LETTER FROM THE LTG Hello Red Pandas! The first month of school has passed for all of us, which brings us one more month closer to PTP fundraisers, RTC, and Fall Rally North! I hope you are all excited as I am, because this fall will be one that D46N will never forget! However, every single officer and member needs to be as DILIGENT AND SPIRITED AS POSSIBLE! If you want to make this year one of the most fun and successful that we ever had, then it is up to YOU to get more members to join, to raise money for PTP, and to make some of the greatest cheers and spirit gear for Fall Rally! Also, I want to thank all of those who attended this year's OTC! Not only were we able to get around 10 more people from our division to go compared to last year, but we broke the record for number of members who have ever attended from D46N (52 members)! OTC was an amazing accomplishment for all of us, and I hope to say the same about the entire fall season by November. Thank you Red Pandas for all the effort you put into the clubs and division you serve, and I hope to see you at the September DCM!

LETTER FROM THE DNE Hello hello hello Red Pandas! School has finally begun, PTP season is upon us, recruitment is about to begin, and Fall Rally is just around the corner. Things are picking up and it’s all so exciting! Make sure to start the school year strong, and manage your time well so you have time to do well in school and still participate in things you enjoy, like Key Club. Some tips I have for managing your time include: creating non-negotiables. Non-negotiables are things you prioritize and will not neglect. My non – negotiables are in this order: Loved ones, School, Key Club. Another idea is to utilize the Eisenhower Matrix, which categorizes tasks into four categories depending on their urgency and importance. As the school year picks up, it’s a perfect time to recruit fresh faces to join the red panda family! Make sure to recruit anyone eager to make a difference in their community. I really feel it is going to an amazing rest of term.
