This is a firm favourite of my family. It can be served just with your coffee break, after dinner dessert, for breakfast, lunch or anyime. It is absolutely delicious!

Mix all together. I put the mixture in a lightly greased loaf tin, as opposed to a round cake tin, as this is my version. It’s a bit of a different banana bread. Cover the top with the crumble mixture. Then cover lightly with brown sugar to caramelise. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Check with a skewer or knife to see if it is cooked. The skewer should come out cleanly. I use more banans than normal as we all love the taste of bananas so it may be a more gooey finsh but it is delicious! 020 8947 5337 carole@partiestogo.co.uk partiestogo.co.uk
