SOFT CHOCOLATE COOKIES By Debbie Dickinson

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. These delicious cookies are lovely and soft and can be adapted by choosing white, milk or dark chocolate chips.

Leave to cool completely before eating. Enjoy!!

What you need: 125g Unsalted Butter 125g Soft Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 250g Self Raising Flour 25g Cocoa Powder 200g Chocolate Chips What to do: Preheat your oven to 160°C Fan and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. In a large bowl, cream together the Butter and the Sugar until soft and creamy. Mix in the Egg Stir in the Flour until just combined, then add the Chocolate Chips and mix. Using a dessert spoon, pop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray. Flatten slightly with the back of a fork.
