Hello and welcome to the very first edition of Cue The Event Magazine!
This magazine has been born out of a lifelong passion for the very beautiful game of snooker. But not just the game itself, rather the whole experience of going to a snooker tournament. Of course nothing can surpass being at a live snooker match and to experience the action, but there is also the excitement of staying in a new town or city and seeing what the place has to offer. Who doesn’t like staying in a hotel and being treated a little? And whether it’s your first time in the venue town or city, or you are a frequent visitor, there are always new things to explore whilst away from the baize!
So our team, who have lovingly produced this magazine, intend to bring, in each issue, a lovely little guide about the host city. We look at where to stay, where to eat and things to do. After all, we can’t be at a snooker match 24 hours a day!
