Corky was born in Lawrence Kansas in 1929 and began collecting Militaria as a young man. His nearly 70 year collection includes material from WWI to Viet Nam with emphasis on the World Wars. The majority was gathered from local Vets for Corky’s collection. 1 PRE 1900 CAVALRY SADDLERS CHEST Olive drab finish wooden chest with hinged doors saddlers chest for battery wagon. Several hand tools included and assorted components, also fitted with removable vise for working on leather and repairing saddles. The trunk collapses so it can be transported easily. Measures 42 x 31 x 12 inches with vise. Good solid condition with no abuse or serious problems.

2 WWII GUNNER SEAT ASSEMBLY FROM B25 BOMBER Olive drab finish aluminum seat on rotating base with various adjustment knobs includes a separate bracket assembly which has an Army Air Force data plate that reads K13 Martin Touret and includes an original data plate which also reads Gun Turret assembly by Glen L Martin Company, USA. 3 1903 MCCLELLAN MILITARY CAVALRY SADDLE WITH ACCESS Rigid frame McClellan saddle with data plate, brass furniture, comes complete with period correct saddle bags, canteen on Cavalry suspension hangar, headstall with bronze American eagle rosette, spurs with leather straps, saddle bags,

4 PAINTED CANVAS GERMAN AIRCRAFT WING MARKING Traditional Nazi adaptation of the Greek cross in black and white painted on fragment of forest green canvas as removed from German aircraft from WWII. Measures 32 x 33 inches. Very good condition, mostly complete with paint intact and no serious damage beyond the knife marks from cutting it out.

5 JAPANESE AIRCRAFT FABRIC FROM ZERO FIGHTER Small swatch cut from fuselage or wing section of Japanese Zero fighter. Light canvas with multi-color painted surface about a third of the fabric reflects the large 'red meat' ball emblem for the Japanese Armed Forces aircraft. Frame measures 14 inches square. Good.

6 WWII ARMY AIR FORCE CBI 'BLOOD CHIT' Printed rayon American flag chit (or pass) with seven language plea for assistance as issued. Serial number visible, contemporary frame with translation of text on reverse. Frame measures 14 x 11 inches. Good, minor soiling from age but no damage or abuse.

9 FLAG RAISING IWO JIMA IMAGE & SURVIVORS AUTOGRAPHS Older vintage framed exhibit of Joe Rosenthal photograph depicting Marines raising flag on Iwo Jima. Below is personal signatures from three survivors: John Bradley, Ira Hayes and Rene Gagnon. Nicely done. Frame measures 19.25 x 31.25 inches with a sight measurement of 9.25 x 7.25 inches on the picture. Very good overall condition.

7 LONGREN AIRCRAFT FUSELAGE INSIGNIA, 1920s Large illustrated insignia with swastika forming basis of design, large winged propeller in center with State of Kansas seal reflecting Longren Aircraft Company with Topeka base. Measures 31 inches square. Unused with minor toning and a few water spots but very sound and display-worthy

8 JAPANESE ZERO FIGHTER ARTIFACTS DISPLAY Six pieces of aircraft aluminum skin removed from Mitsubishi A6M type Zero fighter. The items noted were removed from the cockpit section of this fighter. It was recovered in New Guinea in 1944. All pieces have the distinctive red finish and the national emblem on them, one small piece inscribed by GI: New Guinea, Love, 1944. Frame measures 20 inches square. Very good.

10 WWII ITALIAN OFFICERS SERVICE COAT AND CAP Tan canvas Italian officers service coat in Large size with nickel finish buttons, service ribbon on left chest, brocade woven collar tabs with a emblem applied. Includes matching belt and visor cap with large metallic badge, wire chin strap, makers mark on the sweat shield. Good, minor soiling. No abuse or damage.

11 1940s-50s MISSOURI MILITARY ACADEMY CADETS SERVICE AND BELT Youth size navy blue four pocket service coat with gilt Missouri Military Academy buttons, collar devices and enamel crests. Four cloth sleeve emblems. Includes period correct belt in black leather and domed Missouri Military Academy buckle. Very nice condition.

14 WWII NAVAL AVIATORS SERVICE DRESS UNIFORM Forest green gabardine four pocket service coat with bullion naval aviators wing on left chest and black cuff braid for rank of Lieutenant commander. Includes matching trousers, cover for visor cap, dog tag with officers name and rank, dated '42. Loose buttons are included. Research potential! Good condition.

