A Woman’s World
NAUGHTY IDEAS!
GETTING THE SEXY BACK!
I had lunch with two of my unmarried friends. One is engaged, one is a mistress, and I have been married for 20+ years... We were chatting about our relationships and decided to amaze our men by greeting them at the door wearing a black bra, stiletto heels and a mask over our eyes. We agreed to meet in a few days to exchange notes. Here's how it all went... My engaged friend: The other night when my boyfriend came over he found me with a black leather bodice, tall stilettos and a mask. He saw me and said, 'You are the woman of my dreams...I love you.' Then we made passionate love all night long. The mistress: Me too! The other night I met my lover at his office and I was wearing a raincoat, under it only the black bra, heels and mask over my eyes. When I opened the raincoat he didn't say a word, but he started to tremble and we had wild sex all night. Then I had to share my story: When my husband

came home I was wearing the black bra, black stockings, stilettos and a mask over my eyes. When he came in the door and saw me he said, “What's for dinner, Zorro?”
CORRRR GET ‘EM OFF...
Three mischievous old Grannies were sitting on a bench outside a nursing home. When an old Grandpa walked by. And one of the old Grandmas yelled out saying, “We BET we can tell exactly how old you are.” The old man said, “There is no way you can guess it, you old fools.” One of the old Grandmas said, “Sure we can! Just drop your trousers and boxer shorts and we can tell your exact age.” Embarrassed just a little, but anxious to prove they couldn’t do it, he dropped his drawers. The Grandmas asked him to first turn around a couple of times and to jump up and down several times. Then they all piped up and said, “You’re 87 years old!” Standing with his pants down around his ankles, the old gent asked, “How in the world did you guess?” Slapping their knees and grinning from ear to ear, the three old ladies happily yelled in unison… “We were at your birthday party yesterday!”

“Let’s Go…..Wine Tasting in Andalucia!” The Ronda region is renowned for its’ abundance of contrasting, high quality vineyards featuring a wide variety of grapes mainly reds - but also quality whites and roses to enjoy on those hot summer days. Small groups can explore the region with 1, 2 or 3 cellar visits sampling the best quality and minimal interference wines of the region and exploring the vineyard, its’ facilities & generous tastings of 3-4 wines with your Sommelier certified host. Each cellar visit lasts around 2 hours and is accompanied by tapas of cheese and meats; a true Andalucian experience. Your vineyard lunch includes more of your favourite wine with your meal, enjoying a bottle or two with your companion and new friends. The 1 and 2 cellar tours also include free time to explore the centre of Ronda in the afternoon, making the most of this wonderful day out. 3 cellar visits are a full day and therefore Ronda sightseeing isn’t provided today but if you are staying over in Ronda, there is ample time to do your sightseeing on another day. If you would like a full day tour of 3 cellars but prefer some variation, the option is available to swap out a wine cellar for a premium olive oil tasting, or a local organic farm for jamón tasting. A beautiful, authentic tour of this region is a must for both tourists to the area and locals. It is a memorable day out to be enjoyed with your travelling companion, or maybe get a small group of friends together for an alternative break away? The choice is yours.

WHAT’S THE MORAL OF THE STORY... The teacher gave her year three class an assignment to get their parents to tell them a story with a moral at the end of it. The next day the kids came back and one by one began to tell their stories. Ashley said, “My father's a farmer and we have a lot of egg laying hens. Once we were taking our eggs to market in a basket on the front seat of the car when we hit a big bump in the road and all the eggs went flying and broke and made a mess.” “What's the moral of the story?” asked the teacher. “Don't put all your eggs in one basket!” “Very good,” said the teacher. Next little Sarah raised her hand and said, “Our family are farmers too, but we raise chickens for the meat market. We had a dozen eggs once, but when they hatched we only got ten live chicks, and the moral to this story is, “don't count your chickens before they're hatched.” “That was a fine story Sarah. Michael, do you have a story to share?” “Yes, my daddy told me this story about my Aunt Karen. Aunt Karen was a flight engineer in the Gulf War and her plane got hit. She had to bail out over enemy territory and all she had was a bottle of whiskey, a machine gun and a machete. She drank the whiskey on the way down so it wouldn't break and then she landed right in the middle of 100 enemy troops. She killed seventy of them with the machine gun until she ran out of bullets. Then she killed twenty more with the machete until the blade “My fa the broke. And then she killed the last ten farmer r's a ...” with her bare hands.” “Good heavens,” said the horrified teacher, “what kind of moral did your daddy tell you from that horrible story?” “Stay the hell away from Aunt Karen when she's been drinking.”

