Meet the Division 15 LTGS! Although we have our beloved LTG April, there are still three amazing LTGS who serve for Division 15!

D15N Giraffes

1 sheep.. 2 sheep.. 3 sheep.. Green Sheep! What's up Division 15 South! It's an AMAZING honor to allow myself to introduce who I am to all of you outstanding individuals that April gets to work with. My name is Chriselle Yutuc, and I serve Division 15 North as their Lieutenant Governor. (Fun Fact! The Giraffe mascot was the original animal that represented all of Division 15 before the split :00) I wish you all the best in your future endeavors, so please treat April will lots of love and appreciation!!

What's Poppin Division 15 South Sheeps! If you don't remember me, my name is Zoe Quitasol and I proudly serve as Division 15 East's LTG. I am trying to keep this message short (like my height), but I am grateful to have April and you all as a counterpart division. Keep up the spectacular work, and never hesitate to reach out to me about anything!

D15E Manta Rays

Hi Green Tea Sheeps! Just between you and me, but your mascot is truly superior. My name is Ashley Ma and I am so excited to be serving D15 along with April, Chriselle, and Zoe. I am an incoming senior at Chino Hills High School, and my favorite boba order is Matcha Milk Tea with mini boba. I can't wait until we can have in-person D15 events, so I can get to know you all better! Keep swimming, or should I say, "grazing" into service!

Club Updates

Centennial On May 8th, from 12pm to 2pm, Centennial hosted their very first in-person event! The Park Clean-up offered 2 service hours for any member who came to help clean up Promenade Park. Thanks to Mrs. Burke, who came as a chaperone for us, the event was a massive success! Through members' help, Centennial Key Club left Promenade Park as a much cleaner place than it was when they came. In total, Centennial Key Club gained 18 service hours.

Corona For the month of June, our secretary Kathryn Kiefer created a google form for members to voice their opinions and answer questions regarding how our club will look in the future. These questions included the cost of dues, sticker fundraising, future meetings, and merch such as patches and honor cords. This form was sent out through Remind on May 15th by our vice-president, Abraham Payne. With the responses we received from the members, we can ensure that we know what they want— which will make this term very promising

Eleanor Roosevelt For the month of May, ERHS Key Club had a service project where members made origami bookmarks that are donated to School on Wheels! This service event gave members the opportunity to take the time to make simple, cute origami bookmarks for a great cause. The bookmarks will be put in backpacks that will be given to kids! We collected these at the end of the month.

Norco As Key Club is reopening at Norco after a few years, the officers are learning about each other nd their roles in the club. After the meeting with the LTG and learning about each responsibility each officer has, Norco has decided to take this term seriously to help future terms. We are willing to spend time together as team bonding in order to ensure we are fully prepared and successful.

Santiago The event took place on the 27th of May and it started at 5:00pm and went to 5:45pm. We went over old and new business about our service projects and the district events, then we informed our members about what we had planned during the summer months; we also introduced our new advisor to our members! The participants were our officers, members, and our new advisor! We wanted to inform our members about the coming months and about our wonderful advisor Mrs. Ulrey, and a special thanks to her and the members that attended.

President’s Messages President’s Messages

Centennial Hey Sheepies! I hope you all are doing fantastic! It's the start of summer, meaning that Centennial is back at it again with fun summer-themed activities for all of our Key Clubbers to enjoy. Since June's service theme is Health and Safety, Centennial is currently hosting a Charity Miles: Run for Service event to encourage members to embark on their fitness goals while they simultaneously donate to our UNICEF preferred charity. We are also hosting our Colored Concrete service event, where members can create an infographic or chalk up their driveway with information and visuals related to the importance of Health and Safety for the entire month of June. Centennial has also posted a successful summer-themed "This or That Game", which gained high interaction on Instagram across our community. We recently held our first strategic planning meeting with our newly appointed committee, where they presented their ideas related to club improvements in service, fundraising, and website branches. Lastly, our club is in the middle of hosting an all-day Rapha Tea Fundraiser! All proceeds will be directed towards PTP

Corona Throughout June , the Corona High Key Club has been working hard to make plans for next school year . We wrapped up our May community service events, and gained almost 300+ service hours! Currently we are working alongside Santiago Key Club for a July social and service projects.

Eleanor Roosevelt Hi D15S! Roosevelt has been working very hard over the summer! We had our street clean up with Eastvale Kiwanis which was a success! For the month of june we have our Charity Miles service event as well!

Norco

This month the NHS key club has been revived. We had an officer meeting discussing our plans for fundraising as well as service projects we are considering for july. We also had a bonding experience to get to know one another in order to work more fluidly.

Santiago

For June, Santiago has been hard at work! We have four service projects going. Our service is plastic crochet bags to participate in SOSP, military cards for Father’s Day, chalk walk for positivity, and goodwill donations. We are also planning to have an interclub social with Corona and have been good at building more member relations with other clubs! With summer school and ap tests, our officers have been doing well with staying up to date on key club and going to Kiwanis meetings

Key Club:

EDUCATION CENTER Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP) Our District, Cali-Nev-Ha, has a Children’s Fund which donates to programs that help children in need, such as the Pediatric Trauma Program, or PTP! Pediatric Trauma remains the leading cause of death and injury among children ages 14 and under in the United States. So many local projects created within our three connected states help contribute to this cause. As Division 15 South, we make it crucial to donate to PTP as much as we can; our recent Chipotle Fundraiser is an amazing example of this!