16 WWI ARMY AVIATORS SERVICE UNIFORM, ATTRIBUTED Tailor made drab serge wool service coat features French made third Army patch on shoulder, metallic emblems are all pin back and includes majors leaves on shoulder, US and signal branch device on collar, Caldback of Des Moines Iowa tailors label in neck. Striking army aviators wing badge in brocade embroidery. A very unusual type and 100 percent original to uniform. Left chest pocket flap features Caldback tailor label named to P.B. McLaughlin and dated June 25, 1918 and includes matching trousers. Research could reveal interesting history and added value! Very good.

17 JAPANESE PILOTS WINTER FLYING SUIT One piece, zipper front suit in brown gabardine wool. Complete with matching belt, completely fur line and with fur collar, printed nomenclature on inside zipper flap. Upper portion good with functional zippers. Moderate to severe mothing in the lower leg sections and some soiling but displays well. Typical for Pilots operating in the Aleutions in the early part of WW2. Good to fair considering moth damage.

18 VERY RARE WWII JAPANESE ARMY BODY ARMOR Olive green cotton suspension vest with button frontal closure and side buckles for adjustment. Contains contour fitted metal plates to protect wearer from small caliber gunfire. Hang tag indicates vest was captured on kwajalein in WWII. Also, brief information photocopy explaining its purpose. VERY RARE! Fair condition. Small panel removed from the back which may have been done for ventilation. Minor rust spots, larger hole on lower right side. Given the rarity these are very minor concerns.

Light wool lined, printed size label with additional numeric tag sewn in the collar may have been from a costume provider. Men's small to medium size, minor soiling but no damage or abuse. 82nd airborne patch on left shoulder with staff sergeant technical rank chevron on each sleeve.

21 ARMY COLONEL SERVICE DRESS UNIFORM WITH IMPRESSIVE GROUP Tailor made army green gabardine service coat with early pin back colonel rank devices, US and infantry collar insignia, tailor made nine place ribbon group with attached bullion combat infantry badge at top of the ribbons. Awards include soldiers medal, bronze star, and service ribbons for WWII and Korea and also bullion Korean presidential unit citation ribbon on pocket flap. Tailors label inside, includes matching trousers. Fair to good with minor mothing and soiling.

22 WWI MARINE CORP SERGEANTS DRESS BLUE UNIFORM Navy blue serge wool dress jacket piped in red with gilt buttons. Marine Quartermaster marked & 1917 dated on inner sleeve. Complete with large sergeants chevrons and two service hash marks on each sleeve, three place ribbon bar includes WWI victory ribbon with unusual five campaign star configuration, Marine good conduct ribbon and French Crois De Guerre

ribbon. Jacket includes French Croix de Guerre agullette and sharp shooter badge. Correct trousers included which are also well marked and appear to be 1915 dated which would be correct for this era. Generally very good, minor wear to some sleeve insignia but no damage, no visible mothing, very well kept.

25 WWII GERMAN PANZER OFFICERS SERVICE DRESS TUNIC, H Unique, original service uniform in distinctive green gabardine with rare pink panzer piping to indicate wearers unit in tank corps. Large brocade collar and cuff patches, shoulder boards reflect unit affiliation with applied metal 'P' and '16' for 16th panzer division which was destroyed at Stalingrad. Bullion brocade breast eagle on chest + rare aides braided bullion aide's aguilette on right shoulder. Tailor label inside named to a Lt. Kolb & 1938 dated. Should be researchable through German Archives and will probably prove to be a casualty. Legend has this as this uniform was recovered from the Topeka city dump many years ago but condition does not reflect this. Loops on left chest for badge or medal. Very minor mothing but mostly in the back. We can't emphasize the rarity of a find of this nature in the contemporary market. Very good overall condition. Historically researchable.

23 WWI/WWII USN SUBMARINE OFFICERS SERVICE UNIFORM Tailor made navy blue surge reefer jacket with lieutenant cuff braid, gilt buttons on double breasted front and rare pin back gold finished navy officers submarine dolphin badge pin back on left chest. Three place, wide ribbon bar with WWI victory, American Defense, American campaign ribbons. Includes matching trousers, jacket features large Roger Pete Company of New York and Boston tailor label. Small to medium size. Overall condition is very nice with minor soiling but no damage or abuse.

24 STAR WARS(1977) & EMPIRE STRIKES BACK(1980) LUNCH BOXES. Include matching plastic thermoses. Good condition, noting scratching throughout the Star Wars box and wear to the edges of both.

26 AIRBORNE ARMY OFFICERS DRESS UNIFORM WWII ERA Full length mannequin is dressed in Army officers uniform that includes tailor modified c Eisenhower jacket with exposed button front, green combat leadership loops on shoulders, pin back majors leaves, US infantry collar devices, sterling combat infantry badge which is pin back, first allied airborne sleeve patch. Quadigere and standard WWII award, paratrooper wing on pocket front, metallic oval trimming, includes pink trouser, tan uniform shirt, and necktie plus visor cap with large gilt eagle device. No provenance. Mannequin seems sound and a good example. Trousers and oxford shoes have been displayed in this configuration for many years and shows some minor mothing and dust but lots of good components here! Overall condition is fair to good. Interesting assemblage of parts.

