pockets to try and find some. Then he frisked her everywhere – through her clothes, in her bra and control top tights – but still found nothing. Annoyed, the mugger turned away and started to head off. The old lady called after him, “Come back here and keep trying – I can write you a cheque”.
Beth was telling her friend Sophie about her home life. “My husband was unhappy with what he called ‘my mood swings’. He bought me a mood ring the other day so he would be able to monitor my moods.” “What does it do?” asked Sophie. “Well,” said Beth, “we’ve discovered that when I’m in a good mood, it turns green. When I’m in a bad mood, it leaves a ****ing great big red mark on his forehead.”

On a long coach trip, Mrs. Johnson became extremely queasy from motion sickness. She made her way to the on-board toilet, only to find it occupied. She went back to her seat, laid her head back and tried to fight off the
nausea. Unfortunately her condition didn’t pass and she threw up on the lap of the man who was dozing next to her. It was some time later before he awoke. When he did, he was alarmed to find himself covered in vomit. Mrs. Johnson turned to him and said calmingly, “There, there; did your nap make you feel any better?”
A Little Exercise: My doctor took one look at
my stomach muscles and refused to believe that I work out. So I listed the exercises I do every day: jump to conclusions, climb the walls, drag my heels, push my luck, make mountains out of molehills, bend over backward, run around in circles, put my foot in my mouth, go over the edge, and beat around the bush. A very vigorous workout if I do say myself…
Which animal has the biggest mood swings? A Bi-polar bear.
