Un insediamento palafitticolo situato sulle rive del Lago di Ledro risalente all’età del bronzo. Un Museo che grazie a visite guidate, laboratori e attività permette di scoprire come vivevano i nostri antenati.

Museo Garibaldino e Colle S. Stefano - Bezzecca Garibaldi Museum und S. Stefano Hügel Garibaldi Museum and Hill S. Stefano Terza Guerra d’Indipendenza e Prima Guerra Mondiale sono due fatti d’armi che hanno visibilmente segnato la Valle di Ledro e il suo territorio. Nel piccolo Museo in centro paese e sul Colle è possibile conoscere più da vicino la storia che ha cambiato il volto all’Italia.

Der dritte Unabhängigkeitskrieg Italiens und der erste Weltkrieg haben sichtbare Spuren in Valle di Ledro, ehemalige Grenze zwischen Italien und dem österreichischungarischen Reich, hinter gelassen. In dem kleinen Museum und auf dem Hügel Santo Stefano ist es möglich die Geschichte Italiens kennenzulernen.

L’antica strada che collegava Ledro al Garda, fatta costruire nel 1852 grazie alla volontà di Giacomo Cis, ora è aperta a biker e pedoni ed offre un panorama impagabile sul lago di Garda (adatta a tutti).

Die alte Straß, die Ledrotal mit Gardasee verbündete, wurde dank Giacomo Cis 1852 gebaut. Jetzt ist für Biker und Wanderer geöffnet und bietet ein unvergesslicher Panorama auf dem Gardasee (für alle geeignet).

The old road that linked Ledro to Riva del Garda has been built in 1852 thanks to the will of Giacomo Cis. Now, it is open for bikers and people on foot and offers a breathtaking view over Lake Garda (suitable for everybody).

Tremalzo

Giardino botanico della Valle di Ledro riconosciuto in tutta Europa per le sue rare specie di fiori. Punto di passaggio per numerosi uccelli durante i loro viaggi migratori verso sud. Famosa meta per i biker e zona di alpeggio con verdi prati su cui, in estate, pascolano tranquille le mucche.

Tremalzo ist der botanische Garten von Valle di Ledro, der in ganzen Europa dank den vielen geschützten Pflanzenarten sehr bekannt ist und er ist auch sehr wichtig für die Vögelmigration. Auf der grünen Alpenwiesen weiden die Kühen im Sommer. Tremalzo ist auch ein Muss für Biker.

Una riserva naturale provinciale, in altre parole, un patrimonio naturale da tutelare per il suo habitat che nasconde numerose specie di pesci ed anfibi. Un ambiente diverso, da conoscere. Una passerella di legno affianca il lago e conduce al Centro Visitatori.

Ein See, der dank seinem besonderen Habitat unter Naturschutz steht. Ein Sumpfgebiet, wo sich Fische und Vögel verstecken und wo das Röhricht und die Wasserpflanze dicht wachsen. Um der Ampolasee zu entdecken, gibt es ein Holzpfad und ein Besucherzentrum.

The water temperature reaches 24째 and the waves are never too high so it is a pleasure to stay in the lake. The beaches are equipped with a place to lie in the sun, toilets, parking space, playing grounds for children, pedalos or canoes or sailing boats to rent, bar... The Associazione Vela Lago di Ledro (Sailing Association) organizes every summer optimist courses for children and several sailing regattas, also international ones, like the European Optimist Team Race in August and the Trentino Woman Match Race Cup in September.

Una buona rete di sentieri appartenenti al CAI-SAT (segnaletica rosso/bianca) permette di scoprire la Valle di Ledro a piedi e di scegliere tra percorsi impegnativi e non, dai 65 m del Lago di Garda ai 2254 m del Monte Cadria. Per conoscere storia, natura e tradizioni della Valle di Ledro, l’ufficio turistico organizza da maggio a settembre “Settimane Natura”, il programma di escursioni gratuite in compagnia degli accompagnatori di territorio del Trentino adatto sia a famiglie con bambini che ad escursionisti più esperti grazie ad uscite di diverso livello e difficoltà: la stazione di inanellamento a Casèt, il formaggio in malga, passeggiate sotto le stelle, le trincee della Grande Guerra, la flora, la „fucina de le broche“ e tanto altro…