27 WWI 35TH DIVISION ENLISTED MANS MEDICAL UNIFORM WI MANNEQUIN Brown wool 1917 pattern service coat with bronze buttons features 35th division sleeve patch, discharge stripe, two WWI overseas stripes, US and medical collar disks. Five pin on ribbons, the original owner's dog tags with neck cord, matching wool riding britches, wool spiral wrapped puttees and lace front ankle boots. Also a campaign hat with silk cord and leather chin strap and rare multi pocket WWI medics field belt with components to include medicine vials, syringe, and a variety of other items in specially designed pockets to accommodate them. Also, a canteen, bandage pouch, as well as braided cord pistol lanyard, brown leather .45 holster, rolled unit photo, and WWII period pack of Lucky Strike green cigarettes, also period wrist watch with crystal guard and leather wrist strap. Mannequin appears sound, excellent display

28 VIET NAM ARMY COMBAT FIELD UNIFORM DISPLAY ON MANN DOCUMENTS & MEDALS Classic rip stop ERDL camouflage jungle fatigue shirt with matching trousers. Shirt features 23rd division Americal sleeve patch with metallic first sergeant chevron collar badges, and second award cloth combat infantry badge. US Army and Torres labels on chest. Includes dog tags named to same man (Alexander Torres) also web gear to include combat suspenders, collapsible shovel and pouch, canteen, two ammunition pouches, complete with 30 round clips and blank ammunition, two dummy concussion hand grenades, small flashlight in pouch, period eyeglasses, bandage pouch with bandage, dummy smoke grenade, lace front jungle boots, matching camouflage boonie hat with ornamentation to include two novelty toy grenades, ace of spade card, and metallic first sergeant chevron. Mannequin is sound and complete with hands. Impressive display having been configured for many years. Dusty with minor age but overall condition is good. This mannequin is attributed to first sergeant Alexander Torres and includes numerous medal documents, additional OG107 fatigue uniform with name Torres on right chest and unique honor guard patch on right shoulder. Also, matching trousers, large size army green class A uniform size 42 R with matching trousers. Includes cased purple heart,

Historically accurate and with all details correct. Zippered knife pocket at neck, snap down pocket flaps, trousers are complete with tie straps and button down pockets. Stenciled name label Reed on left chest. Mannequin is configured with original WWII field gear to include combat suspenders, utility belt, map case, bandage pouch with bandage, brown leather .45 pistol holster, WWII dated 1942 Westinghouse 6 x 35 binoculars with correct original leather case, musette bag containing mess kit with utensils, canteen with cover, original WWII OD woll shirt with US and infantry collar devices, reproduction M1C paratroop helmet with camo net, card suit Ace on each side to indicate 506 parachute infantry. Also original WW1 bandage pouch with bandage and tourniquet, military MP whistle on brass lanyard chain, accurate reproduction WWII paratrooper boots. Backpack contains match safe, mosquito net, army manual on individual clothing and equipment, extra shoe laces, jacket features American flag on right shoulder. 30 GERMAN MILITARY RADIO COMPONENT WWII Aluminum housing features a socket on top possibly for antenna + pivoting bracket with tension nut for mounting on vehicle or aircraft. Data plate on one side with control panel one end. The panel features adjustment knobs, one correlates to dial on side. Also receptacles for communication cords. Ink stamp German proof marks. Overall condition is very, very good.

31 WWII GERMAN RADIO COMPONENT Aluminum housing with socket on top with pivoting bracket with tension nut for mounting on vehicle or aircraft. Control panel features two adjustment knobs and receptacles for communication gear such as headphones or wires. Data plate on one side with dial that corresponds to one adjustment knob. Overall condition is good.

33 WWI ERA GAS RATTLE Dark wooden frame contains wooden friction panel with gear tooth crank handle design to create loud noise for gas warning or similar communication. Nice condition.

34 WWII ARMY AIR FORCE TYPE A14 OXYGEN MASK IN CARTON Green carton, well illustrated and marked to contain Flyer's A14 Demand oxygen mask. Carton contains mask and original cellophane wrapper, unissued, but some age soiling. Complete, damage free, contains instruction sheet, fittings for use, carton is storage worn and shows some dampness but mask is intact and serviceable. Fair to good.

