decorate however you wish
l Fold it once and you won’t be
able to stop!
l Decorate for any occasion –
kids will be amazed
First, make a never ending card blank... l Cut a 20cm square of card in half,
creating two 10cm x 20cm pieces. Score 5cm on each side. Lay the two side by side, making sure the score lines match up. l Add glue to the top-left and lower-left corners. Turn another piece of card 90° and carefully stick over the top. Repeat on the right side. Fold at the creases to create a never ending card.

... then make a Cuddly Creatures card l There are so many designs to try, but for this example, cover the top and bottom panels with bear paper. Secure the oval bear frame and sentiment (1). Trim down the centre with a craft knife, then open out and cover the middle with stockings paper, then add a robin frame (2). l Snip across the middle of the last panel, and repeat as before, with a different choice of paper and topper (3). Complete the final panel with snowflake paper, add a robin frame and sentiment to finish your card (4).

1
Create a blank, 15cm square, from acetate. Colour the edges of pale pink card. Layer onto white, then fix to the left side of the acetate. Take dark pink card, and cut a wavy
section. Stick both pieces to the acetate, with narrow strips of white each side. Add parchment paper to the wavy section, on the back of the acetate. Attach a holly border vertically to the pale pink and a pink bauble border. Glue houses, a tree and a bell. Layer a 'Hugs & Kisses' disc onto bright pink card, leaving a thin border. Fix to a large snowflake, then add to the middle.

4
Snip a tree border and ink the tops with green. Position across the bottom of the right panel. Add a bow border to the top. Fix a 'Christmas Wishes' sentiment in place. Place branch motifs around the sentiment. Add robins, a bell, branch border and a heart. Using 3-D foam pads, add the reindeer so they are facing each other. Use a white pen to draw dots of snow to finish. CB

❄ Cut paper down to a manageable size.
You only require a small overlap of 5cm with the sides the same as the height of the box to make it easier to fold.
❄ A ttention to detail is key, so if your cutting skills aren't perfect just fold any rough edges under by 1cm.
❄ Using double-sided tape adds a
professional finish, and always trim your ribbon neatly.

wrapping experience. Spray paper with a room fragrance, or tie on a sprig of rosemary or bay. Cinnamon sticks are perfect for the winter months too.

Using the elements from the Christmas card kit, create a blank and a circle layer from cream card. Use rounded square tool to draw a matt to fit inside the card blank and cut from patterned paper. Ungroup the largest tree with the heart cut out, then from it copy the heart shape. Paste three of the hearts and resize each slightly so they are not all the same.
2
Arrange the trees, scalloped circle and hearts on the matt, ensuring they are spaced out enough to be cut from different scraps of cardstock. Cut three trees and a heart. Stitch the the patterned paper layer to the card blank. Fix the cream circle on to the scallop with doublesided tape. Mount the circle in the centre of the card blank. Arrange the trees, then add the hearts as shown. CB

MY WEEK...
HARVEST TIME SEES STEPHANIE WEIGHTMAN SEEKING INSPIRATION FROM NATURE
I More pretty makes with the Summer Harvest die set Quick Die-cuts This beautiful set has a frame die for the main image that does not have a complete cut line around the edge, so it stays in the card. I taped the waste back into the image and used brown tones to create a brick wall with foliage spilling over.
t's almost the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness and my garden is hanging on; one little flower is still going! Actually, some would call it a weed but, as the saying goes, a weed is just a wonderful plant growing in the wrong place, and I adore Morning Glory. Seeing those little white trumpets trailing up the wall always makes me smile. In fact, I love it so much, I've designed a die set: Trumpets and Curlicues from the Summer Harvest Collection. The Frame die, which has a sweet Broderie style edge, is 11cm x 12cm. The Flowers and Foliage die does not have a complete cut edge, which means it will stay in the cardstock unless you use it with the Frame, so there is a lot of versatility. This beautiful card was created with a 15cm white tent card, layering with grey cardstock and a pretty backing.
Make Your Own...
To make it yourself, cut the Frame die from grey cardstock to create the back of the topper. Cut the Frame and Flowers and Foliage dies together from white cardstock and tint the blooms with alcohol pen markers. Cut the Frame die with a 9.5cm circle die to create the pink border. Matt the layers together and place the border at a jaunty angle. Using the Summer Harvest Rectangle die set, cut the Corner and Flower from white cardstock and trim, then matt white card behind the large die-cut and colour. Add glitter and pearls for the finishing touch.
Layer and Wrap This partner set for On the Breeze lets you matt the coloured die onto pale blue cardstock to create the topper. Layer a red grid square and postcard onto the card at opposing angles, leaving room for the topper, then bundle with twine.
