Woahh! Look at all those numbers go everyone! Just about one month in, and we’re doing a fantastic job so far! Thank you to all those who have come to our events, help serve food, or participate in our fundraisers. I hope to see you all at our events! 04
President’s Note
Hi Hi Jellies! Whoo! First of all, thank you all so much for participating within this month, and look at our numbers go! I’m so excited to see all the heights that we can reach together, and seeing you all at events as well. I’m also really glad that you’re reading this as well since all our hard work is being read by someone. We finally reached the end, or rather we’re almost there, of this school year. It certainly was a school year to say the least. I feel like I personally became a whole other person, but I think we’re almost okay to say goodbye to all the good and the bad that happened to us during quarantine, which is really sappy, but I think applicable nonetheless. I’m not sure, I guess my freshmen year got cut off and now all of a sudden I’ll be a junior next year, which is actually quite scary, considering how close you are to the so called real world. But, if you need someone to talk to about all the craziness that is going on nowadays, I’m always open to hearing out your turmoils. I really hope to be able to see all of you, and I’m so excited to see that many of you are interested within Key Club, and willing to come to our events as well! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you ever need my help or have any questions <3!

A big thank you to those that applied for our committees! Jade and Yury, I’m really excited to start working with you, and seeing you more on within our term. Thank you so much! We highly encourage all of you to do so, in the case that you wish to join Key Club, and have a bit more of a commitment to Key Club, without having to put all that officers might need to do. Despite this, all of your hard work, and the things that you do for our club will not be ignored, and will always be highlighted.

American Legion Dinner (5/7) Game Night Social (5/16) Ding tea Fundraiser (5/20) Movie Night Social (5/29) Breakfast at Interfaith
The Key Club game social was really fun. Warming up with the fishbowl game was great because everyone got into that competitive mood that carried into the mafia game we played. Hearing the death scenarios was funny and I really enjoyed when we collectively lost because we all were convinced an innocent person was the mafia. 100% would love to do it again.
Alanisse Garcia DLA Freshman
Jade Hernandez DLA Junior
Hi! My name is Alanisse and I’m one of the freshman Key Club members. I joined Key Club in my second semester of freshman year. Last week on the 28th of May I went to an American Legion fundraiser. I had so much fun being able to help serve. I really enjoyed being able to act like “server.” I hope I can attend more events like these, it was really fun. The people there were really nice and helpful in showing us what to do.
Hiii! My name is Nicole and I’m currently in 10th grade. So I recently participated in one of the mornings at interfaith and I enjoyed it a lot. The adults were friendly and welcoming and also the task was fun to do, I learned how to wrap burritos!!! But overall the experience was fun and I hope to help out more in future events!!! Thank you!!!
