Empty Out What are my goals?

Set a timer and fill up this page with as many short-term goals you can. Make sure the goals are realistic, time-sensitive and manageable for you. Remember, don’t edit yourself, just go for it.

Prioritize Now that you have emptied out some goals, take some time to prioritize the goals. What can you accomplish in thirty days? Three months? Six months? Nine months? By the end of 365 days? Think about some of your long-term goals – look for the themes in your empty out list to determine what works.

One Goal. 30 Days. Choose one goal from your Empty Out list and write it here. If it doesn’t make you smile, reword it so that it sounds like something you want to do:

Read Psalm 37 in its entirety. In the space below, draw a picture of yourself having completed the goal and date it for thirty days from the day you start. If you don’t consider yourself an artist, find other ways to be creative such as words or images cut from magazines, stickers or your own handwriting. In your picture write Psalm 37:4-5 so you can refer back to it when you need a refresher.

Self Care Practices + Goals

Self-care is an important part of goal setting. Make a list of some things that you do as part of your self-care ritual. Make a list of things you currently do to reward yourself. If this is not in your current practice, what are some things you can do for yourself? Example:

Section 1:(i.e. hair appointment) Section 2:(i.e. favorite snack) Section 3:(i.e. stone massages)

Make a list of some things you like to do that bring you joy:

What are some activities or things you enjoy that you don’t get to participate in often:

Self Care Rewards

Your self-care practices and goals will become rewards for you when you accomplish one of your major action steps toward your goal. Make a list of things you like to do to reward yourself. Now that you have a list of self care practices, make them rewards for when you accomplish one of your major action steps toward your goal.
