LETTER FROM THE LTG Hello Red Pandas! With just a blink of an eye, summer has almost come to an end and school is almost upon us. I hope you have all used your summer to plan ahead, because once school starts you'll have to deal with club rush, dues, Fall Rally North, meetings, fundraisers, and a whole bunch of other things! Furthermore, if you have not started preparing any PTP fundraisers, you must start now! Remember, our goal as a division is to raise $2,500 for PTP, and to accomplish this we must all work proactively and effectively. Do not be scared to ask for help, I am only a message away and always ready to help! Last of all, I would like to thank you all for everything you've done thus far. Many of the clubs are already improving from last year and that is because of your hard work and dedication! With that being said, I wish you all the best of luck and can't wait to see what you accomplish this school year!

Philip Gergis Division 46 North LTG

LETTER FROM THE DNE Hello hello hello Red Pandas! August in finally upon us, which means that sadly, summer is coming to an end. Make sure to finish your summer assignment and squeeze in a few more days at the beach and afternoons by the pool. On the sunny side, however, August means that PTP season upon us, it’s time for recruitment! So, this is a perfect time to introduce new people to the joys of service and have them join our Red Panda family! As for PTP, we are aiming to raise $2,500 dollars for Pediatric Trauma Program, so don’t be afraid to suggest fundraisers and do your part, every dollar counts! Even better, Fall Rally will be here before we know it, so let’s get our spirit on! The first quarter of the term is behind us, so let’s make this next quarter even better than last. Keep up the wonderful work, Red Pandas. See you in September!

AMERICAN GRAFFITI FESTIVAL We participated in the 19th annual American Graffiti Festival hosted by our sponsoring Kiwanis club. It was a two-day festival but we volunteered for three days, June 9th-11th. We helped set up on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday we rode on golf carts and kept the bathrooms supplied with toilet paper, picked up trash from the floor and replaced the trash bags from the trash cans. We also took care of the information booth and charged people for entering.

MCHENRY MANSION

On the Fourth of July, we got the opportunity to help out the McHenry Mansion. Being a part of Key Club, it was an amazing experience. We got to go out and sell drinks, hotdogs, and ice cream to those watching the parade. We also got to watch the parade as we went on selling things and can say the sales were successful. The people were all very nice which made things easier and smoother.