35 WWII ARMY AIR FORCE AMERICAN OPTICAL GOGGLE TIN Oval, aluminum goggle tin with hinged lid, embossed American optical logo nomenclature in lid, tin contains remnants what appear to be German WWII flying goggles, lenses and housing frames and no strap or eye cups. Tin is excellent condition and rare to find

36 WWII US FIGHTER PLANE INSTRUMENT PANEL WITH TWO GA Stamped aluminum instrument panel in original black finish with numerous stenciled markings, designed for twenty different gauges. Two remain - the elevator trim indicator and fuel indicator. Also diving speeds increment scale is attached to upper right and two landing gear warning lights. Excellent for restoration Fair to good condition with signs of minor age but no abuse or damage.

37 EXPERIMENTAL ARMY ASSAULT VEST, CIRCA VIETNAM Olive green cotton vest, zipper front, similar to Flack Vest. Vietnam period but designed with multiple pockets sewn directly to the vest. Numerous straps and loops for additional equipment, magazine pockets across the front, appears to be designed for removable armor plates that are not present. Also, two canteen carriers in the back. A very unusual garment. No visible markings, although many of the fasteners are 'pull the dot' marked which would indicate U.S. origin. Unique, rare and worthy of research. Excellent with no wear or damage.

38 ORIGINAL WWI GERMAN GAS MASK IN CARRIER Circular tin carrier with hinged lid has battle damage including bullet and shrapnel holes. Contains good, original mask that is complete, celluloid lenses are not fogged, filter is intact and mask appears unused but shows some dryness and soiling from years of storage. Canister is complete with straps for attaching to uniform or slinging over the shoulder. Unique souvenir that is 100 years old now! Fair to good.

41 VIETNAM ERA PRC6 WALKIE TALKIE WITH ADDITIONAL REC Olive drab housing with spring fasteners on each side, large data plate and instructional plate on front, complete with detachable, flexible antenna, adjustable sling, issue number 2B stenciled on one side, and includes a separate hand-held receiver unit that is also detectable. Very good only minor wear to paint.

39 ORIGINAL WWI STONEBRIDGE FOLDING LANTERN Galvanized tin construction, designed to fold flat. Features original mica lenses for exposing light. Embossed maker information on both sides of the peaked top. US marked to illustrate military contract usage. Some age patina but appears completely functional. Good to very good.

40 VIET NAM ERA TYPE PRC6A WALKIE TALKIE FIELD RADIO Olive drab aluminum housing with closure fasteners for opening unit for servicing. Two different data plates are in place and intact. Complete with detachable antenna and adjustable sling. Very good.

42 EARLY 1800s INFANTRY LEATHER SHAKO U.S. Rigid leather body with flat top and metallic vent grommets on each side, embossed brass front plate with American eagle over infantry horn. Features red, white and blue tin cocarde with gray and yellow pom-pom above. Rigid bill intact, complete oil cloth liner, an adjustable chin strap. Museum quality! Very good with only minor age soiling. No damage or missing parts.

43 1800s EIGHTH ARTILLERY REGIMENT U.S. SHAKO Dark blue woolen rigid body with black oil cloth top, visor and chin strap, artillery side buttons with cross cannons front plate with #8 above, large red wool pom-pom, complete oil cloth liner inside with hand written name label that reads George Salinas. Good condition with only minor flaking of finish. Structurally sound and complete.

44 CIRCA 1872 MARINE CORPS WHITE SUMMER DRESS HELMET U. S. Marine Corps summer dress helmet in white cotton covered cork body intact with no problems. Marine Corps side buttons with hooks for chin strap, large shield and wreath Marine Corps front plate but appears to have Army 1872 base plate with spike on top, could be an old assemblage but in very sound condition overall and displays well. Good.

47 1880s U.S. ARTILLERY DRESS HELMET Pressed black woolen body with patent leather trim, artillery side buttons, oak leaf spike base with with brass staff and red horsehair plume. Artillery front plate features crossed cannons and Union shield on eagles chest. Leather sweatband intact. Very sound. Very good

45 1880s US CAVALRY DRESS HELMET Black woolen covered cork body with circular vent grommets on each side, Cavalry sabre side buttons with hooks for chin strap. Cavalry front plate with crossed sabers and Union shield on center of eagle, oak leaf spike base with fluted spike and yellow braided dress cord. Ridabock maker's mark inside, some age soiling but structurally very good. Super display piece. Good.

46 1872 U.S. ARTILLERY DRESS HELMET WITH CORDS Black woolen covered cork body with brass fittings, artillery side buttons, oak leaf spike base with red horse hair plume. Artillery front plate featuring cross cannons with Union shield in center. Complete with braided cords and complete dress cord with 'pancake tassels'. Structurally quite good, some replacement parts but displays very well. M. C. Lilly maker's mark on inside. Good.

