Hello Division 15!!My name is Grace Yang, and I am serving alongside Dylan as one of your Division Executive Assistants this year! I also currently serve as president for Los Osos Key Club, and I can not be any more grateful for all of the opportunities, friends, and memories Key Club has provided me. I hope to make each and every one of you're Key Club experiences as great and amazingly-beautiful as possible. I love Key Club because I know that together we can continue to make an impact on the world, whether it's through helping make a Kiwanis float for the parade or by collecting donations for maternal neonatal tetanus. Lyndsey chu.
Hi everyone! My name is Lyndsey Chu and I'm very blessed to be serving you all as Division Event Coordinator. My hope for this year is to ease the transition into the 2016-2017 term and assist you guys in finding new events to incorporate into your clubs. You guys are all amazing and whether or not you are an officer or member, each and everyone of you deserves a lifetime supply of boba. Love you guys!
MIchelle Ho.
HELLO GIRAFFES!! My name is Michelle and I am extremely blessed to say that I have the opportunity to be serving as your Division Secretary. I am currently a sophomore at Ayala Hs and I can truthfully admit to you that my 2 years of membership in Key Club have been the best so far. At the start of my journey in Key Club, I didn't expect to have all the amazing experiences that I did. I met people who genuinely cared about serving their community and people who only want to help others succeed. From my very first service event to now, my journey has only gotten better. Key Club and d15 are everything that I could have asked for and more. it has definitely become a huge part of my daily life. My love for this organization will only GROW from here. D15 has helped unleash the inner giraffe within me -- a giraffe who is always striving to reach greater heights. I can't wait to see what the Division Leadership Team and I will bring into this new term. I am so excited to be D15's Secretary and I am even more excited to give back to the very club that's given so much to me. If you ever need anything, whether it's a Key Club related question or someone to eat frozen grapes with, I'm always a phone call or message away! I LOVE YOU AND CAN'T WAIT TO SERVE THIS TERM WITH ALL OF YOU LOVELY PEOPLE!!

club articles & visuals Pet adoption. Going to volunteer at the Pet Adoption is almost a weekly routine for me. Each Saturday always remains the same. Wake up, go on my phone, watch some TV if I feel like it, and go to pet adoption. To some people that might sound a little bit depressing, but to me it's the best thing in the world. Imagine getting to relive a bit of your favorite part of childhood and doing it for 5 more hours. Sounds fun right? Well, that's what Pet Adoption has given to me. A piece of my childhood back for just 5 hours a week. You see, I used to love playing with my dog until we had to give her up due to my brother's allergies to dogs. So when I was given the opportunity to play with dogs again, I couldn't resist!

Banyan tutoring. On April 28th I attended one of our weekly events, Banyan Tutoring. It's a fairly simple event where you read with children and help them get better. I have only attended the event a handful of times but every time I do attend I make a new connection with one of the students. When I went we read a story about a big gust of wind that blows through a town and causes all sorts of trouble for the people living in it. During and after this story I found myself giggling with the students at how silly the story was and how excited they were to read it again. This event really made me feel like I made an impact on these children and really encouraged them to read more on their own. - Jeremy reinoso,

Music Run. An international run here in California brings people all over Southern california together. It’s not like most runs or walks for charity, but this run is a place to bond and run with others who desire to keep healthy and for others who also share the same taste in music. Our Key Club members were able to check in those who were participating in the event, give them souvenir hats and shirts, and supply them with water and snacks after they ran 5 kilometers. At the very end of the event, the organization was so kind and grateful for our service that they offered us any of the extra souvenirs and the extra snacks. But, receiving these gifts still wasn’t as rewarding as the smiles on the faces of the participants, members, and workers. Our members had so much fun at this event. we plan on volunteering here for years to come.

RELAY FOR LIFE. relay for life was an extremely important event for everyone in attendance. my job during most of the shift was to register people for the walk, but during my break, i was able to talk to cancer survivors that were there to share their stories. The night culminated in a Luminaria service where the track was lined with little bags that were lit with glow sticks. the emotional ceremony was one of remembrance for those who had passed as a result of cancer. the whole event was majorly emotional and inspiring because of these ceremonies and the stories that were shared. i would definitely participate in another relay for life event and would encourage other members to go for the experience you got from helping the runners and survivors. - Nick cassiano, etiwanda

Kiwanis track meet. Every year the Upland Foothill Kiwanis holds an annual elementary school track meet where elementary students from all around the Upland Unified school district participate. The upland Kiwanis host this event every year in memory of a Kiwanian that passed away, Sarah Kini. The Kiwanis Track Meet is a wonderful event that gives elementary students the opportunity to participate in track and field events. Participating students did not have to have experience and it was open to any elementary students. Overall it was a lot of fun helping the kids at different events which ranged from distance running to relays to ball throw. The track meet was definitely an event to remember and I am looking forward to next year's! - Jenny ho, upland
dcon. dcon 2016 was an amazing experience for me and my club. i was able to attend dcon alongside rancho’s key club. i was very thankful that they allowed me and my three members to go with them. they were very welcoming and kind and without them my experience wouldn’t have been as great. at dcon, i got the chance to meet and get close to those i didn’t think i’d be close to. i got the chance to get to know my members more and expose myself more to spirit and service. i absolutely loved listening to the speeches. as a delegate they were truly inspiring. the food was great; the people were amazing. i’d love to go to dcon again. can’t wait for dcon 2017!
