GoFa™ CRB: compact and highperformance, up to 5 kg load capacity ABB is expanding its cobot offering with the introduction of the 6-axis GoFa™ CRB (Collaborative RoBot) 15000, with a load capacity of up to 5 kg, the highest in its portfolio. As the name suggests, GoFa™ is designed to “go the extra mile” in safely collaborating alongside the operator to automate the most repetitive and ergonomically challenging tasks. Compact and portable, weighing 27 kg and with a footprint of only 165 mm2, GoFa can be mounted in any direction. The reach of 950 mm exceeds that of standard 5 kg cobots by about 12% and is capable of operating at up to 2.2 meters per second, making it the fastest cobot in its class. Safe design and intuitive programming. To provide superior power and force limiting performance, ensuring safe interaction even in tight work environments, GoFa is equipped with intelligent torque and positioning sensors in each of its six joints that detect human presence and any unexpected contact between the operator and the cobot arm, causing it to stop in milliseconds and eliminating the risk of injury. Another feature is the inclusion of the SafeMove visual safety configurator on GoFa’s FlexPendant. An interactive status light, which changes color between white, green, yellow and red depending on the cobot’s operating mode (standby, programming, operation or shutdown) also allows users to instantly ascertain its status. Lead-through programming and the new ABB Wizard Easy Programming software, based on simple commands/graphics blocks that can be linked together to create complete programs, make the configuration of GoFa automation applications simple and accessible even to non-specialists, without requiring any knowledge of programming languages.
Mitsubishi: remote technical support To ensure efficient technical support for its customers all over the world, Mitsubishi Electric offers the new Smart Remote Service, a “multi-device” service that allows its technical staff to provide remote assistance via smartphone, tablet or notebook. In addition, you can also take advantage of special interactive Smart Glasses for augmented reality, which make remote guided maintenance activities even easier and more intuitive, allowing the user to work with both hands free. In this way it is possible to offer the customer a timely support, so as to make a safe, fast and accurate diagnosis of any errors, malfunctions or failures, wherever the machine or system that needs assistance is located, avoiding repeated visits on site. The Smart Remote Service is browserbased and therefore does not require any installation; it is sufficient to download the appropriate App on your smartphone or tablet; it also offers a secure connection (AES-256 encryption).

Come suggerisce il nome, GoFa™ è progettato per “spingersi oltre” nella collaborazione in sicurezza al fianco dell’operatore, per automatizzare i compiti più ripetitivi ed ergonomicamente impegnativi. Compatto e portatile, con un peso di 27 kg e un ingombro di soli 165 mm2, GoFa può essere montato in qualsiasi direzione. Per offrire prestazioni superiori di limitazione della potenza e della forza, a garanzia di un’interazione sicura anche in ambienti di lavoro ristretti, GoFa è dotato di sensori di coppia e di posizionamento intelligenti in ciascuno dei suoi sei giunti che rilevano la presenza umana e qualsiasi contatto inaspettato tra l’operatore e il braccio del cobot, provocandone l’arresto in pochi millisecondi ed eliminando così il rischio di infortuni. Altra caratteristica è l’inclusione del configuratore di sicurezza visiva SafeMove sul FlexPendant di GoFa. Una luce di stato interattiva, che cambia colore tra bianco, verde, giallo e rosso a seconda della modalità operativa del cobot (standby, programmazione, funzionamento o arresto) consente, inoltre, agli utenti di accertarne in modo immediato lo stato. La programmazione lead-through e il nuovo software ABB Wizard Easy Programming, basato su semplici comandi/blocchi grafici che possono essere collegati tra loro per creare programmi completi, rendono la configurazione delle applicazioni di automazione di GoFa semplice e accessibile anche ai non specialisti, senza richiedere alcuna conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione.
Mitsubishi: supporto tecnico da remoto Q Per garantire un’assistenza tecnica efficiente ai propri clienti in ogni parte del mondo, Mitsubishi Electric offre il nuovo Smart Remote Service, servizio “multi-dispositivo” che consente al suo personale tecnico di prestare assistenza a distanza mediante smartphone, tablet o notebook. In aggiunta, vi è la possibilità di usufruire anche di appositi Smart Glass interattivi per realtà aumentata, che rendono le attività di manutenzione guidate da remoto ancora più semplici e intuitive, permettendo all’utente di lavorare con entrambe le mani libere. In questo modo è possibile offrire al cliente un supporto tempestivo, così da effettuare una diagnosi sicura, veloce e precisa di eventuali errori, malfunzionamenti o guasti, in qualunque luogo si trovi la macchina o l’impianto che necessita di assistenza, evitando ripetute visite in loco. Il servizio Smart Remote Service è basato su browser e quindi non richiede alcuna installazione; è sufficiente scaricare l’apposita App su smartphone o tablet; offre, inoltre, una connessione protetta (crittografia AES-256).
