Kiwanis Day One: At the Kiwanis One Day event I felt kind of happy, it had been awhile since I last went to the children’s museum so it was nice to be back. I helped stain tables, pick weeds, sweep the floor, and sand down some boards. My favorite part was definitely sitting on the bench eating hot dogs while catching up with my friend.

In sport of thanksgiving here are som Yury Pastor DLA Freshman Someone I’m thankful for is Luz, my best friend. There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for her and how blessed I am to have her in my life. I meet Luz over three years ago and I’ve seen her grow into the person she is today. I’m very thankful to have such a kind, sweet, thoughtful, careful, and generous person to call my best friend. She never fails to make me laugh and smile also, never fails to cheer me up. To be honest, I’m not sure what I would have done without her she is truly someone who cares about everyone and I will never forget the memories we made and will continue to make. I will never forget the ice cream runs we had, the Roblox memories, the gifts we gave, the candy we shared, and everything else we did. Through this pandemic even though we are apart we have become closer even if we aren’t able to see each other. Again there are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for her. Even if there was, thousand and thousand of papers would be filled with them. No matter what life throws at us is thankful to have met her and I’m thankful to call you my best friend :)

me things our jellies are thankful for :D

Rebecca martinez DLA Junior I would first of all love to thank my parents for being my best friends and helping me through everything. I’m super thankful for everything that you guys do for the family. I would also like to thank my friends. they helped me get through so much, I couldn’t have done it without them. Lastly, I’m extremely thankful for everyone that has been in my life at one point, even if they’re not in my life anymore, they for sure left an impact and taught me a life lesson.

Jade Hernandez DLA Junior I grew up in a family that was sometimes tight on money. I didn't recognize that when I was younger, but looking back I see that they tried to give me everything. I'm grateful that my family has tried very hard for me.
