A Woman’s World THE MEANING OF VALENTINES DAY... Valentine's Day (val*en*tinez dae) n. A day when most women have dreams of a candlelight dinners, prince charming arriving on horseback to sweep you away, diamonds, and a thoroughly romantic day, but at the end of the day consider yourself lucky to get a card.
FORTH TIME LUCKY! The local news station was interviewing an eighty-year-old lady because she had just got married for the fourth time. The interviewer asked her questions about her life, about what it felt like to be marrying again at eighty, then about her new husband's occupation. "He's a funeral director," she answered. 'Interesting,' the newsman thought... He then asked her if she wouldn't mind telling him a little about her first three husbands and what they did for a living. She paused for a few moments, needing time to reflect on all those years. After a short time, a smile came to her face and she answered proudly, explaining that she had first married a banker when she was in her twenties, then a circus ringmaster when in her forties, and a preacher when in her sixties, and now, in her eighties, a funeral director. The interviewer looked at her, quite astonished, and asked why she had married four men with such diverse careers. She smiled and explained, "I married one for the money, two for the show, three to get ready, and four to go."

50 SHADES STAR DAKOTA JOHNSON TIED UP IN S&M SLING IN SHOCKING VIDEO: Well the wait is nearly over…. 50 shades is to be realised later this month (we can’t wait)! Just to wet our appetites Dakota Johnson has been swinging around in the X-rated video for the film. The full soundtrack will be available a few days before the film's release. As well as Beyonce's sultry reworking of her own hit Crazy In Love, it features tracks from superstars such as The Rolling Stones, Frank Sinatra and Annie Lennox. Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastsia Steele have already become international stars before the film has even been released. With over 100 million copies of E.L. James' notorious trilogy in e-book and print, fans around the world are desperate to see if Sam Taylor-Wood has captured the spirit of the books. Based on this video, we'd say that she's off to a good start. Fifty Shades of Grey: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is out on February 10th...
JAMIE DORNAN IN AGONY OVER REVEALING ORGASM FACE: The adorably bashful actor is admitting in a new interview that sharing his ‘sex face’ with the world is the ‘worst thing ever!’ Fifty Shades of Grey may be Jamie Dornan’s big break but that doesn’t mean he enjoyed every moment of filming it. The poor guy is mortified over having to reveal his orgasm face to millions of viewers! “It’s the worst thing imaginable,” Jamie, 32, confesses in a new interview for Variety. “For all the reasons anyone would think, most people would like to keep their sex face private. The idea of a million people seeing that! I hope it happens quite fast. Well, that’s not something a lady wants to hear! Jokes aside, we totally feel Jamie’s pain. This has to be embarrassing for him but hopefully the reward will outweigh the risk!

RIHANNA AND LEONARDO DICAPRIO SEEM TO BE TAKING THEIR ALLEGED RELATIONSHIP TO THE NEXT LEVEL! Leonardo DiCaprio, 40, and Rihanna, 26, have allegedly been hooking up for weeks, and it’s getting pretty serious. Rihanna’s actually very “smitten” with the Titanic star and she’s reportedly ready to take him home to meet her family! The reason it’s probably hard for Rihanna to hide her reported relationship with Leonardo is because every time she’s around him, her “knees tremble.” Is an engagement right around the corner?! Valentines day is this month Leo....! NEW SERIES OF BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT... Hands up who's ready for more magicians? Oh... We’re not sure, but it’s been confirmed that Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are all returning for BGT’s ninth series. This is the judges’ fourth series together. Isn’t that cosy? The new series started filming last month – time to prepare yourself for loads of magicians (shudder), dancing babies, dancing dog or maybe rapping Grannies. OMG!

KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCKing... Two men waiting at the Heaven Gates strike up a conversation... ''How'd you die?'' the first man asks the second. ''I froze to death’ ‘says the second. “That’s awful'' says the first man….. ''How does it feel to freeze to death?'' Its very uncomfortable at first’ ‘says the second ''You get the shakes, and you get pains in all your fingers and toes. But eventually, it’s a very calm way to go. You get numb and you kind of drift off, as if you're sleeping. How about you, how did you die?'' ''I had a heart attack'' says the first man. "You see, I knew my wife was cheating on me, so one day I showed up at home unexpectedly. I ran up to the bedroom, and found her alone, knitting. I ran down to the basement, but no one was hiding either there. I ran up to the second floor but no one was hiding there either. I ran as fast as I could to the attic, and just got there, I had a massive heart attack and died’’… The second man shakes his head. ''That's so ironic’ ‘he says. ''What do you mean?'' asks the first man. ''If you had only stopped to look in the freezer, we’d both still be alive.”

