Die Zeitschrift für romanische Philologie (ZrP) wurde im Jahr 1877 von Gustav Gröber gegründet. Der Themenkreis der Zeitschrift umfasst die Sprachwissenschaft in ihrer ganzen Breite sowie die mediävistische Literaturwissenschaft und die Editionsphilologie. Publikationssprachen sind Französisch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Italienisch und Rumänisch sowie Deutsch und Englisch. Es erscheinen vier Hefte im Jahr.
The journal Zeitschrift für romanische Philologie (ZrP), founded by Gustav Gröber in 1877, covers the entire field of Romance linguistics as well as medieval literature and textual criticism. The journal publishes four issues annually. The publication languages are French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Romanian as well as German and English. Romanistisches Jahrbuch (RJb) presents essays and reviews on current research topics regarding one or several Romance languages, with a particular focus on Ibero-Romance Studies. The Romanische Bibliographie has been published since 1923 as a supplement to Zeitschrift für romanische Philologie (est. 1877). It lists the bibliographical data for monographs, collected volumes, articles, and reviews published in the field of Romance Studies (both Literary Studies and Linguistics) with the exception of French Literary Studies. It is available both in print and online.

Iberoromania is the oldest journal in the German-speaking world dealing specifically with the Ibero-Romance languages and literatures of Europe and America. In addition, the journal has become increasingly open to Ibero-Romance languages and literatures outside of Europe and America, above all in African countries.
