a colección Aquaracer creada por TAG Heuer en 2003 evolucionó para convertirse en un reloj deportivo atractivo tanto para hombres como para mujeres. En 2016, TAG Heuer lanzó por primera vez una colección de relojes fabricados enteramente en cerámica con versiones nuevas del célebre Aquaracer Lady, para seducir al público femenino.

Completamente blanco o totalmente negro, con un toque de elegancia dado por diamantes o adornado con oro rosa, su caja es de un diámetro más generoso (35 mm en comparación con los 27 y 32 mm de los modelos anteriores), y se distingue por su volumen armonioso, sin detalles superfluos.

Es un reloj deportivo que combina elegancia con carácter. Es robusto, resistente al agua hasta 300 metros; inmediatamente reconocible por su bisel giratorio unidireccional de doce lados y seis almenas, sus amplios marcadores luminosos en los índices y en las agujas para mayor visibilidad, un fondo a rosca que lleva gravada una escafandra de buzo y su corona a rosca.

La cerámica es un material ideal para la relojería. Posee gran dureza, un tacto muy suave y es resistente a los arañazos (una gran cualidad para un reloj). Conserva su color original como el primer día y no se oxida. La cerámica es hipoalergénica, una cualidad muy importante cuando se lleva un reloj puesto durante diez o doce horas diarias. Además, es más leve que el acero.

In 2016, TAG Heuer launched the very first collection of watches made entirely from ceramic with several new versions of the famous Aquaracer Lady, guaranteed to appeal to its female clientèle. Either completely white or completely black, and featuring a glamorous ring of diamonds or paired with rose gold, this case, with its more generous diameter of 35 mm (previous versions were 27 or 32 mm), strikes a harmonious balance with no unnecessary details. Robust and water-resistant to 300 metres, this watch — featuring the immediately recognisable uni-directional rotating bezel, with its twelve sides and six studs, large luminous indications on the indices and hands for improved visibility and screw-down case back engraved with a diver’s helmet — is a true sports model which combines elegance and charm. Ceramic is the perfect material for the watchmaking world. It is incredibly hard — yet soft to the touch — and highly scratch-resistant (a key quality in a watch). It keeps its original colour, fresh as the day it was made, and does not oxidise. It is hypoallergenic (also very important if you wear your watch for 10 to 12 hours a day) and is lighter than steel.
