Leter From Your Lieutenant Governor GREETINGS SEAMONKEYS! Can you believe it?! Summer already?! Well that doesn’t stop anyone from doing community service, it’s important that we still contribute and volunteer! I hope you all are already having a splashing summer laying back for 3 months. Thank you all for attending the June DCM, we hoped you had fun and bonded with some of our sister divisions. The burning summer heat from the north may make us want to stay indoors but utilize the time to set goals and make new beginnings! We hope to SEA you later! Diving and Splashing into Service,
Justn Zhou

William V. Wright 10 Year Annual Spring Festival
May May13, 13,2016 2016 “Our members helped the William Wright staff work at several game booths and help set up for their annual spring festival. While others were working the booths, some other members guided families around the festival if they were to be lost we helped them find where they wanted to go. In the end we also helped clean up and tear down the festival. At the end of the day the members got to learn that helping out local elementary schools with anything is worth it in the end. With these type of events where children are around, it teaches not only the members about what effect our help does on the community, but it also influences the children to help out their own community in the near future.

May May21, 21,2016 2016 “It was super fun working with our supporting Kiwanis Club in their Angel Face volunteer project! I learned how to garden, put in hard work, and got to know people from not only NWCTA's Key Club, but people from other schools and not to mention, the awesome Kiwanians! I shoved rocks, moved heavy wheelbarrows, planted flowers, and planted food for the community. To be honest, I thought I was going to die because the rocks were so heavy and I'm so weak, but I did it, surprisingly! - ALEXANDRIA FUZZARD Northwest CTA

“On Wednesday, we had our June DCM at Sunset Park and it was a joint DCM with Division 28 North, Division 28 South, and Division 28 West. We also had summer olympics right after and it was so much fun. We got separated into teams and competed in many fun summer olympics games such as a hula hooping competition and a relay race - Lisa Ly, West CTA
