Yoga / Pilates Instructor

With over 20 years of Yoga practice and a diverse range of styles, Shiva brings a wealth of expertise to her classes Trained by esteemed teachers in Rishikesh, India, she is deeply dedicated to preserving the ancient practices of Yoga Shiva's compassionate approach to Pilates Mat is meditative, focusing on pain relief and prevention. She has diligently studied embodied Pilates, emphasizing the nurturing of injuries while strengthening the body to prevent future injury Shiva's classes are a harmonious blend of mindfulness and physicality designed to help her students achieve balance, healing, and holistic well-being Her commitment to each individual's journey creates a supportive and transformative experience for everyone she teaches.

As the Founder & CEO of Real Neal Sports since 2012, Mike has dedicated his life to enhancing athletic performance across all levels and disciplines. His unwavering commitment to this cause is evident in his current role as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for St Mary’s College’s men’s basketball and golf teams He holds a B.A. in Sports Administration & Business Management from the University of Nebraska Kearney and a Master's in Biomechanics from UCSF. Mike's extensive athletic background includes being a four-sport letterman in high school, winning a JUCO State & National Championship in football, earning two-time 1st all-conference defensive back honors, and becoming an RMAC conference champion at the University of Nebraska Kearney He specializes in developing holistic training

Fitness attire must be worn while using the Fitness Center or participating in group training Shirts and athletic shoes must be worn at all times. Fitness attire is additionally permitted in the Locker Rooms, Pro Shop, hallway from the lower entrance and upstairs to the Fitness Center, Colton’s Grille, Mt. Diablo Pub, Veranda, Bocce area and Tennis Center until 5:00pm.

ACCEPTABLE ATTIRE

Close-toe athletic shoes, unless a class permits the removal of footwear (yoga, dance).

T-shirts, dry-fit exercise shirts, full length tank tops, muscle shirts (must cover full torso including chest and ribcage), sweatshirts and warm-up jackets are acceptable.

Exercise pants, leggings, joggers, sweats, and warm-up pants are permitted. Shorts must be full coverage and need to be longer than your glutes

Ball caps or visors

UNACCEPTABLE ATTIRE

Includes, but is not limited to:

Open-toe footwear, sandals or barefoot

Bare midriff or exposed chest or ribcage

Short shorts

Clothing or footwear in disrepair, tattered, torn or dirty

Excessive jewelry

Offensive images or language on clothing

Pajamas

Denim of any kind

RULES

Members only allowed in the Fitness Center

Guests must have prior approval from the Chief Operating Officer ($10 guest fee applies).

Each member must check in with the Fitness Attendant or kiosk before using the Fitness Center.

No one under the age of 14 may enter the Fitness Center.

Minors 14-15 must be accompanied by their parent to use the Fitness Center

Minors 16 and older may use the Fitness Center unaccompanied

Individuals using this facility do so at their own risk

Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, stimulants or depressants may not use the Fitness Center or equipment.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited.

Food and gum are not allowed

Water and sports/energy drinks are allowed provided they are in a sealed container

Amplified music is not allowed

Members may wear headphones

Inappropriate images may not be watched on a personal device or fitness machine

Please wipe down equipment after each use. Please dispose of all towels, cups and garbage accordingly