WHAT ARE PARAPROSDOKIANS? NO IT’S NOT SOME AWFUL DIESEASE... PARAPROSDOKIANS ARE FIGURES OF SPEECH IN WHICH THE LATTER PART OF A SENTENCE OR PHRASE IS SURPRISING OR UNEXPECTED; FREQUENTLY HUMOROUS. WINSTON CHURCHILL LOVED THEM. • Where there's a will, I want to be in it. • Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street with a bald head and a beer gut, and still think they are sexy. • Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit.. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. • The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on my list. • If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong. • We never really grow up; we only learn how to act in public. • War does not determine who is right - only who is left. “War does n • To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism. To steal from o dete t who is rmine many is research. right.. .” • I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you. • In filling out an application, where it says, 'In case of emergency, Notify:' I put 'DOCTOR'. • I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure... • To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target. • Since light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

IS YOUR HEALTH WRITTEN ALL OVER YOUR FACE? CONTINUED...
19 problems you can see in the mirror...Certain ailments may be staring back a you.
DARK PATCHES:
These can be caused by medication or illness so be sure to discuss this with your doctor. Age spots, on the other hand, may be the body’s way of ridding itself of toxins. Eat more fresh foods, drink more water and massage a small amount of castor oil on to existing age spots.
SPOTS ON CHEEKS:
These can be caused by not cleaning foundation away properly so the skin becomes congested. This might be from using a water-based cleanser that does not remove make-up fully. Use an oil-based cleanser and take a break from wearing make-up to let the skin breathe.
ACNE AROUND THE JAWLINE:
Oestrogen is a friend to our skin, suppressing sebaceous activity. But when levels reduce as women get older, skin lacks lustre and you may experience acne cysts deep in the dermis and commonly --found on the jawline and hairline. Try eating apricots, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and mangos as they all contain vitamin A to normalise the production and life cycle of skin cells. 52

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE… WHAT IS BLOOD PRESSURE? Blood pressure is the force of blood against the artery walls. It
rises during heartbeats and falls in between heartbeats. There are always two pressures expressed in blood pressure ranges, the systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure. Blood pressure ranges are usually written using the systolic blood pressure number before or above the diastolic blood pressure number, for example 120/80 mmHg. The systolic blood pressure, the 120 as illustrated in the blood pressure chart, is the pressure reading as the heart pumps blood out from the ventricle into the veins. The diastolic blood pressure, the 80 as illustrated in the blood pressure chart, is the resting pressure, which is between beats when the pressure decreases before the next heart pumping action. High blood pressure is termed hypertension, low blood pressure is hypotension. If there is no obvious cause for hypertension, which is often the case, it is called primary hypertension. Secondary hypertension, the term given to only 5 to 10% of cases, can be caused by a number of factors, amongst them kidney or heart disease and hardening of the arteries.
CHECK YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE AT HOME: The new blood pressure guidelines advise that blood pressure be measured regularly and it’s encouraged to make use of a home blood pressure monitor. The best blood pressure monitor is a blood pressure cuff that fits around the upper arm. Finger and wrist monitors aren’t as accurate. Choose an automated blood pressure cuff with a self inflating cuff and a large, bright digital readout. 54

Using his experience in conjunction with the wonderful minimally invasive technique, he is able to place almost all implants with - NO SURGERY and NO PAIN. The implant is placed very quickly using normal local anaesthetic, so you have minimal discomfort - no worse than having a filling! Subsequent treatment (impressions, fitting the post and crown) require no local anaesthetic. This very gentle procedure allows placement of implants without the need for building new bone in most cases. If bone augmentation is required this can be done in almost all cases WITHOUT CUTTING THE GUMS.

