He added, “Just this year, in the Tier 1 space, flash become cheaper than almost any form of disk. Now we’re pushing that further to say that flash is more efficient in a number of dimensions than disk: it’s less expensive and it takes up about 1/30th of the space – which is very important for data sets that are growing 50 percent year on year.”

D-Link to emphasise Consumer and Business divisions

D-Link, participating at GITEX for close to two decades, aims to put the spotlight on its two main segments – Consumer and Business – at this year’s trade show.

The company will also have two separate stands for both divisions.

VMware to flaunt digital workspace solutions at GITEX
