Bible Verses We Love to Learn, Pray, and Remember
We at Faith On Every Corner are committed to being constantly in the Word of God. Like many others, we are intentional in reading and studying the Bible as part of our learning what God would have us know and how we are to lead our daily lives. It is very useful to concentrate on those Scripture verses that especially connect with you. By reading these verses, thinking about what they mean, and even committing them to memory, you will have the resources in mind to face the daily physical and spiritual challenges we all face. In this column, we have provided a few verses that are our favorites. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” James 4:7 “Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” 22 | M AG AEVERY Z I N E N ACORNER ME FAITH ON