LifestyLe Medicine‌ a positive way forward
The leading causes of mortality and healthcare costs worldwide are chronic diseases, resulting from lifestyle and environmental factors. The economic burden of poor lifestyle choices is no longer sustainable and impossible to ignore. Most chronic diseases are preventable. To treat the causes of these diseases and to be successful in prevention, a strong focus must be placed on lifestyle, education, empowering and supporting clients to implement change that results in overall improved health. Lifestyle medicine is an evidencebased medicine in which comprehensive lifestyle changes (including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, social support and environmental exposures) are used to prevent, treat and reverse the progression of chronic diseases by addressing their underlying causes. What if DNA held the secrets to your health, sporting ability and even sustainable dietary success?
56
DNA testing is the key to helping us achieve and maintain optimum health, while at the same time it is highlighting any predisposition we may want to address in order to achieve a sense of wellbeing. This in turn allows us to create a life style we may only have dreamed of. From the specific to the broad spectrum and everything in between, it is certainly an area where we can discover a treasure trove of information about our own bodies. DNA testing has worked for Olympians and other athletes, tapping into their personal strengths and vulnerabilities and helping them to train and eat accordingly. In a time when we are increasingly bombarded with conflicting and often bogus information on diet and exercise, is this a way forward... after all our DNA is an individual as we are so a personalised plan makes sense, doesn't it? According to the latest research, the solution lies within our bodies; our genes (DNA). In fact, researchers at Stanford University recently found that matching dieters to a specific type of diet based on their genetic makeup could significantly increase weight loss or indeed weight gain in some cases
and can reduce risk factors to certain diseases. Your DNA tells you what foods and food groups your body needs and how it processes them. It can identify your body's reaction to certain medication and how your metabolism works. It can detail your absorption rate of minerals and vitamins and how to achieve the very best results as your analysis is as individual as you are. An easy to follow report with a traffic light system that highlights the areas of change required, identifies the food groups to avoid, restrict or enjoy and guides you in your direction of health. One of the problems with our approach to diet is that we are encouraged by society to think of it only through the prism of weight loss, as opposed to overall, optimum health. What you eat affects everything, your skin, hair, energy levels, sleep quality, chronic diseases and so forth. If there’s one thing that any healthy eating professional can teach you, it’s that changing your diet in a minor way can have a massive impact on your overall general health and wellbeing.

THE LONDON CONCOURS 2019
Taking place in an oasis of green near the centre of London’s financial district in the gardens of the Honourable Artillery Company, The London Concours sees a host of interesting and exotic cars every year, and 2019 is no different. We look at some of the amazing cars on display last month.
Known the world over as the first midengined production car, the 1964 René Bonnet DJET is a quirky little French twoseater which was available in either 996cc or 1255cc guises and paved the way for some of the best handling cars the world has ever seen. This is the only right-hand drive example in the world. This 1964 Porsche 356 Outlaw is one of the most intriguing cars at the event. Customiser Emory Motorsports has combined a 1964 356 exterior with 911-964 allwheel drive mechanicals.
Aston Martin introduced a rebadged Toyota IQ, called the Cygnet in 2011. It was only produced for two years and just 150 made their way onto British roads with roughly 300 sold globally, but in 2018 this one-off V8 model was built at the request of a customer. The 4.7-litre 430bhp engine is the same found in the Vantage S and propels this Cygnet from 0-60mph in 4.2 seconds.
Romano Artioli re-launched the Bugatti brand in 1991. The result was the quadturbo V12-engined EB110 which boasted 550bhp in standard form or 604bhp in Supersport guise as seen here which could achieve a 216mph. Just 139 EB110s were built before the company went bust in 1995.
64
Unveiled just two months ago, the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Volante is powered by the same 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 found in the coupé model and can crack 60mph from stationary in comfortably less than four seconds.

Brain Teaser
Answer: Derek was the culprit. Looking at Brian's statement if it was Charles, then Brian was lying in his first statement, which makes the second statement true. Which would mean that it was both Charles and Alan. So it can't be Charles.Which means Derek was lying in his first statement, which makes the second statement true. Therefore it can't be Alan. So Eric's second statement must be false, meaning his first statement was.