48 1880s U.S. INFANTRY DRESS HELMET Black woolen covered cork body with brass infantry side buttons and fittings. Oak leaf spike base with black horse hair plume, officer's chin strap, leather sweat band, maker's markings inside. Good to very good with only minor age soiling or dust.

49 WWI U.S. AIRCRAFT SPOKED WHEELS Matching pair of spoked wheels for WWI landing gear. 'Wire wheel' construction, in good solid condition with no missing spokes. One wheel shows U.S. anchor proof mark by an inspector. Large hubs are intact with bearing races. No abuse or damage. May have been refinished in silver paint after the fact but does not detract from appearance or condition. VERY RARE! Both measure 21.5 inches at the diameter. Very good.

50 THREE PANELS RECOVERED FROM PACIFIC ISLAND JAPANES FIGHTER PLANE Three large aluminum panels recovered from crash site in the Southwest Pacific some time during the 1960s. Two pieces feature type written description explaining location of the aircraft they were removed from and a brief history of the recovery. 115 CIVIL WAR THEME HARDEE HAT 1950-60s vintage black felt hat in style of famous civil war Hardee hat. Has been outfitted with Civil War components from the firm of Bannerman sometime around the centennial celebration of the war. It includes Cavalry cord attached with tassels, stamped brass M for troop, 3 for regiment, and crossed sabers for Cavalry. The American eagle emblem is on the left side and a black ostrich plume on the right side. Dusty from years of display, wealth of value in the insignia alone. Unique civil war piece. Fair to good condition with no damage or abuse.

116 US MARINE CORP .45 HIP HOLSTER WITH DUMMY GUN Brown leather 1911 .45 pistol hip holster, classic style with full flap. The flap Is impressed USMC, nomenclature impressed on the reverse by manufacturer. Contains military produced black rubber M9 Beretta pistol training dummy. Holster is clean, appears unused. Training dummy pistol is in excellent condition. Excellent overall condition.

Has magneto switch, primer pump, one push pull switch, and fitted with altimeter, pressure gauge, compass, and RPM dial. One instrument has been removed otherwise appears complete. 120 HISTORIC NAZI PARTY BANNER Extremely large red woolen body, two sided with swastika center printed on cotton and applied to each side. Heavy white cotton bunting, complete with snap hooks on lanyards, markings on buntings, plus letters ZRN stenciled near upper corner. Some minor age and moth nips, colors are strong. A historically significant piece. Measures 14 x 14 feet. Good condition.

A unique addition to this group is an unissued Japanese army field boot in pigskin leather is well marked on the sole, hobnails and half circle, iron heel plate, stamped inside. 128 WWII GERMAN ARMY MODEL 42 COMBAT HELMET IN CAMO FI Model 1942 flare rimmed shell covered in texturous camouflage paint, three colors: brown, tan and green known as Mediterranean camo. Finish is extremely texturous and similar to Zimmermit. Appears period original but would bear scrutiny by expert collector. Interior finish in blue gray suggest it was originally a Lutwaffe helmet. Leather liner has shrunk and become distorted from dampness or heat or both. Black leather chin strap in good condition and is maker marked. Offered with reservations as far as the originality of the painted finish but helmet and liner is 100 percent original. Fair condition.

126 EARLY VIETNAM US NAVAL AVIATORS HELMET AND OXYGEN Gold finish shell winged navy decal on visor housing, tinted visor with distinct blue visor knob, wired with earphones, plug in cord, and includes rare oxygen mask with butterfly fasteners. Overall condition shows some storage age, foam ear pads are missing from the inside. Exterior condition shows some soiling but should clean up well. Mask is in good shape, minor perforation in hose. Generally fair to good condition.

127 EARLY VIETNAM USAF PILOTS FLYING HELMET WITH BAG White finish fiberglass shell with winged USAF decal on visor housing on front and blue retraction knob for tinted visor. Wired with receivers or ear phones, fittings for oxygen mask are intact. Dusty from long term display. Very little age to exterior shell. No damage or abuse. Includes padded sage green nylon bag with functional zipper on the top closure and woven specification label from Canvas Specialty Manufacturing. Good to very good condition.

129 IMPERIAL GERMAN OFFICERS SPIKED HELMET Black leather shell in semi-gloss finish, excellent condition overall with no distortion, no apparent shrinkage, no cracks or damage. Nickel silver fittings with tall spike and cruciform base with star studs. Nickel chin scales, spread wing eagle front plate with state crest applied to eagles chest. Officers multi piece cocardes with national colors on one side and black and silver Prussian on the other side. Bag liner is excellent with original leather drawstring. Marked size 56.5. Beautiful example. Comes with the original cone shape case that bears the Edward Sachs of Berlin makers label in the bottom. 130 MODEL 1935 WWII GERMAN LUFTWAFFE DOUBLE DECAL HELM Semi-gloss blue gray finish. Shell is 85 plus percent intact with no surface rust or serious wear or abrasion. Luftwaffe eagle decal on the left is 90 percent plus condition and the national colors on the right side are about 70 percent and obviously original. Original liner is very good, bears the initials HMA on the inside are also period done and is complete with the original adjustable black leather chin strap. Good to very good condition.

