In 2010, the company announced enhancement packages that served to provide customers enhanced functionalities at minimum cost – the lifecycle of mainstream maintenance support extended to Suite 7 and SAPHANA powered Business Suite was increased from 2016 to 2020, Farhat said. Cisco shapes the future with IoT Cisco’s main theme at the ICT event, GITEX Technology Week 2014 is around Internet of Everything (IoE).