Ein gutes Netz von AlpenvereinWanderwege (CAI-SAT in weiß/rot) ermöglicht leichte bis anspruchsvolle Wanderungen, von Gardasee bis Monte Cadria, 2000 m Höhenunterschied. Damit die Gäste Land und Leute auf andere Weise kennen lernen können, bietet der Ledrotaler Fremdenverkehrsverband auch ein kostenloses Wanderprogramm, das „Settimane Natura“ genannt wird. Ab Mai bis September finden jede Woche geführte halbtägige, auch für Familien mit Kindern im Schulalter geeignet, oder ganztägige Wanderungen statt. Während der Wanderungen werden die Geschichte, die Natur und andere besondere Aspekte des Tales, wie, zum Beispiel, die Bienenwelt, die Käseproduktion auf der Alm, die Vogelmigration am Pass Caset, die Schmiede der Schuhnägel, die endemische Blumen, die Schützengraben aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg, entdeckt.

Thanks to the hiking program â&#x20AC;&#x17E;Settimane Naturaâ&#x20AC;&#x153;, the local Information Office offers guided walks free of charge three times a week: it is a chance to get to know the nature, the history and the tradition of Valle di Ledro such as the third Independence War of Italy and the Great War, which left trenches and galleries on both mountainsides of the valley; the old Trades, which characterized the economy of the valley in the past centuries; the nature rich in endemic flowers; the animals, such as bees and beehives, the cows and the goats on the alpine pastures, and the birdsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; migration.

Ledro dro mountain bike Ledro o Ledro edroLedro Ledro Ledro Un vero paradiso per i biker con oltre 200 Km di bike tour segnati lungo strade forestali, percorsi militari, mulattiere e vie ciclabili per accontentare sia i biker più esigenti con salite importanti e discese anche tecniche, sia coloro che scelgono la due ruote per una piacevole passeggiata in famiglia. Sicuramente Tremalzo è un must per i biker che desiderano provare un po’ di adrenalina, ma molti altri sono i percorsi che meritano come la salita a Passo Trat o i tracciati verso Giumella e Stigolo, meno conosciuti e più selvaggi. La nuova ciclabile dal Garda all’Ampola attraversa la Valle di Ledro lungo il fondovalle e permette ai ciclisti di godere appieno della natura e del paesaggio che caratterizza la Valle di Ledro. La prima parte fino a Molina è un po’ impegnativa per via del dislivello ma dal Lago di Ledro al Lago d’Ampola, la ciclabile è adatta a tutti. Presso l’Ufficio Turistico è disponibile una mappa escursionistica – MTB (scala 1:33 000) e all’indirizzo www.vallediledro.com/gps/mtb è possibile scaricare tutte le tracce MTB.

Für alle MTB-Begeisterte, die ein bisschen Adrenalin verspüren möchten, ist Tremalzo bestimmt ein Muss: die Anstrengung, um der Gipfel zu erreichen, wird mit den atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf die Ledro- und Gardaseen belohnt. Der neue Fahrrad Weg vom Garda- bis Ampolasee durchzieht Valle di Ledro den Talboden entlang und erlaubt den Fahrradfahrern das Tal ruhig anzuschauen und seine Natur zu genießen. Bei dem Fremdenverkehrsamt in Pieve ist es möglich eine kostenlose Wander und MTB Karte (Maßstab 1:33000) zu bekommen und auf der Web-Seite www.vallediledro.com/gps/mtb sind alle MTB Trails zum downloaden.

The Val di Ledro is a veritable paradise for MTB enthusiasts with over 200 km of marked itineraries along forest tracks, trails and old mule roads suitable from everyone from the beginner through to those looking for that ultimate adrenaline burst. The climb to Monte Tremalzo is a must for any cycling enthusiast. The climb can be made along a completely surfaced local road, which starts out from Lago d‘Ampola and leads to the mountain pass. The new cycle path leading from Lago di Garda up to the Val d‘Ampola crosses the whole valley and allows biker to enjoy the nature and villages of Ledro. By the tourist information office you can find a free hiking and MTB map (1:33 000) and from the web site www.vallediledro.com/gpd/mtb you can download all the MTB tracks.

www.mountaingardabike.com Un nuovo anello bike che unisce i territori di Ledro, Garda, Monte Bondone e Monte Baldo. Ben 213 Km e 10 000 m di dislivello, dal lago di Garda a Tremalzo. Oltre all’anello principale ci sono dei side tour che permettono di scoprire i percorsi bike più belli di ogni territorio e strutture ricettive specializzate ad accogliere i biker e le loro amate due ruote.