131 MODEL 1935 WWII GERMAN ARMY COMBAT HELMET Textured green finish with steel shell shows normal wear and age. Color is still strong, areas of wear and surface rust, single decal of Army on the left side and is about 85 percent intact with strong lines and good color. Dark leather liner retains original draw string for size adjustment. Traces of painted name on the back rim of helmet and helmet is complete with the original black leather chin strap that has been draped over the

132 US WWII AIRBORNE COMBAT MEDICS BAG Olive drab canvas with bold black US mark on the main flap. Consists of one large central pouch with three smaller pouches with one on each side and one in the center. Includes adjustable straps for wearer with original web tie strings. Very rare piece of paratrooper gear. Shows only minor age from years of storage. No damage or abuse. Excellent condition.

133 WWII RAF TYPE B LEATHER FLYING HELMET AND MK VIII Rare Type B helmet features a brown leather shell, multi piece construction with embossed zippered leather ear cups. Suede lined, with fittings to accommodate an American mask. Suggests use by an American aviator in the RAF or later use by Americans coming over with the Eighth Air Force. Includes a nice pair of MK VIII flying goggles that are feature chamois lined face pad with gray metal frames bifold glass lenses plus elastic headband. Very good condition and look good with the helmet. Helmet liner is dark from perspiration and shows age but the exterior is very good as are the goggles.

134 CAST IRON SPANISH & AMERICAN WAR THEME PATRIOTIC M CLOCK Free standing cast iron image of spread wing eagle above the clock with soldier in campaign hat and rifle at shoulder on one side and sailor with a distinctive flat hat and neckerchief and holding rifle at the ready on the other side. Floral design across the bottom, pierced details, central clock is not functioning and appears to be a later replacement although very neatly done. Original housing for holding the clock and back is intact could easily be restored if one so desired. Mild trace of patina and dust but no cracks or damage. Rigid foot on back for holding clock upright is intact. No trace of repairs, damage or abuse. Good overall general condition.

136 US ARMY TANKERS HELMET, EARLY VIETNAM ERA FIRST AR DIVISION Semi-gloss olive drab finish shell is marked with 1st Armored Division insignia on left side, wired will all communications gear including boom microphone, wire loom and connectors. Shows normal use and age, above average condition. Good to very good condition.

135 UNISSUED WWI US DOUGH BOY PERSHING BOOTS SIZE 12 Ankle high laced front finished leather with riveted blucher, hobnails, toe plates and heel plates intact, and brown leather soles. Soles are Quartermaster marked and indicate size 12. Unissued condition showing only minor age from years of storage and handling. No damage or abuse. Phenomenal display material. Pershing boots are almost unobtainable and finding in unissued condition is unheard of. Good to very good condition.

Jack White on cover in very good condition. Pilot Training Manual for the B24 Liberator WWII restricted production, some shelf wear but good, solid and complete. The Army Air force Pilot Information File which is a general document on flying any of the WWII aircraft, produced November 1944, covers weather, flying conditions, clothing. 141 NINE ASSORTED AIRCRAFT OR VEHICLE INSTRUMENTS Interesting assortment includes a ignition switch for a large four engine aircraft designed to activate ignition sequence on a four engine plane, dash type instrument panel with RPM indicator, oil temperature, amps, fuel and oil which may have come from an old car as opposed to an aircraft but is a one piece unit designed to fit in an instrument panel or dashboard. Also, carburetor temperature gauge, external temperature gauge, Grimes panel light, wing flaps indicator gauge, Cessna aircraft marked directional gyro instrument, second directional gyro instrument with silhouette of jet aircraft on face. Also, the internal workings of a very large compass or internal workings of compass. Wittnauer marked, 1943 dated. Overall condition is good.

139 EIGHT ASSORTED WWII AIRCRAFT INSTRUMENTS AND MATER Eight instrument panel mounted instruments include landing gear up and down indicator, rear tank fuel gauge, electro compass, altimeter, type A1 oxygen flow indicator with cracked lens but easily replaced., Type A16 aircraft compass, turn and bank indicator. Lot also includes small Bakelite battery-powered survival light and similar flashlight with domed top. Good overall condition.

