ut mylks are one of the fastest growing beverages used as an alternative to dairy milk. One reason for this is because many people are now switching to a more vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. Another reason people are turning to these alternatives is due to health issues and/or the inability to digest lactose or casein found in dairy. Coconut and other nut mylks are popping up quickly on the shelves of almost every grocery store nowadays.
