How To Get an Ex Back “I have so many goals” Tyra banks In my dating coaching practice I always start with a free 30-minute introductory session for my clients.

My objective in this is to find out what they feel they need the most.

I ask them what their goals are and then we create a plan that will help to achieve them. In all of my years of coaching, I find that 90% of my clients want to know how to get an ex back.

Their most common complaints are: “I love him but he has lost interest and pulled away. Why?” Or, “Everything was going so well but now he’s decided that he doesn’t want me anymore. What did I do wrong?”

And most of all, “He left me and I want him back. What do I do?”

First of all, if you want to get back your ex, you must be willing to accept the possibility that he may not want you back no matter what you do or say. Understand that you have no control over what the outcome will be. However, if you have a goal and a good plan, you have a real chance to get your ex back fast.

The second thing you have to know is that you must be patient.

It is very important that you remain cool and collected for the plan to work. I am telling you this because any rash decisions based on emotion can cause huge setbacks that may run your ex away for good…. Therefore, in this series of articles, I will give you the formula that has worked for hundreds of men and women just like you. It is called the Get Ex Back system. It is a proven strategy that will help you attain your goal to get back with your ex.

Now, before we get into the plan, there are a few questions you need to ask yourself.

1. Do you really want him back?

Most Importantly ask yourself, “Should I get back with my ex?” and Be honest. Is he a cheater, a liar, abusive or an addict? Does he neglect you or put you down? Is he a Mamma’s boy?

If so, please rethink following this strategy.

Since the Get Ex Back system works so well, it is important that he is someone who DESERVES to be back in your life. If he is just going to hurt you, do not waste your time.

2. Can you commit to a 10-week plan of not initiating contact?

3. Are you willing to get a life?

Once you are sure that you want him back, will you be willing to agree to not call, text, email or send him smoke signals for 10 weeks? It may feel like forever, however, studies show that it takes approximately 8 weeks for a man to realize that he misses you. Humans are creatures of habit and if he is used to you calling him first, he WILL feel a void when you stop. Maybe not immediately but he will notice and sooner or later start to wonder.

Did your entire life revolve around him? If so, you need to do activities that you enjoy and keep you busy. Be a social flirt. Do things that make you happy. Take a class. Go out with friends. Eat well. Exercise. Get plenty of rest. And be sure to date other people (my personal favorite). Fun is the key to keeping you beautiful. When you enjoy your life, you will not only miss him less, but you will also wear the glow of happiness that people find very attractive. Become the pleasant, secure, confident person that made him fall for you. Or at the very least, ACT like the person that attracted him in the first place. Who knows, you may even find someone else to give your heart to.

Based on my experience, he thinks about you even if he does not call. And when he does reach out, it will be because he is either compelled to or because he’s bored and testing you. Neither of these reasons means he will want a relationship but it is a start. That is why the Get an Ex Back system works. It will prepare you so you will be ready when you get the call that almost always comes.

In a nutshell, you must answer these questions honestly because knowing your motives, having an objective and following a certified plan are the crucial first steps in getting your ex back.