Eine Tour von 213 Kilometern Länge und 10.000 Höhenmetern schlägt über Valle di Ledro, Gardasee, Monte Bondone und Monte Baldo. Dabei spielt sich gut die Hälfte der Runde abseits geteerter Straßen ab und in jedem Gebiet sind weitere Bike Touren und Bike Unterkünfte zu finden.

A new bike area, a mountain bike circuit which may also be broken up into separate itineraries, in Valle di Ledro, Lake Garda, Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone. This total length of this new circuit will be approx. 200 km, 50% of it on dirt tracks, with a total ascent of 10,000 m. Each area will also have 2 trails or alternative routes for all mountain or downhill bikes. These will be able to turn off the main circuit and ride through areas of interest, such as the famous Monte Tremalzo.

Ein mysteriöser Ruf überzeugt viele, dem Paragliding zu versuchen und jedes Mal hebt man ab, findet man sich in einer anderen faszinierenden und immer bezaubernden Welt. Von dort oben bekommt alles eine neue Bedeutung und was auf der Erde so wichtig aussieht, hat vom Himmel einen anderen Wert. Um Paragleiter zu probieren, gibt es Tandem Flüge oder sogar Kurse um selbst zu fliegen.

Da lassù ogni cosa acquista un significato diverso e tutto quello che a terra sembra così importante, visto dall‘alto ha un altro valore. Il parapendio è in continua crescita in Valle di Ledro e non mancano le possibilità di provare questa disciplina grazie al bi-posto o a corsi appositamente organizzati per avvicinarsi al volo. Vari sono anche i punti di decollo e atterraggio, che si differenziano per panorama e difficoltà tecniche.

If you want also to try paragliding, you can choose between a tandem paragliding with an expert guide or attend one of the several courses, that are organized in Valle di Ledro. Moreover, there are several takeoff and landing points in the valley, differing in panorama and technical difficulty.

In Valle di Ledro è possibile provare il canyoning, un’ esperienza unica per scoprire gli angoli più nascosti grazie a scivoli, cascate, tuffi e calate. Ben due sono i torrenti in cui è possibile praticarlo accompagnati da esperte guide alpine: il torrente Palvico e il Rio Nero. Il primo, emissario del Lago d’Ampola, è adatto anche a chi è alle prime armi mentre il secondo, che scende da Tremalzo, è un po’ più impegnativo. In entrambi i casi divertimento ed adrenalina sono assicurati, provare per credere…

In Valle di Ledro kann man auch Canyoning machen, ein Abenteuer, um das Tal anders zu erleben, um die verstecktesten Ecken, dank Rutschbahnen und Wasserfällen, zu entdecken. Canyoning ist eine neue Disziplin im Bereich des Alpinismus, die den Abstieg von Wasserfällen und Schluchten mitten in der versteckten Natur vorsieht. Es ist schwierig Canyoning zu beschreiben oder zu vergleichen, da es soll einfach gemacht werden: Spaß und Adrenalin, in aller Sicherheit, sind versichert….

Ledro dro il museo delle palafitte Ledro o Ledro edroLedro Ledro Ledro das pfahlbautenmuseum the pile -dwelling museum Il Lago di Ledro è conosciuto soprattutto per i resti del villaggio palafitticolo risalenti all’età del bronzo. La scoperta archeologica, tra le più importanti in Europa, risale al 1929 quando il livello del lago è stato fatto abbassare per permettere la costruzione della centrale idroelettrica di Riva del Garda. Oltre 10 000 pali e numerosi manufatti sono venuti alla luce durante le varie fasi di scavo che si sono concluse con la costruzione di un piccolo museo e la ricostruzione, nel 2006, di un villaggio palafitticolo che mostra gli strumenti e gli attrezzi che adoperavano i nostri antenati. Per sentirsi veramente dei palafitticoli, il Museo organizza, oltre a laboratori didattici per le scuole, un programma di attività estive chiamato “Palafittando” durante il quale si costruiscono archi e frecce, si fa merenda con lo sciamano, si creano stoviglie in argilla, si scoprono i segreti della caccia e della pesca e molto altro ancora.