140 EIGHT ASSORTED WWII AIRCRAFT INSTRUMENTS Lot includes large gyro-horizon gauge Army-Navy marked, turn and bank indicator, four different RPM gauges all very different types, one lack clear glass lens which could be replaced. Also manifold pressure gauge and cylinder head temperature gauge. The bonus in this lot is a small hand pump for an aircraft throttle. Interesting lot. Good overall condition.

142 TWO HISTORIC AVIATION/AIRCRAFT THEMED BOOKS Lot consists of two books 1) Aviation Ignition, copyright 1919 and is about Delco generator battery ignition applied to then modern aviation engines. Large format hard bound book of approximately 50 pages. 2) Forty Years On, published in 1949 by Handley Page Company of London, a treatis about Handley Page aircraft from WWI to then the modern day of then 1949 at time of publishing. Well illustrated book of approximately 100 pages. Two interesting books about military aviation. Both in good overall condition.

143 HISTORIC GERMAN POW TRENCH ART CANTEEN AND MORE 1941 dated aluminum German canteen has been artfully hand engraved 'Africa 1943' with large Nazi eagle, spread wing above swastika, inscribed below and dated 1943. Has brown Bakelite top, maker marked 1941, contains a WWII era Italian Air Force tunic button. The lot also includes a folding fork and spoon combination as generally issued in WWII, 1944 dated. Also, Nazi marked brown Bakelite fuse container, cylindrical with threaded lid, smaller Bakelite fuse container designed to hold what appears to be five around 20mm projectiles. Interesting lot. Good to very good condition.

Honorable service wallet card, December 1945 dated. 9) Official Army ID card issued to First Lt. in the US Air Force reserve, issued February 1949. Official Armed Forces ID card issued to enlisted man in 1959. 1943 ID card which features a miniature copy of the mans birth certificate on the reverse and he appears to be possibly wearing a police uniform. WWII Army Motor Vehicle Driver's License or Permit, show bearer is allowed to drive a passenger car or a quarter ton cargo truck. All in fair to good condition.

145 TIN WWI TOY TANK KEY WIND Large scale rendition of British style WWI tank, sheet metal construction. Large proportions, spring wound with rubber tire treads, applied markings with a serial number on each side. Large key winder, mechanism is rust free but may have been overwound because it does not appear to work. Interesting with a lot of eye appeal, good solid condition. Measures 5 x 15 inches. Good condition with no abuse or missing parts but noting the winding mechanism may not work.

146 UNIQUE HAND CRAFTED WWI TOY TANK Very large proportions, appears to be hand made very carefully and interestingly crafted with a number of moving parts including opening hatch, and treads that are also made of wood, appears to have been

No missing parts, no abuse, appears complete and functional. Measures approximately 6 x 24 inches. Very good.

Very interesting cockpit light assembly called ultra violet fluorescent Army Air Corp type C5 in it's original carton and appears unissued. Also, three different aircraft temperature gauges, US Navy aircraft pittot tube assembly is mint condition and in the original makers carton with fittings and instructions. Chest type microphone used by a fire control director or someone who has to speak with hands free, in original carton, features on/off switch, goose neck microphone and the olive drab web straps to hold it in place. Bendix radio control Azimuth unit type MN52H. All items in good to very good condition.

Very unusual and hard to find, usually used on motorcycles. Excellent condition.

Type AN6022 and is complete, unissued in original carton. Unit shows some storage age but unused and complete. Classic accessory for a heavy bomber cruise when pilots or crewman move from station to station at high altitude. Rarely seen let alone in this condition. Very good condition.

Lid lifts to reveal treasure trove of assorted Nazi memorabilia to include a brown pebble grain leather three pocket rifle ammunition pouch, brown leather pebble grain officer's map case, both items appear complete with all straps and metal fittings but show age. 168 WWI TRENCH ART SHELL LARGE Large brass casing has been fluted at the bottom with ornate designs and ribbed top with flared lip, bottom reads it's a Model 1906 for a 4.71 gun and bears American inspector marks. Very unusual piece, unusually large in proportion, nice dark patina with a minor split in flared rim probably done at the time. No other damage or abuse. Measures 16 x 5 inches. 179 WWI FRENCH ARMY OFFICERS KEPI Red woolen crown with black wool band, crown adorned in gold lace with quatrefoil, numeral 8 is embroidered into the front, gold lace chin strap, patent leather bill, original black leather sweatband intact as is black silk lining. Has been fitted with cardboard stiffener to maintain shape which is not typical of the WWI style, its usually worn in a soft configuration but this could be easily altered. Minor mothing here and there with some dust and fading but in excellent condition. Probably researchable for the unit number 8 with the color of the Kepi. Good condition noting minor mothing and fading.