A Man’s World
THREE WISE MEN...
Three business men were sitting in a bar, drinking and discussing how daft their wives were.
The first says, "I tell you, my wife is so stupid. Last week she went to the supermarket and bought €300 worth of meat because it was half proce, and we don't even have a fridge big enough to keep it in!"
The second agrees that she sounds pretty thick, but says his wife is thicker. "Just last week, she went out and spent €17,000 on a new car," he laments, "and she doesn't even know how to drive!" The third, a blond male, nods sagely and agrees that these two women sound like they both walked through the stupid forest and got hit by every branch. However, he still thinks his wife is dumber. "I have to laugh when I think about it," he chuckles. "Last week my wife left on a vacation to Greece. I watched her packing her bags and she must have taken at least five boxes of condoms with her. She doesn't even have a penis!"
A GOOD LINE FOR VALENTINES!
A hot lady walks into a supermarket and on her way round she sees the bloke who had his wicked way with her the previous evening, after they had met in a pub. He was stacking washing powder boxes on the shelves. "You lying toad" she yells" last night you told me you were a stunt pilot" "No" he says "I told you I was a member of the Ariel display team"

Abedtime Nasty tale...
A father put his 3 year old son to bed, told him a story and listened to his prayers which ended by saying: “God bless Mummy, God bless Daddy, God bless Grandma and goodbye Grandpa.” The father asked, “Why did you say goodbye Grandpa?” The little boy said, “I don’t know daddy, it just seemed like the thing to do.” The next day grandpa died. The father thought it was a strange coincidence. A few months later the father put the boy to bed and listened to her prayers which went like this: “God bless Mummy, God Bless Daddy and goodbye Grandma.” The next day the grandmother died. “Holy Moley, thought the father, this kid is in contact with the other side. Several weeks later when the boy was going to bed the dad heard him say: “God bless Mummy and goodbye Daddy.” He practically went into shock. He couldn’t sleep all night and got up at the crack of dawn to go to his office. He was nervous as a cat all day, had lunch and watched the clock. He figured if he could get by until midnight he would be okay. He felt safe in the office, so instead of going home at the end of the day he stayed there, drinking coffee, looking at his watch and jumping at every sound. Finally, midnight arrived, he breathed a sigh of relief and went home. When he got home his wife said, “I’ve never seen you work so late, what’s the matter?” He said, “I don’t want to talk about it, I’ve just spent the worst day of my life.” She said, “You think you had a bad day? You’ll never believe what happened to me. This morning the postman dropped dead on our porch!”

Some of these ladies have already had their treatment and we are pleased to report they are doing well but Positively Pink continues to support those ladies who are still receiving treatment. 2014 was the 1st full year of the Positively Blue programme to provide education, awareness and support for prostate and testicular cancer. During the 1st year the free screening programme has diagnosed several men with Prostate cancer, all of whom are doing well and being treated. In its 1st year Positively Blue had an overwhelming response to the 400 free appointments that were on offer, in-fact the charity funded a total of 436 appointments for prostate cancer screening and educated them all on testicular cancer and the need to self examine. During the course of 2015 we have set ourselves the challenge of offering 600 free breast screenings and 400 free Prostate blood tests / testicular cancer screening. The 2015 campaign begins in February and appointments are available now by calling 952 835 776. For us to continue to be able to offer these FREE services we need your support, as we need to raise the necessary funds to pay for the mammograms, ultrasounds and PSA blood tests. As a charity we are very proud of the fact that ALL of the monies we raise are used solely for the purpose of funding the professionals to carry out the radiography and blood analysis, all of the charities costs are absorbed by the El Oceano Hotel & Spa and Clinica Medicare in La Cala de Mijas.
... did you know 50,000 women and 300 men will hear the words you have breast cancer every year in the UK alone and this number continues to rise... 1 man dies every hour of Prostate cancer... “EARLY DETECTION IS YOUR BEST PROTECTION”