Wer sich für die Vorgeschichte interessiert, kommt im Pfahlbauten-Museum am Ledrosee. Vor über 4000 Jahren, gab es an den Ufern, eine große Ansiedlung an Pfahlbauten gebaut. Im Jahr 1929, als der Wasserspiegel des Sees, der zu hydroelektrische Zwecken für das Kraftwerk von Riva del Garda angezapft worden war, stark abgesenkt wurde, kam eine weite, mit über 10000 Pfählen versehene Zone zum Vorschein. Die Ausgrabungen brachten zahlreiche Funde, die auf die Bronzezeit zurückgehen, ans Tageslicht. Im Sommer, interessante didaktische Aktivitäten für eine hinreißende Besichtigung des neuen Dorfes und des archäologisches Gebietes: Waldrouten, Bogenschießen, Wettkämpfe, prähistorische Brotzeit, Plausche mit dem Schamanen und Tausenden von Möglichkeiten um zusammen zu lernen und Spaß zu haben.

On the shore of Molina, about 4000 years ago stood one of the most important pile-dwellings of the Alpine territory. It was discovered in the autumn of 1929, when the level of Lake Ledro was appreciably lowered to supply the hydroelectric plant being built at Riva del Garda and a forest of wooden piles broke the surface. The site was excavated and finds were exhibited in the Museum and in the new village, rebuilding of the prehistoric living area. During the summer time there are several activities for all ages: creative laboratories, shows, concerts and events.

veranstaltungen - events L’estate ledrense è ricca di manifestazioni per accontentare tutti, dalle famiglie con bambini, ai giovani e meno giovani. La scelta è ampia e spazia dalle sagre paesane ai concerti di vario genere, dal cabaret ai fuochi d’artificio, dal beach party agli spettacoli per bambini; dall’opera alle feste in malga. Tra gli eventi musicali di spicco della Valle di Ledro vi sono la Festa della Musica Europea che si svolge contemporaneamente in tutta Europa il 21 giugno e durante la quale è possibile assistere a concerti di ogni tipo di musica; Kawai a Ledro, rassegna di pianoforte a cui partecipano i più importanti musicisti del mondo; I Suoni delle Dolomiti, festival di concerti organizzati sulle montagne del Trentino.

The summer program is rich in events to entertain the guests of Ledro with concerts, village parties, sport events, opera, fireworks, gastronomic tours, children shows… For the sixth time, the 21st of June, takes place in Valle di Ledro “La Fête de la Musique”, an international music festival, which spread out all over the world, dedicated to the music and to the people, who like it. The musicians play on the street, in the parks, on the squares and the public can move around without paying and simply enjoying the music. In August you can enjoy the piano concerts of the event “Kawai a Ledro”; important pianists from all over the world meet in Valle di Ledro to perform the best classical music.

Val di Ledro offers meals, which are very similar to the ones of the traditional Trentino cuisine, but there are also some appetizing local dishes that you cannot taste in any other valley, such as potatoes polenta, peverà and caponec. Moreover, our way of cooking was influenced by the Bohemian cuisine. During the exile (1915-18) our grandmothers learnt how to prepare gnocchi and cakes according to the Czech cooking tradition. You have the chance to taste these meals thanks to “Menu Ledro”, an initiative organized in some restaurants of Valle di Ledro, which offer typical food prepared with local products.

La cucina ledrense è molto simile a quella trentina ma si differenzia per alcune specialità tra le quali spicca la polenta di patate che si può gustare in molte varianti in quanto non c’è un’unica ricetta. Inoltre è stata influenzata anche dalla cucina boema durante l’esilio della Prima Guerra Mondiale e in alcuni ristoranti è possibile trovare i golosi gnocchi boemi o le livanze. “Menu Ledro” è l’iniziativa ideale per conoscere e gustare i piatti ledrensi e trentini cucinati con fantasia e prodotti locali nei ristoranti aderenti della valle.

Die Küche in Valle di Ledro ist der traditionellen Trentiner Küche sehr ähnlich. Es gibt aber auch einheimische schmackhafte Gerichte, die Sie in keinem anderen Tal genießen können, wie z.B. die Kartoffelpolenta, die Peverà und die Caponec. Neben der Tiroler Küche, wurde die unsere auch von der böhmischen Küche beeinflusst. Während der Exilzeit (1915-18) lernten unsere Großmütter, wie man Knödel und Kuchen tschechischer Art zubereitet. Unsere Gäste haben die Möglichkeit, die traditionelle Küche und die Produkte aus dem Tal dank der Veranstaltung „Menu Ledro“ zu verkosten. In den Restaurants des Tales werden besondere Menü in den verschiedenen Jahreszeiten angeboten, um die typische Spezialitäten zu schmecken.
