With summer in full swing, it is the perfect time to enjoy fresh produce. This year, I am especially excited about the Heirloom tomatoes. At Diablo, we are sourcing ours from Front Porch Farm in Healdsburg, a certified organic farm known for its heritage vegetables, flavor, and diversity. I have secured a variety of their tomatoes, including Brandywine, Copia, Purple Cherokee, and Pineapple. I will be featuring these tomatoes in various dishes in the Red Horse and Mt. Diablo Pub throughout the month for lunch and dinner. I invite you to come in and try these tomato-focused creations! Thank you,
