You’re greeted with images of many different types of food, right? Most of these items have taken a good deal of time to prepare. You may pile a little bit of everything on your plate, or you may pass on the stuffing and cranberries. But, overall, you have a lot of great options to choose from. The Club’s calendar is your “feast.” As you will see in this issue of your newsletter, there are a host of activities that have been carefully crafted to make your mouth water. The standard and always popular “mashed potatoes" are still available, like Sunday brunch and the 9-holers, but you’ll want to select other programs that are often a variation of something you already like! We aren’t swapping out pumpkin pie for cranberry; we’re just adding a little nutmeg to the recipe. A perfect example would be the second annual Disney Character Brunch, featuring new characters to wow your little ones, or the ever-popular Member-Guest tournaments
that always feature something new. We greatly look forward to seeing you enjoying the Club this season and we know that you’ll embrace the new Members that joined over the summer months. A new Member recently told me: “I only wished I had known about Coral Ridge earlier!” If you know of someone who needs a fun place to relax and unwind, please send them our way! They’ll be sure to thank you once they get a ‘taste’ of the Member experience.

Teeing up the Season Camp Wrap-up Summer Golf Camp was a great success! Lead Instructors, Dolph Ro d e r a nd Ji m my Rockelman along with PGA 1st Assistant Professional, Brett Martin and PGA 2nd Assistant Professional, Patrick Schmitz, created a new, FUN curriculum where the kids learned the fundamentals of golf by playing various games throughout the week. Their skills were then tested at the end of each session and the prizes were flowing! Many thanks to the juniors and parents for being involved in our golf camp throughout the summer months. Overseeding The lush ‘green’ turf of last season will be re-introduced this winter with over-seeding on Monday-Tuesday, November 3-4 at which time the course will be closed. The process of overseeding involves extensive watering to ensure the seed stays moist so that germination begins. Germination (aka the sprouting) of a rye grass seed takes between 10 to 14 days so the golf course will resume its fast playing surfaces and lower heights by November 24. The maintenance staff appreciates your patience during this overseeding.

MM/East Coast Seafood Buffet Kids Klub & Jr. Club Halloween Party
C LU B EV E N T R E S E RVAT I O N P O L I C Y Special club events, wine dinners, Saturday night seafood buffets and holiday dining are popular events that sell out and require the purchase of special food and beverage products, equipment, entertainment, etc. Last minute un-replaced cancellations (including changes to the party number) are unfair to those Members who are turned away due to full capacity and cause the Club to incur unnecessary expenses if the reservation is not replaced. As a result, the Club must exercise a firm enforcement of the special event and holiday dining policy. • At the time of making your reservation we will charge your account 100% of the event price. • Please let us know if you have other Members dining with you, so we may contact them. • You may cancel 7 days prior to event, without being charged. • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, you will have to pay 100% of the event price. Note: Should there be a wait list and we are able to fill your reservation less than 6 days prior to the event, your account will be credited in full.