GOODBYE TO GETTING OLD!
Age can be just a number if you follow the brilliantly simple life advice below...
So how is it that we all know some people who seem ‘old’ beyond their years — yet others seem to have a Dorian Gray-style portrait in the attic and barely age at all? After all, there’s no denying that the ageing process exists. For most of us, it actually starts in our late 20s, after our initial burst of growth and development. Once we peak, we must all face a very gradual physical decline.
Age really is just a number:
First, let’s start by addressing how you feel about your true age, whatever it may be. Do you tend to scoff when others tell you: ‘you’re only as old as you feel’? Well, you may have to think again. Because one important element which can make us seem and feel much older than we really are is the social and psychological effect of passing a landmark birthday, such as your 60th or 70th. Some people seem to crumple and give up.
Boost your energy levels, if you are overweight be honest and address the issue:
Your metabolism is the rate at which the body’s energy — from food and oxygen — is produced and used, and it is true that it slows a bit as we grow older. To know whether or not you need to lose weight, look in a mirror and BE HONEST! Some people are fortunate and lose weight after retirement as they are no longer tied to desk work, or hours of commuting by car or train, but others may find the pounds start to pile on. As a general rule, remember your weight at the age of 30 and aim for that as your target.
NO EXCUSES FOR NOT STARTING NOW...
Let’s imagine you’re in your 50s or 60s and feel perfectly OK. Even if you develop some long-term condition, fitness remains crucial because disease may reduce your ability to remain as active as you were before.
The THREE golden rules:
No matter what age you are, it’s seldom too late to start regaining some of your youthful energy, strength, flexibility and appearance. There are three crucial elements that will increase your chances of having a relatively trouble-free and independent old age. • You have to become fitter — even if you already have one or more long-term conditions. • You must actively reduce your risk of developing disease • You need to adopt a positive attitude to life, its problems and opportunities.
A few age related facts you may not expect! •Optimists DO live longer: Looking on the bright side of life increases your life span. •Walk 20 minutes a day to live longer: Huge study reveals the benefits of a brisk walk. •How a couple of glasses of red could help you live longer: Substance found in grapes can protect against age-related diseases. 46

Medical Mayhem
A cardiac specialist died and at his funeral the coffin was placed in front of a huge mock up of a heart made up of flowers. When the pastor finished with the sermon and eulogy, and after everyone said their good-byes, the heart opened, the coffin rolled inside and the heart closed. Just then one of the mourners burst into laughter. The guy next to him asked: "Why are you laughing?" "I was thinking about my own funeral" the man replied. "What's so funny about that?asked the second man to which the first man replied "I'm a gynecologist." Patient: Doctor, doctor. I've come out in spots like cherries on a cake. Doctor: Ah, you must have analogy. A man goes to the doctor and says: 'Doctor, there's a piece of lettuce sticking out of my bottom.' The doctor asks him to drop his trousers and examines him. The man asks: 'Is it serious, doctor?' and the doctor replies: 'I'm sorry to tell you, but this is just the tip of the iceberg.' Genetic scientists say that one day it will be possible to grow new body parts, like new breasts and new hands. It’s going to be a huge moneymaker, because you know that as soon as women grow another breast, men will want another hand.

FINANCIAL NEWS The Euro & World Round Up
The specter of Q.E is looming for the Euro zone, the bigwigs met on the 22nd of January and talk of €635bn in money printing could just be the start of the bond-buying programme. As we know the euro fell like a stone against the USD$ and also dropped value against the British £. This was caused by a weak economic data from the euro zone and also the un-pegging of the Swiss franc against the euro, this pushed £ - € over the 1.31 the highest its been in 7 years, not good for euro sellers!!!! There is also talk of the euro reaching parity with the USD$
Oil prices are also falling, there are rumours that it could drop to €30 per barrel which the Saudi’s could maintain at current supply levels!!!! Not good for the Global economy, oil companies have already started to pull the plug on future projects, staff have also been laid off, and rigs are not been jacked up, as at the moment, its just not profitable to drill for oil if its in deep water.

The IMF gave a gloomy outlook for the global economy, its the worst outlook for 3 years, the Russian Recession and a slow down in the Chinese economy has been cited as some of the reasons, well they could have blamed it on the boogie!
The Chinese economy has also slowed its the worst result ion 24 years!!!! Government targets were expecting a growth and expansion of 7.4% in 2014; this came in well below the target. It’s all about the General Election in the UK!

A guy out on the golf course takes a high speed ball right in the crotch. Writhing in agony, he falls to the ground, when he finally gets himself to the doctor. He says, "How bad is it doc? I'm going on my honeymoon next week and my fiancée is still a virgin in every way." The doc said , "I'll have to put your penis in a splint to let it heal and keep it straight. It should be okay next week." So he took four tongue depressors and formed a neat little 4-sided bandage, and wired it all together; an impressive work of art. The guy mentions none of this to his girl, marries, and on his honeymoon night in the motel room, she rips open her blouse to reveal a gorgeous set of breasts. This was the first time he saw them. She says, "You are my FIRST, no one has ever touched these breasts." He whips down his pants and says... "Look at this, it's still in the CRATE!" When NASA started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work at zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that wrote at zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300C. The Russians used a pencil.

A magician was working on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. The audience was different each week so he did same tricks over and over. The problem was, the captain's parrot saw all the shows and began to understand how the magician did every trick. He started shouting in the middle of the show: 'Look, it's not the same hat. Look, he's hiding the flowers under the table. Hey, why are all the cards the ace of spades?' The magician was furious but, as it was the captain's parrot, he could do nothing. Then one day the ship sank and the magician found himself floating on a piece of wood with the parrot.
They glared at each other but said nothing. Finally, after a week, the parrot said: 'OK, I give up. Where's the boat?'
