Wentworth Falls War Memorial The Minister Assisting the Premier on Veterans’ Affairs, Peter Primrose, has announced $5,725 for the restoration of the Wentworth Falls War Memorial. “This war memorial is an enduring symbol of the sacrifices made by those who served in the two world wars as well as Korea and Vietnam,” Mr Primrose said in his recent visit to Wentworth Falls. Radio Plays Blue Mountains Radio Players have moved to a new home at the Coach House, behind the Mountain Heritage Hotel on the corner of Apex and Lovel Streets, Katoomba. Performances are on the last Sunday of every month, at 2.30pm. For those without cars, The Blue Mountains Bus company will be sending a bus to the south side of the station to meet the 2.22pm train from Sydney and the 2.25 from Lithgow and deliver to the Coach House door.