181 WWI ERA INFANTRY OFFICERS DRESS VISOR CAP WITH TIN Beautiful blue woolen body with stiffener in crown, magnificent gold wire direct embroidered eagle on front, light blue infantry band with gilt side buttons, black visor, Washington D.C. maker marked inside. Leather sweatband with cotton lining. Outstanding condition which is very rare for this period and this style hat would have come into being about 1912 and would have been worn until about 1924. Comes with its original black lacquer hinged lid storage tin which is also in excellent condition. Overall excellent condition.

230 TWO WWII JAPANESE AIRCRAFT INSTRUMENTS Small instrument appears to be volt gauge for mounting in instrument panel, two threaded terminals on reverse. The second instrument is a large size black face with Japanese military data plate on reverse, free floating needle reads from zero to 350 with large numerals one, two, three across the top. Supposed to be RPM gauge but not sure. Very, very good condition.

228 WWII US NAVY SUBMARINE SAILOR'S UNIFORM Large size 'Donald Duck' cap with woven US Navy ribbon, size 7.5. Also, dress blue wool jumper with Navy clothing label under flap collar, named, has silk embroidered submarine dolphin badge on the left chest with wide three place ribbon bar. Reflecting service in WWI and WWII. Petty Officer first class badge on left sleeve with motor machinist specialty insignia. Includes matching navy blue wool 13 button trousers. Very good condition.

Numerous pieces to include a brown leather garrison Belt with open face brass buckle, classic OD wool Eisenhower jacket with US Forces Pacific shoulder patch, technical sergeant chevrons, two overseas bars, Meritorious unit wreath, US & engineer collar disks, four ribbons and discharge patch. Also, engineer red and white piped overseas cap, pair of wool field trousers as worn with the Eisenhower jacket, size 32/31. '42 dated. Two tan wool neckties, and three OD wool army shirts. One with technical sergeant chevrons. All clean and fresh from the veterans estate. Very good condition.

232 1914 ARMY HAVERSACK, UNISSUED Standard pattern in olive drab canvas with large US stenciled on flap. Rock Island arsenal marked and 1914 dated inside. Complete with leather ties. Snap hooks on reverse for attaching to sling. Very interesting and unissued condition. Measures approximately 14 x 12.5 inches closed with 26 inch open length. Excellent condition.

Labeled by veteran to be Japanese Naval Officer 2) Two inch brown leather belt with two piece interlocking naval buckle and D ring hanger for sword. Also labeled as Japanese Naval Officer by veteran. Lot includes wide canvas field belt but with cinched style buckle for combat troops. Also, impregnated canvas sling strap for a Nambu holster. Gold mine for a collector. 237 RARE WWII 'GIBSON GIRL' SURVIVAL RADIO SET Unique opportunity to acquire classic WWII survival aid utilized by both Army Air Force and Navy personnel as sea or air survival aid. Original padded yellow carrier has not been opened before our review of this material. Still packed as issued from the factory. And is fitted with the aerial parachute so it could be dropped from the air. It has straps and clips for attaching to the parachute bag and the static line and hook for deployment from survival or rescue aircraft. Includes 1943 dated manual for the radio SCR78 which was known in WWII by GI's as the Gibson Girl. This unit is complete, contains the generator, parachute, accessory container, wire, signal amp, radio transmitter, balloons, packing pads, kite for antenna assembly. Absolutely unmatched for rarity and completeness. I unlaced the top but went no further into the pack. This is going to be a treat for whoever wins it. Packing shows some age soiling and wear and tear but no damage or abuse. Excellent condition.

243 WWII REIMS 1945 CAPITULATION OF THE REICH PLAQUE Circular brass body with likeness of famous schoolhouse where German forces formally surrendered on May 8, 1945. Depicts US and British flags at top and flying eagle holding the olive branch of peace and reads 'Reims little red schoolhouse, May 8, 1945, France' around the edge. Excellent condition.

241 UNISSUED ORIGINAL VIETNAM TIGER STRIPE UNIFORM Two piece set consists of shirt in dark pattern, heavy cotton with button front, pleated chest pockets and button cuffs. Pattern appears to be South Vietnamese Marine. Includes matching trousers with printed A-M which stands for American Medium. Button fly trousers, conventional front pocket with patch rear pockets and cargo pockets on both legs. Smallish size, mint condition, never worn or laundered. No traces of insignia, wear or damage. 242 WWII 101ST AIRBORNE BASTOGNE COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE Octagonal brass plaque made in theater during after the siege of Bastogne. Depicts scene of German soldier offering surrender to 101st general McAuliffe to which the famous reply 'Nuts' became WW2 history. The plaque shows American flag and Nazi flags with 'Airborne' above, 'Nuts' in center and 'Bastogne' below. Hanging loop on reverse. Very popular WWII Paratrooper souvenir.
